Freak one car accident resulted in front end of very low mileage 2013 CAMRY XLE to be 95% separated from body without apparent mechanical damage. Some obvious damaged or broken grille, lights, hardware.I have no fair way to compare Premier Collision to any other shop except my insurance company requires a specific appraiser to review and approve claim. Using another shop would require a Field Appraisal or a couple of days delay. I opted to use the recommend vendor, Premier.I hoped for very fast repair but expected the usual delays. Assess damage, prepare estimates, await approvals, order parts, receive parts, schedule staff assignments, complete repairs. Add in the pre and post Christmas season, and I was able to accept 24 days from the day, 12/9, that the car was towed to Premier and 1/2/24, the day Kayla from Premier called to tell me the car was ready and picked me up at home because of family emergency.Kayla and Operations manager, Willie, were responsive to my inquires and very understanding of my concerns. I recognize the difficulty in providing status reports when there is reliance on numerous outside partners, especially during the holiday season.I would definitely recommend Premier to a friend for consideration.

Absolutely awful service. It took over 5 months(!!) to have our car fixed. Every week we d call and were always told they d call back that day. Not once in 5 months did they actually call us back until the car was finally ready. They were constantly confused, when we d give them our name/car make they never seemed to know where the car was/the status of the repair. Our awful experience seems to be on par with the rest of the reviews I m now seeing. Avoid at all costs!

It took longer than I expected, but it was not their fault at all. Supply chain held up some of the parts need for my vehicle. But at the end they got it fix, and it s looking like a new car. My car was a victim of a hit and run and the damage was really bad, very difficult to look at, but they got it fixed . I mean it looks like a new car. They really know their work. The ladies at the office are awesome. They always call me every other day to give updates on my vehicle, even when the parts were not coming it was encouraging to hear from them and knowing they re doing their best. To capped it all, they helped me with my deductible (I won t go in full details because I m not sure if they would like it). Without their help with the deductible I would not have been able to do it. My kids are happy they got their car back and can fit their car seats in. The rental was too small for all of us. They thought dad bought a new car:). Thank you Premier Collusion Center! Thank you for everything!!!Services: Transmission, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Had an accident in September 2022 and although I was warned there were supply chain issues, the parts didn t become available until December (or so I was told). I was given three separate appointments to drop off my vehicle for repairs. Each time I was told the parts were not available. The second time I showed up in person and told the same story. The third time I said I was dropping the car off and to be called with updates. They had my car for a month before I was told the headlamp wasn t there. Out of desperation I found an headlamp on Amazon and offered to order it and ship it to them, they never called me back. Each week it was a different story because then the hood apparently wasn t available either. I called my insurance provider to investigate because I was exhausted by the run around. Finally by the end of January I got a notification that work had begun (I dropped it off 12/14/22). I was notified on 2/3/23 that it was completed and picked it up on 2/6/23 since it was a weekend when it was completed. They offered to return the rental for me, which I refused, and good thing because apparently insurance stopped paying on 1/31. So now it s up to me to speak to my insurance to make sure I m not charged for the days the car was still in repair. Overall the communication was extremely lax and my experience is not one I d like to repeat, so I do not recommend working with this company.Service: Body & Trim

WOW! Premier Collision was PHENOMENAL to work with. Vanessa in the office was so GREAT! She communicated all the time with updates. She was very accommodating with any requests and in helping with the Insurance Adjuster. Very professional company and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you need any work done. I had a wonderful experience at Premiere Collision. Dealing with accidents and damage to your car is always stressful and daunting but Premiere made it easy. They were honest, extremely helpful and did excellent work in a very timely fashion. Special shout out to Vanessa who was amazing from day 1 and guided me through the process flawlessly. I received consistent updates on the status of my car, was set up with a perfect rental and was treated like a life-long customer. Repair was good. Only problem with the estimator said he do some thing about the ding on the door for free. But when they re doing the work said it would cost an extra 480 Dollars way too much highest estimate I got was 125. The other problem was with rental car receptionist at Premier Collision said she take care of everything I didn t have to do anything I said are you sure she say yes. But when I got to the Rent-A-Car place no reservation was made had to wait an extra hour to figure it out totally unacceptable. It was supposed to be my lunch hour ended up taking the rest of the day had to use 4 hours of my vacation time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was recommended to Premier by my insurance company. The nine day estimate wound up taking twenty days. When I got it back I noticed a lot of paint swirls and over spraying and an obvious grease stain on the seat where they replaced the door that won t come out. And last but not least a weird smell in the car I can t totally get rid of. Definitely wasn t there when I dropped it off. Do not use this place unless you are looking for substandard, if not poor, workmanship.Service: Body & Trim

I was referred to this location through USAA after my car accident and they did a great job! My car looks brand new and although there was a lot to fix, they got it done in a little over a month, there were delays due to shipping of parts but I was given an update every T/Th. I sincerely appreciate the manager I spoke to ( I believe his name is Edwin): I was frustrated when my repair was delayed but he gave me a personal call to explain the details of the situation and assured me they would have the job completed soon. Which they did the following week. Thank you everyone from the technicians to the receptionist for your help & care in handling my vehicle :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Sabrina was amazing. You definitely have the right person there to great the clients when they come in. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She s very attentive and personable. There aren t enough words to describe my experience at Premier Collision Center! I have taken me and my girlfriends vehicles to both of their locations and each time was a great experience! Their secretaries are very kind and kept me informed throughout the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. When I went to pick them up, the work came out phenomenal like nothing even happened to my vehicles. They are also certified with many manufacturers which was important to me since I wanted to make sure the job was done correctly which it was. I would recommend Premier Collision to my family and friends and will definitely be coming back if I need anymore work done to my vehicles!

I brought my car there due to an accident that occurred on my vehicle. The whole experience was breeze and it couldn t have went any better. They kept me updated every set of the way and the turn around time was short. The front desk was very nice and polite and made it very easy for me throughout the whole time my car was in there from getting me a rental, keeping me updated and just all around everything went well. I highly recommend

I had the best experience ever here. They got all the work done on my car very quickly, they were very accommodating and answered any and all questions I had. Robin and Sabrina at the front desk are THE nicest people in the world! So so sweet and were always giving me updates on my car. They answered all questions I had about my insurance, car rentals, etc. They are amazing thank you ladies!

After a rear end accident, I brought my CR-V here. Sabrina was great. She contacted me 2X/week to let me know what was going on with the car. I got lucky and the car was ready before the estimated date. As I was leaving I met one of the managers . . . very nice, asked if I was happy with the car, etc. Car looks great, and there was plastic all over the interior (nice touch during this COVID time).Service: Body & Trim

Willie and the staff at premier Collison are great. Friendly service and amazing work. They fixed my Tesla better than I could ve asked for. I took the Tesla to a Tesla certified body shop prior and they did a horrible job, over spray, paint runs and painting parts that were supposed to be painted, I never even noticed these imperfections but the second Willie took a look at the car he pointed them all out to me. His team fixed all the imperfections and had my car looking like it came off the showroom floor, if not better looking. Work was finished on time and ready when promised. They communicated throughout the entire process. The estimate was true and was not hit with a higher bill when I picked it. Would absolutely use them in the future for my Tesla and other cars if I need bodywork!! Thanks for the great work!

Willie Jr was an absolute professional and knew exactly why needed to be done. My car looks and feel great. I d recommend this business to all my family friends. The staff at Premier Collision in Garwood was extremely professional, hospitable, timely in fixing my car and great at keeping me updated. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of auto body repairs. I felt at ease and like my car was in good hands.

Absolutely horrible experience. No attention to detail. I found issues when it was suppose to be complete after havingmy car for months. Left my car dirty and left garbage in my car. Not a company I would ever use again or recommend. Tried calling and emailing since Sept without any response from the owner! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!My car went in on Aug 5th.. told me it would be ready Sept 3rd. When I called to arrange pick up they told me they had to send parts back, and it would take a few days. I followed up daily and FINALLY after many calls, they received my parts and told me another 27 days! ( in Aug I had received a message saying my car was almost ready!) And that it would be ready on Oct 18th! Its now Oct 26th, and I still don't have a car! And I just tracked my car, and it's now at a different location that I originally dropped it off!!!!! Shouldn't I have been contacted???I have also requested information numerous times from the shop without any response! I requested to speak with the owner, but I haven't been able to!AVOID!!!

Please let me introduce myself. I have worked at autobody shops as an estimator and at insurance companies as an adjuster. Now I own a fleet of vehicles and am in a different business. When a bumper on one of my vehicles was slightly off I sent a message to this shop on Facebook along with pictures asking for help or even just guidance they very rude to myself. They acted in a manner that I would have NEVER acted towards a customer. They REFUSED ME SERVICE stating that since another shop touched the bumper they could not provide me any help for liability reasons.As a former auto professional, I know this is ABSOLUTELY BOGUS and they were just shining me on because its a small job. In fact, just a piece of the bumper was coming out and I needed someone who knew this bumper to provide me some guidance. Since this shop is part of the Lincoln repair program and I am a fleet owner of Lincolns I will now make a complaint to Lincoln about service received at this shop.Now lets hear it from the shop who will write something bogus to get out of this review. Listen. You will be reported to Lincoln for the horrible service you provided me. I suggest to anyone who uses this shop that they will probably receive the same service in return from them so I would look elsewhere if you crash your Lincoln. Go to the Lincoln website and look for another shop.

Hands down the best collision and auto mechanic facility in NJ. Super friendly and caring customer service. They treat you like family and never charge you for unnecessary things. Please try them and you will be impressed. Sabrina is the receptionist and super sweet and would assist you with the process. Go check them out
