SHOUTOUT TO CHRISTIAN.I'll be blunt, I don't know cars. I rely on my family to give me the 411 when I have questions. When one of my windshield wipers started to fail, my dad recommended Autozone. I sought help, and Christian came to the rescue. Not only did he show me which wipers I should buy, he showed me how to install them. Exceptional and fast customer service. Very appreciative. Thank you so much!

Joshua N. is not only an excellent store associate, he actually cares about the customer. He was willing to come out in the rain and check out the appropriate bulb for my lights so I can get home safely! Thank you for your help!

My Sisters and I had a broken driver side power window. It was stuck open and we had a long trip home from NJ to Maine in winter weather ahead of us. Shane Totaram, a store employee who had already clocked out helped us immensely - the part we needed they did not have at that store location and to travel to the store that did have it would have proved difficult. Shane, even after his scheduled work day, took the time to help us with a temporary fix that got the window up for the long rainy/snowy drive home to Maine. Thank you Shane for your help, it was so very appreciated. Auto Zone, Shane is a great asset to your store and your customers!

Worst worker I been going there since the beginning first day open worker was so pleasant and friendly professional12/06/2023 went there around 2:pm I ask the the guy behind the counter need a set of wipers for wife car he doesn t even know how to talk went I went out side he was taking not good words about he didn t know my wife nextWhat kind personality autozone got working lost a good customer take my done where else

Asked for help finding out if the weather stripping they sold would fit my car the? The clerk said they wouldn't have that information. First, I have ever heard that at this store. Then I checked out for my items, and I thought the total was too much. Come to find out if I hadn't caught it, then I would have not only been overcharged but charged 2x for one item and not at all for another lesser item.

I went with the hubby thinking we would have to get a new battery for our Honda element 2006.We were helped by a employee named Joshua. He came to use with a machine like a doctor it diagnosed our car.. All well our car was in great shape he stated and we thank him and appreciate his service of car and professionalism. THANKS JOSHUA AND AUTO ZONE....

Mohammad was such a pleasure to deal with. He definitely was able to give me peace of mind when it came to ensuring my car left running smooth and well. When you folks hire someone make sure they know a little about CARS. I order the rear differential gasket for my 1994 GMC TRUCK .This was about a month ago so time as past . Today is a nice day so I'm going to put everything back together. Guest what the freaken gasket does not line up with the bolt pattern. Nothing but stupid M.F..

Mohammad Tal A. helped me today, and he was extremely efficient, professional and helpful. He quickly helped me to identify the issue with my car, purchase the correct replacement part, and swap it out for me, checking to make sure everything was working correctly at the end. The whole process only took us 20 minutes and was super easy.

I had a very good customer experience here. From the moment I called to arriving everyone was friend. Ruberto was very helpful and knowledgeable. One if his coworkers needed assistance and he didn't turn him away, he politely asked for a min, and assisted his coworker. I highly recommend this location and although this location isn't close to home. I'll lost likely be returning

I had a very great experience here. When I went in, Roberto was super helpful. He was very patient with me and helped me gather the supplies I needed for my car. He even changed my battery and explained the process so I did not feel so lost. He clearly knew what he was doing and had no problem answering the billions of questions I had asked him. He in no way made me feel dumb or confused. Definitely going back here and hopefully Roberto could help me out again.
