I caught a catastrophic flat tire after getting off the turnpike at Jersey City for gas. The tread of my tire and the sidewalls effected a divorce from one another on a side street off Danforth Ave. I pulled up to this Meineke and they didn t have my tire size in stock but they had a way to get it and they had coffee! They told me my battery was fine after I asked them to check it. They could have easily lied and sold me one. These guys are the best!

Daniel was very sweet and informative for a car illiterate person like me lol. The patience that man has is amazing. He explained in great detail what s wrong with my car and gave me the best options as well as time I have to get it fixed. I highly recommend going there for your car needs.

Great experience! Prompt service and very friendly. I had my brakes done, front and rear. I was given a completion time frame and they did exactly that. Highly recommend them for all your repair needs. Very fair pricing too. I m a first time customer, but will definitely trust them with all my vehicle needs in the future. I was very satisfied with the service proved. I was especially happy with the way the work to be done on my care was shown and explained to me patiently by the manager (Daniel). He was very pleasant and informative and worked around my schedule. Also the waiting area and shop area was very neat and clean.

This was my first time using Meineke. The customer service was superb. Daniel explained everything throughly before any work was done which made me comfortable. I will definitely use their service again. I will also recommend them to family and friends.

Eric provided excellent customer service and made sure all my questions were answered. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped guide me with the best for my vehicle. I asked for an estimate for all the things I wanted to get done ideally and he made sure to provide that for me. I was nervous about trying a new spot but im glad I came here. Left a happy customer and a car well serviced. I recommend this place and the team. Took a couple hours but these things usually do so I went home to let the team do what they need do. Thanks team!

I passed by their establishment on my way home from work and realized, "Why was I jumping through hoops to have my car maintained at a site a friend gave me in another city, when they were almost around the corner from my home"? I called and asked if I could come early Sat morning (two days away)? A very warm and friendly gentleman answered the phone and said he'd do his best to squeeze me in. He did just that. Everything went well, not only did they service my car and make it road ready for a trip I'll be taking, they told me what will soon be needing attention and gave me an estimate on how much I could expect to spend for it. The entire transaction was seamless. With this kind of service and respect for my time, I know I'll return to them for my car's minor issues. Plus they're honest and knowledgeable, a double plus.

I got an oil change here and it was a great experience the moment I stepped in the door. Warm, friendly staff and great service. They were efficient and quick and even added air to my tires and topped off my washer fluid for free. I will most definitely be coming back here for all my oil changes - they are legit the best!! Thank you!

Phenomenal service I must say. Within my time of emergency (whether large or small) I now know that I'm able to rely on these people for assistance. From answering my questions to actually resolving my issues - Meineke is where it's at!

Took much longer than expected but successfully done. Used a Groupon and paid $4 extra to dispose of the old oil. I plan to return for further maintainance work.

I ve had nothing but great experiences at this location. Everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They re trying to get you the best deal and quickest service! It s hard being a girl when it comes to cars. So many places try to take advantage and up charge, but I never feel like I m being played here. Highly recommend for oil changes, tires, etc.

I really like Meineke for the simple fact that the guys are straightforward and honest and they explain everything to you before they start a job and when they finish your job and they have done a really good job on my vehicle. I've been to Meineke for different reasons and I've been happy with their work all the time Daniel and Eric are very knowledgeable and every patient with the customers and I like the fact that Meineke gives you a warranty on all their parts.

My brakes were shot, grinding for weeks, down to the floor. Elieric was SHOCKED that I even made it to the shop. He explained the work that would be done and the parts needed, all at a fair price. Work was done in a timely manner and all guaranteed. Will definitely return with my automotive needs

Gotta appreciate the great customer service. These guys here are very informative, transparent, keep me updated throughout the entire day and all around a great experience every time I m there. Just wished they did body work so can just stay with them but 100% would definitely recommend.

I took my 2013 lx570 to Meineke car care center after work for an oil change, I work over night so I scheduled an appointment for.10a.m. Of course out of ALL days I get off 2 hours late so I called to reschedule if it was possible for the same day at 11:30. Elieric told.me it'd be no problem. When I got there the whole team was professional, helpful and despite me getting there 1 1/2 hours late they still got me out very quick. They did a great job and I'm going to go there for any work I need on my car and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking mechanic shop. Ask for Elieric.

It was my first time visiting this Meineke location and the experience was great. The staff was friendly, helpful and gave me a full breakdown of what was needed with options included. It didn't feel like a push to sell as many other places. In a time where customer service is lacking overall, Meineke well exceeded good customer care. I will be back.

I have only went to this Meineke twice but each time I went I felt that they listened to me addressed my concerns. The guy that sit at the desk is very nice too!

The guy working there was very friendly. Too bad he damaged my car during an oil change. Will not go back that's for sure. Their insurance got in contact with me and paid for repairs and a rental. Most honest car fixing guys I have seen in Jersey City. I went to 10+ Highly Rated mechanics for my car issue. Everybody was charging irrationally, like a lot. Guys in Meineke inspected my car and gave genuine feedback. Everybody else were interested in replacing the parts, nobody interested in fixing; while these guys fixed the same issues without requiring new parts which were functioning properly. I thankfully say that They Did Save a Lot of Money. Give it a try next time!Service: Exhaust
