Visited J City Auto Repair today since I reside in the area. Walked inside the store and saw the owner speaking to his staff member. After speaking with his staff, the owner proceeded to ignore me and did not acknowledge my presence. I said hello but the owner did not respond. After ignoring me, the owner decided to count money. I was so shocked that I left the store. Extremely disrespectful! I will never return to this establishment. Racist business, please avoid!

Went to this mechanic to service my van. They couldn t even diagnose my problem correctly, told me a bunch of different things, and then decided to not do any service. They made me come back 4 times just to inconvenience me and lose time.

Very good place to go to when you need repair work on your vehicle. They do luxury vehicles as well. I trust them with my BMW. They always do a good job and they're fair, honest, and reasonably priced!

Guy had me waiting just to tell him what work I needed and to leave the car. I called the office, while waiting at the front desk and was told, "give me a minute, I'll be right out." I waited an additional 15 min before just leaving and taking my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

I brought my car in thinking I had some bigger problems, but the workers and owner were honest and diligent in assessing the issues with my car and only worked on what was really necessary. I am very satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them.

The owner is patient and takes his time to explain things. The service time is fairly quick and reasonably priced. I've had multiple jobs done on multiple vehicles here.
