I had recently got a vehicle from here my experience was great the staff was so nice to me I was so happy leaving their lot and I ve been driving the car and it drives Very smooth. The interior has no stains very clean. It s honestly everything I want it in a car. I got a SUV from them and it s a wonderful car my kids love it and so do I . I recommend this place to anybody looking for a vehicle

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!I purchased a vehicle from One Stop Auto in Gloucester City NJ and not even 3 months later, my car begin to have problems.I took the car back to them and they told me what I needed was not covered under my warranty and it would cost me over $600 to fix! Please be careful with purchasing anything from them! I also was told that the vihicle was full coverage and that was lie. They basically took our money and never gave us what we paid for. Who in the right mind going to get a car for the FIRST TIME EVER UNDER a liability.. come on now one thing i know for fact is that it doesn't matter what car you get from anywhere and by a bank you need to have full coverage on it. So please be careful going here.

Young Monop2 minutes agoThis place is a rip off they give you lemons after a while you will notice. They up charge the car a ridiculous price that will eventually break down on you I brought 2 cars second car almost 8 thousand in remains & haven t had to more then 2 years they don t care there Spanish group who just want money and once you buy this car don t look from help from them they gone charge you not matter them warranty time frame it s all cap. Not a new owner they just changed building same crooked people

Is the best dealer around the area. They help customer to get approve no matter us your credit is bad. The down payment is reasonable. I think is the best around . I bought a Ford Explorer 2014 and I haven t had no complaints.

I bought a car from the dealer in a month later I had problems with a C in not even a week having the car check. Engine light came on now my car is not drivable and I m still trying to pay it off.

Karen, the Finance Manager is very good. I have a good credit and she got me very low monthly payment. the attention of all the workers is excellent, they answered all my doubts and the same day I took my vehicle, a Nissan Rogue 2018 with low miles

Great experience they doubled my trade allowance help me get a loan no matter my credit professional customer service. I recommend everyone. Go see Angel he really puts dreams in driveways. I already sent my family and friends great deals major savings.

Awful...almost as bad as City Select. Turned off the warning lights so it didn't come on til I was gone. Spent 3k on my car and in 2 months had to put 1400 into it and now 3 months after that I'm looking at even more. When I called them, they were like why didn't you get the warranty? I told them when I asked that they didnt offer them period. Essentially told me i was s.o.l. and hung up on me. Now i have a car that i cant drive because of these shiesty people...run!UPDATE: Had to replace the engine and radiator as well because the timing belt was bad. Wish I could give 0 starsCaveat: I bought my old car from J & C. It changed ownership but I noticed some of the same people are still working there. I still stand by original review.

This dealer is filled with a bunch of rude people who are only interested in lying. They are selling vehicles with major issues and i personally even pointed out an issue to the mechanic named Francisco who actually turned out to not be a mechanic at all. They had excuses and lies for everything and called me rude because i pointed out the vehicle the was $2,000 above value price (if it was perfect However it had cosmetic and mechanical issues !!)and cursed me out. Also there is no real management. ICE should consider investigating this place

At first I gave them five stars because i like my vehicle & the approval and buying process was very easy but a month after having my vehicle its misfiring I have a warranty agreement so I call the warranty company only to find out they dont see a warrany agreement for me from the dealer but im paying 1300 for it. The fast talking customer service is very unprofessional they say one thing do another.

DONT BUY FROM HERE, THE SELL SH*T CARS...I bought a car here about 4 months ago and every other week since the date if purchase I am back here because their is something else wrong thr car. Check engine light keeps coming on, car keeps overheating and they have yet done anything to fix the problem. Yea they do want ever it takes to sell you the car but once you already bought it completely different story.

Update: they refused to respond to the BBB. So now I have a car with a salvaged title and no tags. Can't get tags cuz I have no title and it isn't registered. Can't register it cuz it has a salvaged title. They refuse to give me my money back. Stay away!! I purchased this car 3/24, they're scam artists.Update 4/16/16: found out the car had a salvage title. The title they sent me a text of isn't in their name. Called motor vehicle commissions and the NICB and they said the car should have been issued a salvage title. The investigators said they knew and that's why the title isn't in their name. That's illegal and called title jumping. Went to get my money back. They refused, I called police who took a report and advised us to take them to court. Avoid them! Horrible business!!Update. The car I bought was unsafe to drive. Took it to a Honda dealership and was told it was completely unsafe. Found papers stashed that said it failed inspectionsVery nice and helpful people. Angel and Rob assisted and worked with us they remained flexible and keep the mood light. They had great cars and great prices.

Was inquiring about their Mistusbishi Lancer Ralliart 2009, and they completely lied about the car. They ran my credit about a vehicle that was not at all what they said. I drove up about an hour TWICE A WEEK, for them to COMPETELY FRAUD ME. I gave them my credit information for a vehicle that didn t exist. The car was listed as 1 owner and it had 4! It was in an accident, which was not mentioned, and this place tried to cover it up! They said the vehicle wasn t avaiable because they were working on it and turnersville was repacking the transmission with a brand new one. Turnersville auto transmission had no record of this vehicle, and this place had no mechanics of their own. they drove this vehicle to me without a proper working transmission and shifting censor. Who ever gets in this vehicle could be killed. They changed the rims and the brakes on the vehicle without telling me and had no receipts of their work when they claimed they changed the transmission, pulleys, harmonic balancer, and shifting sensors. They told me that they were not giving me any paperwork on how the vehicle was serviced and they already gaves us too much information already pertaining to the safety of a vehicle. Please do not get scammed! They will run your credit, take your money, and then kick you out. I asked for receipts or copies of the work that was done to this vehicle and they cussed me out and told me that I m useless and a waste of her time and threatened to physically put their hands on me. They continued to talk about me in Spanish as if I didn t know that language. I asked for a bosses number and I was given a fake number to a randmon person who claimed the vehicle was ready they just want to drive it. I never got a call back ever, and they claimed they had no idea who this man I called was when they gave me the number. The lady who gave me the number was sitting in the other desk. THIS PLACE IS UNSAFE AND FRAUD. 9500 FOR A CAR THAT IS SALVAGED AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY REPORTS.

This place is under new ownership on Admiral BlvdI went in and wasnt pressured to do anythingThey didnt have the certain vehicle I wanted and they informed me they would get it-which they did in perfect condition-payments I wanted with the down payment I told them.Joe the Sales guy was awesome! Joe is Personable and really a go getter! My experience at 1 Stop was incredible and I definitely recommend chechking them out!Therr customer service is top notch!!!!!!!#Thanks Joe/Roberto and Benny!!!!!

Alex is a excellent mechanic the type of mechanic who's knowledge is old school n hands on...Jorge is a honest salesman n will get you in a car that fits your budget..as a used car buyer people have to understand the car you buy isn't going to be perfect that's why it's called USED meaning your going to have to make some minor maintenance if you want New or perfect then go to a New car dealership..The dealership is only responsible for the basics when selling a used car ie brakes fluids filters working lights n signals decent tires is REGULAR maintenance other than that YOU the buyer needs to bring a mechanic to check the car before purchase which most don't do so if something major is wrong it's your fault NOT the dealership..Also since the cars are used you the customer should buy a extended warranty to cover yourself from major issues otherwise after 30 days or 3000 miles whichever comes first major issues are on the customer it's the LAW so with that being said One Stop is doing a good job...juuuust one thing I have a little issue with..IF THE ESTIMATED WORK/LABOR TIME IS 2 1/2 HOURS N THE JOB ACTUALLY ONLY TOOK 1 1/2 HOURS REIMBURSE ME FOR THE HOUR THAT WASN'T SPENT ON MY CAR other than that great place to buy a car n get work done. Hey Eve help a brother out with that reimbursement of an hour please

Do not buy a vehicle here they sell cars with salvage titles and you won t know until it s too late!!! And don t go by the Carfax That they print out!!! If you are truly head over heels over a car on their lot your best bet is to contact the DMV provide them with the Vin number and do your own research on the vehicle Prior to purchase!!!!

Freaking disgusted! !! These people are a rip off! ! Purchased a 2014, had 2 replace the transmission 60 days after I drove off the lot! ! When I called they said give them another 1000$ and I could purchase a warranty and get the car fixed 30 days later! !...DESPICABLE, DOWN RIGHT DIRTY PRACTICES! !...NOW THESE PEOPLE HAVE RIPPED OFF CONSUMERS AND MOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION IN DEPTFORD! !....NOW MY TRANSMISSION IS GONE AGAIN AND I HAVE 2 PAY ANOTHER 1000$ 4 A REPAIR! !!....I'M CONTACTING EVERY LOCAL AUTHORITY I CAN! !!.....

They said it was nothing wrong with the car but when I drove it, 3rd gear was bad. The next day, the engine light came on. Went autozone for diagnostics and then to mechanics to check it out. They said it they must of fixed the check lights so that it wouldn't show. Also, they screwed the glove compartment door shut. They don't keep their car maintained at all. Buy if you can afford to pay 2,000 + to fix or waist money.
