Anderson and his team at Firestone always go above and beyond to provide excellent service to everyone who walks through their doors. Traveling on business, your worst nightmare is getting a flat tire in your rental car. When this happened, Anderson went above and beyond to help resolve the situation. He and his team are kind, timely, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Turns out I had a 12 pm appointment came out of there 3 hours later they were short staff luckily I came with snacks for my grandson, overall not complaining except maybe separate bathrooms turns out sharing isn't caring since the guys aren't as clean but overall the staff was helpful friendly and polite courteous . They gave me an outstanding price can't get better anywhere else ..My Sure Drive tires are great . Thank you Firestone

Knowledgeable sales people, good job done and the service was completed and within 2 hours. Again, they were very courteous, it's clean and they do have restrooms and a vending machine.

I had the best experience there last week, and I would highly recommend this place for car service to anyone. I was told by a gas attendant that all 4 tires needed to be replaced and my car was extremely unsafe to drive. I called this Firestone, and Eddie was able to get me in that morning. He walked me through Tire Rot, the causes, and ways to prevent it. He was extremely helpful and professional, and I appreciated that immensely because as I woman I feel like I am spoken down to anytime I have to get car service done. He ordered my tires, changed all 4, and I picked up my car the same night, ready to drive so I could make a trip to DC the following day. I was so blown away by how fast the situation was taken care of, and Eddie's professionalism throughout the entire interaction. I'm getting my oil changed there next week, and I am looking forward to my visit!

I have dealt with a Firestone in Fairview J a couple of times, and the manager is a very unfriendly guy and he is just not nice to deal with.I needed new tires this past week and I called and he wouldn t honor the price on the website so I went to Jersey it s Firestone stated above and they went far and beyond friendliness and total took care of putting all four new tires and so professional. I would highly recommend the Firestone on 79-139 Jersey City. It will now be my place to go for all my needs for my vehicle

I recently made an appointment on Firestone's website, only to arrive at the Jersey City location and discovered that my appointment wasn't registered. Despite traveling from New York, the staff claimed their website was faulty. The worker I dealt with was exceptionally rude, making the entire experience even more unpleasant. This lack of reliability and poor customer service left me thoroughly dissatisfied. It's disheartening when a company fails to honor appointments and treats customers with disrespect.

If anything anyone wants from their autoshop it s going to be honesty and transparency and for that reason I would not recommend this location. After calling for three days to order a tire and confirm it was covered by my warranty.( I purchased the tires and warranty at this location)When I arrived for my appointment, after confirming that information, was told otherwise stating the tires there but would not be covered by warranty because i didn t come in for an alignment. After i made it clear this information was not disclosed at the time of purchase(im speaking with the person who sold me the tires and warranty) he said well it was on the back of your receipt. A joke. I definitely won t be returning to this location and if you re in Jersey Ive been to other firestones in that location that provide quality service for their customers and honesty.

This place has the most absolute worst customer service skills that I have ever experienced. Dropped my car off and it took one week of continuous back and forth for an oil change and inspection of my loud exhaust and wobbly brakes.When I come in today to pick it up I asked the customer service rep hey can you let me know what works been done and the charges. He replies Yeah exactly what I told you the last two times you called. Well silly me I thought as a customer I d be able to ask him What work was done before I paid hey $600 bill.And the kicker is as I get in the car to drive away look up and realize they couldn t even be bothered with updating the oil change sticker.This place is a joke. Never coming back here.

I repaired the air conditioner, and it was not long before it returned to its original state, not working. When I returned to inquire about the matter, they said that the machine for repairing the air conditioner was not working, and they sent me to other stores. They were also procrastinating and became like a ball between them. I ask any of their officials to see the comments. He should do what is required, as the cold is coming and air conditioning is necessary. Thank you to those who work with a professional conscience to preserve the interests of the diamonds.

***BEST SHOP in NYC AREA***While I had poor experience here +5 years ago, the current team led by Eddie/Eduardo is top notch and aces! I cannot begin to praise this team enough for their incredible professionalism, quality service, and customer-first mindset.Sept 19, 2022 - I picked up a screw on my interstate trip, and despite the shop being absolutely slammed, Eddie and his tech were able to get my tired repaired and back on the road within 90 mins.Oct 9, 2022 - I picked up a nail (gotta love NYC roads) and didn t have an appointment until 12 noon, but Eddie and his team got it repaired within 30 mins before noon.I will be loyal to this shop, because of their honesty and dedication to their customers. Cannot say enough about how grateful I am for Eddie and his team - They truly set the bar!

The place is busy, so plan ahead to saty for at least 1 hour per car.The staff is courteous, but it appears that they are always short staffed.The place does need some cleanup. The restrooms are filthy and there are weeds growing everywhere outside. The parking is haphazard. If they can have a makeover with proper staffing, it is a good place to get your cars serviced.

Anderson W Cruz, the store manager, is absolutely the best. His assistance in helping me get some vehicle issues addressed and fixed in no time at all. Firestone should be pleased in his exceptional customer service. One of the greatest experiences. It's my 2nd time being there. Auto shops are one of the worst industries because the amount of other shops that lie to you as far as things you don't have to do in your car. However, Eddie, Alex & Ahmed were great. One of the best customer service treatment, and mainly, HONESTY! Thanks and I will always recommend you to everyone that needs it.

Treated me like an old time customer . The service is awesome.Had my front and rear rotors and brakes replaced about 2 months ago and they weren t feeling right and making a lot noise. Very bad experience with the service and they don t know how to behave with customer also very slow to work they took almost 5 hours to do alignment, i had a appointment at 1 o clock and they gave me my car at 4:55 just for car alignment.

Had a punctured tire and brought my car here on 1/3. Both the person who checked me in and the person there when I picked up my car were great. Professional, courteous, and excellent customer service. They told me it might be ready same day or worst case next day because they had to order the specific tire I needed. It was in fact ready the same evening. The only thing preventing 5 stars is that the tire price was about 30% higher than I paid for the same tires a couple weeks ago at a car dealer service center. But, for the convenience and turn around time, it was worth it.

I took a tour van there (after ditching another local shop of horrors) after we broke down on the Jersey Turnpike. They were excellent and really helped expedite things when time was a major crunch factor. Got me out and back on the road quickly, and were very understanding of my urgency. Much appreciated, well worth a shout out of appreciation. [This was Thurs 3/30, I wish I'd asked their names.. but great staff, serious props to them]Service: Brakes

The team at Firestone took good care of me. I had a decent amount of work done, and the final bill was way lower than my earlier expectations. Plus, the work only took a couple of hours. I definitely recommend.

If you have another place before going to this place please! DO NOT, even thinking go to this place, when you make an appointment they don't know what they doing.I call one day before to explain my situation for oil change for rent a car and they say they have no problem, when I get to the place there was at least five people or frustrated, in three of the employees they don't know what to do with my paper, is you going for only simply oil changing they pretended you to stay for five seven or eight hours, this is a ridiculous place.

Customer Disappointment & Deceptive Practices:I wasted four hours (3:00 PM - 7:00 PM) at Firestone, dealt with John, who claimed to be the manager, and Alex. After this extensive wait, John informed me that the wheel lock was damaged. He suggested an additional $90 to break the lock and fix the tires. Feeling disheartened, I declined and left. The manager reduced tire costs initially, but now demands $90 to address the lock issue. This experience left me deeply upset. Upon researching, I discovered that repair shops typically possess the necessary tools to address such issues promptly. This establishment employs a bargaining strategy, initially quoting high prices and then offering slight reductions. Due to my refusal to pay extra, they damaged my tire lock.I strongly advise against patronizing this auto care location.Suggestions for improvement:1. Employ experienced store managers focused on customer satisfaction.2. Clearly communicate mechanical terms to customers without deception.3. Promptly inform customers if issues are unsolvable, rather than prolonging wait times.4. Address issues with online appointment scheduling, ensuring accuracy and accountability.5. Improve customer service; John exhibited rudeness and lacked customer friendliness.6. Prioritize customer time; consider replacing tires and resolving issues promptly.7. Take responsibility for damages caused, such as the damaged wheel lock.8. Terrible experience at this dealership.My husband and I were traveling from Manhattan to get our battery changed. Called in advanced to ensure the battery was in stock. Receptionist assured us that battery was in stock and quoted a wait time of 90 minutes. 4 hours later we learned the battery was not in stock.We kindly requested the old battery get placed back in the car as my husband and I are both traveling the next day and needed to get back to our apartment to pack our bags.The serviceman purposefully parked the car in a hazardous way post placing the battery back.This was my first experience at a Firestone dealer. I will not be coming back to this or any other location thanks to this experience.

In 3 years i never had a chance to complain. They listen to the need and provide solutions.Service is great. Maybe sometimes the price of the parts seems a little high.Make an appointment prior to going there so that you could get your vehicle on time. Otherwise you would be waiting till the end of the day.They do thorough inspection and inform about the services the vehicle might need and give an estimate. For regular oil change and alignment this is the place. Fast service.

Cut out the middle man and purchase directly from the manufacturer! I saved about $500 to buy 4 new tires. Ford, BJs etc charge more for the same tires! I dropped in after work and waited about an hour til my car was complete.
