Truly fantastic service. While at work, some genius decided to break into my car by busting my front passenger window. Was able to get the window replaced in under 2 hours for $225. The owner was super nice and even cleaned out all the broken glass for me. My first call had been to Safelite who quoted $390 and offered me their earliest appointment which was in 6 days ( ) or pay an additional $50 for their mobile glass replacement service with like a 6 hour turnaround time. I'm so glad i decided to shop around before pulling the trigger. I can't recommend this place more highly.

I took a chance and chose this place based on reviews, and no regrets! We called in at 9 am and my side window was replaced in just a few hours. Service is quick and prices incredibly fair. The owner is so nice. This was the first time I experienced a break in to my car, which was traumatic enough, but he made the experience smooth and simple. The turn around time for getting my driver side window replaced was extremely fast and taken care of very well. Howard was very helpful and respectful and this facility received a customer for life. Searched everywhere for someone to replace a sunroof and broken brackets and no one wanted to take the job except one company trying to charge over $2000. It was an older car and I wasn't willing to pay that but almost felt trapped as it is not easy finding someone to replace a sunroof nowadays. Anyway, I called him on a Thursday at 4pm and he had me bring the car in at 10am the next day. Not only did Howard complete the job by the end of the day but he did it for less than $900 including labor and parts. Some of the best customer service I have ever received and I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Suffered an act of vandalism in which my front windshield was severely damaged. Called Howard and he was able to provide a quote within minutes and replaced the front windshield the same day. All the other chains that advertise on TV couldn't come to repair my windshield until 3 days later. Had to have my rear window replaced as someone threw a rock and shattered the glass. I opted to go with Central Auto to replace the window as I prefer to support the small business owners in my neighborhood. My car was done in a matter of hours. Howard is a really nice guy. He was one of very few people who was willing and able to install a vinyl top on my 2008 Cadillac DTS. He was pleasant and easy to work with and always answered the phone and spoke to me throughout the process of ordering the parts, which took some time. He handled getting emblems for my car without changing the price or making an issue of it. He even helped me pick out the color and made me feel good about my design. I would recommend Howard !!!!

Outstanding work. Mr. Howard did an remarkable job with replacing my windshield. Mr. Howard is extremely polite and was very explanatory about� servicing my vehicle. I was there in March to replace my headliner in my Honda accord and he did a Excellent job. Central Auto has excellent service and professionalism. I recommend this place to everyone price is reasonable

My front windshield cracked. I told my insurance I would be bringing my car here, and was able to call them, drop it off, and get my car back in the same day. Only had to pay them the copay, they handled the rest with the insurance company.

Howard is the nicest and most professional service person I've encountered in the area. Super responsive, does great work, fair and reasonable prices. He put a stereo in my car 6 years ago and just recently replaced my windshield. Both great experiences and I would recommend him to anyone. What a pleasant difference compared to most places!!!

I have nothing great things to say. Something hit my sunroof and shattered it. Everyone I called in the area couldn't help. Then I came here and immediately got things rolling. Our car is over 15 years old and otherwise in very good shape but we needed a new headliner as the original wore out with age. We called Central Auto and they did an amazing job.The ceiling looks brand new. Howard was so helpful and really helped us get the car in shape to be able to take family safely!Thank you so much for taking our request over the holiday season! It's nice to know there are nice shops still our there who really care about the customer and do excellent, professional services!

Howard the owner was great, friendly, knowledgeable. Instead of charging me, he went out of his way to check if there was any recall with my sunroof manufacturer, and voila, there was a recall. So instead me paying about $400-500 dollars, he got it all replaced fixed under warranty.Definitely recommending this place to friends and family.Service: Sunroof glass replacement

One of their managers (or owner?) Howard, really helped me replace my rear auto glass after a hurricane hit Jersey City. When the part ordered was delayed he personally went out of his way to pick that up to get the job done on time. Really appreciated that attention to customer service. I definitely would recommend Central Auto to friends and family. I took my car there to get my headliner replace. I was given a great price to get the whole headliner in my car replaced. Howard was not only professional and reasonable, he did an amazing job replacing my headliner and he took his time finding the right color or the closest color to match my interior and it looks great. Howard was really helpful and answered my call when I could not find any over the labor day weekend. He quickly fixed the broken glass to my car as I street park and no option to park it as is with the broken window which was broken into. As promised the price was reasonable and the turn around time was great. He called me to inform that the vehicle was ready to be picked. Top service, recommend him to everyone.
