I did not purchase my car at Hudson Nissan but Joshua Balthazar made me feel so welcomed as if I had purchased it there. He was timely with updating me while I waited and he was very professional. He went above and beyond to take care of my service inquiries. Needless to say, I will be bring my car there for service in the future.

I had an amazing experience at Hudson Nissan. After visiting other dealerships and having neutral experiences, Hudson Nissan impressed me! Was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who introduced us to our Salesman, Muhammad Awan. He really listened to what I was looking for and suggested the right model for me. Didn t try to upsell us at all to a more luxury version of the car, and made very good/reasonable recommendations on features/color etc. he was a pleasure to work with from test drive to negotiation, through coordinating plate pickup and future service requests. I would definitely recommend Hudson Nissan and Mo!!

I service my car here for 3+ years. Joshua always tries his best to provide excellent customer service. Kiel worked hard to fix major safety issues with my car recently. Satisfied and will recommend.

It is always a pleasure at Hudson Nissan. Julien was very helpful in getting me prices for new tires and advised me of what was needed to be done on my Rogue. Isaiah took me to my car to show me all that needed to be worked on, and what took priority, he was very insightful and helpful in my decision making.

Been there 3 times already. The workers are quick and extremely nice. They explain what needs to be done before they work on your car. They give a time frame on when it will be done. If for some reason it s longer then the time they gave they will update you so you aren t just sitting there waiting. I will definitely be brining my car back again and again.

Upon walking into the dealership Rolando (sales rep) first priority was that me and my spouse was comfortable. Everyone we have dealt with before came to say hello and see how we were doing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Every where was very clean. I left with what I wanted.

Anthony Morcilio - This gentleman was working with me to get me into a vehicle for like a month now, and he was persistent, while professional and kind. He was not a salesman, but a great one. He did so much to look for options based on my needs and where I needed to be. He did not give up at all. Things did not happen then. However, they happened now. He continued to follow up with me, be persistent while still being kind, and working hard to get me into a vehicle that would be a right fit and that I would like and be comfortable with. He is amazing, and first I thank God, and then him. This is what a true salesman does. Not iust about the sale, but about the client as well. Hudson Nissan is blessed to have him as part of their Sales Team. I would recommend anyone to come see him directly for amazing service and sales experience. Hudson Nissa #1.

First time visiting Hudson Nissan and I had an amazing experience. We left the dealership with a car the same day and the Sales Consultant who helped us was David Gabriel Fontanez.David was very knowledgeable about the cars, respectful, and answered any types of questions we had with great detail. After looking at a few cars, we picked out a Blue Nissan and David took us for a test drive and explained every single feature in the car. It was a little confusing to understand as we never bought a car this advanced, but David helped us understand everything and also gave us a great price which we couldn t deny!!Definitely would recommend this location to buy your next Nissan! No regrets at all and am very happy with my car!

I bought my first car from Hudson Nissan. The sales rep Mohammad, the manager Ken, and the warranty specialist Julia were all incredibly helpful, professional, and reasonable. I visited a few dealerships in the area and I did not have the same experience as I did at Hudson Nissan. The staff was kind, courteous, and straight forward.I would highly recommend!I got a new car for an awesome price, Hudson Nissan is a Gem.

Stay away from this dealer!! They don't respect their clients. I bought a car last November 9, the day on which, after having taken a test drive, they made me the sale offer (value of the installment, financing term, initial payment, interest, etc.). I accepted the offer, I delivered my car, I paid the down payment, we signed a large number of documents physically and virtually, they gave me the car with its temporary license plate and registration, after which I left happy with my new car. 10 days later they called me to tell me that they had an error in the sales process and I had to pay $5,000 more or I should return the car; Two weeks after this and after being emotionally and financially affected by receiving severe abuse, I had to return the car. If you want a Nissan go somewhere else.

Had a great experience getting into a new lease. I worked with Muhammad Awan, who was really knowledgeable and personable throughout the process. He even got me in my new car in under 4 hours (beating the national average)! The rest of the crew at Hudson Nissan were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Without a doubt, I ll be returning to Muhammad and Hudson Nissan, and would highly recommend you do the same!

Anthony Morcilio did such a great job of working with me, despite my financial obstacles,to get me into the car I really wanted. He is sincere, patient and exemplifies what a sales experience should be. He was honest with me the whole time about my options. I will definitely be asking for him again in the future.

Just purchased a new car, and my sales rep Darolyn was AMAZING! My online sales rep Eryka was also AMAZING! The staff was super patient and very attentive to my son and I. They re brought him snacks and crayons along with coloring books & even brought a teddy bear for him! They handled everything in a timely manner and make sure I felt comfortable the entire time, the finance manager was super nice and also tried to get me out of there swiftly and efficiently as my son was tired of being there and they fully understood that and did everything to speed the process up! I would definitely come back and purchase another vehicle!

Went to Hudson Nissan for my first service. Eugene was my advisor. He was very helpful and pleasant- I was able to enjoy a nice breakfast at Ms America diner up the street and my car was all done when I came back.

The only problem was you needed to order a part, which took a long time to arrive. I do not blame the service department at all. Still, however, I would've preferred getting the car on schedule, because I had to get things from the car, twice. The loaner cars were more than sufficient, but there was some inconvenience as a result.

I see Hudson Nissan has reported my comment as spam, so Google can delete it. Only a dealership that is doing wrong will do this. I see no one has responded back to my recent post as well. But let s try it again.Look to purchase a Nissan Pathfinder. After speaking to Javier Lopez, who appeared to be a nice guy but was a snake. Don t trust him or the sales manager, Ugene. I advised Javier that I m not consenting to you guys running my credit if you guys don t have my vehicle of choice. He stated, no worries, I won t pull your credit only a soft inquiry. So, I stated I would not give you my social security number or my signature on the credit application. Next thing I know after checking for vehicles in the neighborhood, I received multiple notifications from my phone that you have a hard pull inquiry from the credit bureaus. At this point, Javier was trying to tell me, "That is not true; we never ran your credit, and whatever notification you received is false. After speaking to the sales manager, Ugene Everyone's true colors showed because they knew they weren t getting a deal. And they tried to blame me for providing my name and home address, which is all that is needed to run a hard credit. After speaking to Javier and Ugene, I spoke to another sales manager, Ash, who stated I don t dispute your concerns and I will forward your information to Andrea, who is a customer relations manager for Hudson Nissan. I left a voicemail on her work phone, and she has also never contacted me in regards to this matter. If you can avoid this dealership, please do so. They re liars. I have not received any response from Hudson Nissan. How did they pull my credit without my Social Security number or signature? They won't respond to this comment and attempt to have google delete my post instead of fixing the issue.

Brung my car in for service and this place is so slow omg I wait is over 4 hour for an oil change . Then clerk there named Joshua Balthazar and he willl have you waiting in line after he over talks with everyone is the building he walks away starts conversation with random people it's just so unnecessary how grossly attentive he is. I advise you go to someone else desk not his. You will be next and line and He will literally talk right pass you with ridiculous conversation with customers that he previously service. I think imma find another Nissan because this don't make no sense. But I gave it 3 start because they do actually fix the car

I was given a car wash and multi point inspection free as a birthday gift. Although it took less time than expected, I felt pressured to having an oil change, and as far as washing my car I think all they did was throw water on it!!!
