I had been on this place before few times last year and they provided good services. However, my last three times, the customer service has changed a lot to a very lower level. Today, I asked them to fix my car's tire pressure sensor and to fix the door lock. They said in one to two hours, we would fix the sensors. For the two sensors, we agreed on $150, and for one door lock, $210!!! I left my work early to pick up the car after the car had been there for 5-6 hours. However, the car was not even touched, and the owner told me the sensors would cost $180. I explained to him that this was not the number we agreed on. However, he said this is my number!!! I don't appreciate changing their words, and I will never go there again because these days they have a huge lack of customer service, and credibility. They never apologized for the inconvenience. Also they showed me today that they don t respect the customer s time. This is so sad!! There is no reason for me to leave a bad comment if I have received a good service.

I have brought all 3 of my Vehicles to this shop (Acura TL , BMW 5 series , and my Honda Passport ) and all vehicles that I bring for service I am highly satisfied and my cars come out in great condition. Highly skilled workers and highly fair prices !

I ve been coming to this shop for years they have great mechanics, reasonable prices and White Mana across the street lol. I have gotten brakes timing belt ,motors mount s, alignment s ,oil changes all at this shop. I highly recommend this Auto repair shop for any make or model.

First time experience in this shop. I went for changing oil and new tires for honda crv. Super fast service. Full synthetic oil for 65 and new prinx hicity tires for 600 including installation. these guys changed my brake pads 5 weeks ago. now I wanted to change the shocks but after them it is impossible to unscrew the bolts on my wheels !!! the boss didn't even want to talk and help and didn't provide insurance. Now I have a long story with a small court waiting for me. I am not recommended this service . U can loose a lot $$$ and timeServices: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

A few months ago, I Hit a pothole on Newark and had a flat when I got home, went to a local tire repair shop and they recommended this place, they soldered my rim and sold me a tire for under $200! That s a great deal in my opinion. Fantastic people, they were busy but got my rim fixed in under and hour. I highly recommend this shop!

Here is what I expect from the service1. Knowledge - as I , I show up and they tell me. what is wrong , why it is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it.2. Desire to listen and execute - I need viscosity XYZ vs what the manufacturer recommends, brake pad of this brand etc.3. No marketing pushes of particular brands - gosh, I hate seeing little grandma showing up in a Buick and getting sold performance race track tiresZayden's consistently checks all 3 and for that receives my 5 star rating

Tried to give this shop a chance. New owners of 5 years.1st chance.My tire was changed by the older man who smokes inside the shop. Once on the road, the car began to make a funny sound. It was the tire. The bolts were not secured. Like a fool, I thought it was an honest mistake.2nd time. The radiator was replaced. Paid $900, not including the parts. The car was picked up at 9 am and the car was overheating the same day. Then they charged me $150 repair it when I came back. 2 hours later, the car was still overheating and leaking anti-freeze...Not a professional location. Older man smoking cigarettes in the shop. Also one of the guy's lady came in. She was saying " AY MI MARIDO" oh my husband.I found it odd. Feels like a hangout.Never returning. Happily to have found a new place repaired for $450. Its running nicely.

Be very careful with these guys. I went in to simply install new e- brakes and ended up having a bunch of brake issues after the car was returned. In fact they ended up "fixing" a lot of issues they claimed i had, but that I "amazingly" didn't notice. On top of it all the e-brakes never got installed because they ordered the wrong part and then couldn't fit me in their schedule to get the original job done. Lol, and already paid for it. I gave up and took the loss. Did they care? Nope. Long story short, I came in for one issue, left with a bunch more and out several hundreds. Give them the benefit of the doubt if you will, but beware. Go elsewhere.

Good service with honest price. The only downside is they finish the job couple of days later than expected. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Absolute waste of time. Spent four hours waiting in a cold, filthy "waiting room" only to be told they don't know what the problem is and they can't help me. They called their electrical guy to come in, only after an hour and a reminder from me did they think to call him, turns out he can't come in after all. Completely irresponsible. Thanks for wasting my time, will not be back. The tow truck that picked me up said that he picks up cars from this place all the time- I believe it.

This is the worst shop I have ever experienced. I brought my car to get fixed , and the guy said $820 your car will be fixed . I said ok and the day after he changed the parts and the problem was not fixed he said it's something else so he made me pay $820 for nothing , and the inside was so rude with me . My go-to mechanic. Get my car repaired here alot. Mechanic is experienced well and knows and stuff. One of the few places I trust to work on my car. Reasonable pricing.

I'm posting for a friend as a mechanic the job on his car was done absolutely terribly Reckless borderline dangerous wire harness is left dangling boots not on shaft faulty units and said they have to pay twice to get the job done again and it wasn't done right in the first place Captain vehicle for 2 weeks and still not working do not go here this place is a complete fraud I do not recommend
