During a recent experience, I contacted 88 Tire Shop via phone to inquire about their motorcycle tire replacement services. They confirmed their ability to service motorcycles(wish they said no..) Subsequently, I took my motorcycle to the shop with a new tire, and everything seemed satisfactory. The staff informed me that they would contact me when the work was completed, and they did so outside of their business hours, indicating that I could pick up the motorcycle the next morning.Upon returning to the shop, I engaged in a pleasant conversation about motorcycles with an individual who appeared to be the owner. Unfortunately, the quality of their work did not match their customer service. I discovered that they had did not replace both of my screw plastic caps and valve cover, damaged my rim, and left scratches on various parts of my bike. It appeared as though they struggled to remove the nuts and lacked the correct tool size to complete the job accurately. The only satisfactory element was the tire, which I had provided.I had intended to sell my motorcycle following the tire replacement; however, the poor workmanship made the sale difficult. I am grateful for this experience, which I can only describe as the worst I have ever encountered, and I cannot recommend this shop to any motorcycle owners. While I am uncertain of their car tire replacement services, I felt it was important to share my experience concerning their motorcycle tire services.

Thought I needed a whole new tire. They got me in immediately and when I got there he noticed I only needed a patch. Super honest, quick and easy. Was in and out within 20 minutes. Absolutely recommend and will be back with any future issues

On my 3rd set of tires purchased here. Very good service, knowledgeable and friendly. They have the best prices on tires! They also take care of whatever your car needs from an oil change to brakes and more. My husband and I have been going there for years and have always been happy with the way we are treated.

did car wash got the superior wash exterior was was pretty good though there was still some baked on mud after the washinterior could have been abit more thorough but overall pretty good value for the price I paidworkers were very friendly and experience was nice

Always a great experience. Always nervous when you anticipate the phone call with a price but every single time it's a sigh of relief. Awesome prices and service. Highly recommend.

called day befor and ordered a set of tires was told to drop them off the next day at 930 10 I get their and cops were every were and all she would say was I'm not takeing any thing in I sed you have ordered tires for me and she blew me off wow so I asked what would u like me to do she sed ill call u at 1200 and I never got a call bad biz she should have called me befor hand and told me not to come in I got nothing no call no nothing will never do and kind of biz with this company again clowns........

Amazing, prompt service. I was told I needed to replace a tire because I had a leak that couldn t be plugged by another shop.Panicking, I started calling every tire shop to replace my tire and I was told that I needed to replace all 4 tires since I have an AWD and the tire model I needed was no longer in stock.I gave tires, tires a quick ring and I was told that they could easily obtain the tire I needed. I brought my car for assessment and I was told I could get away with replacing one tire.I actually had them examine my tire that couldn t be plugged and they said it was totally pluggable!They swiftly plugged my tire in a matter of ten minutes!What an honest business! I super appreciated it. Honesty, tangible solutions over profit. Can t stop ranting and raving about this place.

Despite the very small waiting room everything at this place is great. They work with you to make sure you get the best tires, and parts for your car. Oil changes are quick and not crazy expensive. They don t try to sell you on things to make more money. They re honest and fair. They re really busy so just expect a wait. They take care of you and your car. Highly recommend to everyone I know

Sometimes not being sold tires is best review. My car needed special rating and 88 tire shop didn't have. The young lady at counter apologized after looking for almost 10 mins. THE MOST TRUSTWORTHY THING they didn't try to sell me an inferior tire for my car. Definitely recommend and will use in future and tell my friends

Upon viewing a used tire and rejecting it WE WERE offered a refund. We accepted a discount on a new tire. Never felt presured or conned into purchasing used tire. Discovered bad ball joint and replaced at a fair price. Able to use the toilet. Waiting room is cramped.

I went in and specifically asked to get ALL of my break pads and rotors replaced and they screwed me over. They only did the front and I m finding out a month later from people at Mr. tire. Glad to know these people enjoy taking advantage of 17 yr old girls.

Its like making a pit stop on a racetrack. You pull in right off ot route 70, and you are in and out back on the highway. Prices are fair, staff is fast, friendly and knowledgable.

walked in needed some assistance greeter was amazing . needed to get a new tire , gentlemen who came out was horrible told me he had no time to change my tire and completely ignored me . WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AT ALL ! AND WILL MAKE EVERYONE AWARE.

Had my car for a whole week and one day only change the thermostat and then told me other things that were wrong with my car doesn't flush radiators I didn't explain what else is wrong with my car
