One of the best shops I have ever experienced.They are motivated and knowledgeable technicians, that focus on solutions not problems. They were able to repair a misfire on my truck that 4 other shops could not find for over 14 months. It took them a little over 1 week. Nick makes everything simple and approachable. Could not recommend a better shop.

Got a flyer in the mail, decided to try them out since I just moved here and i didn t really have a mechanic. They were great, the guy at the desk was very helpful about what oil to use. And I love how they send you a text about possible repair fixes instead of calling nonstop saying what you need done and you can do it right over the computer if you want it done or not. Really like this place, I will be happy to return for my next service.

I brought my miata for some work and everything turned out awesome, they replaced numerous seals and my water pump and timing belt. Pricing was alright, but paying more knowing something will be done correctly was enough for me! They have quickly become my go to shop for tires and work that I just cannot do conveniently without a lift.

We have been using KRP auto for both my personal and work vehicles for roughly 3 years now. They always Accommodate to my busy work schedule to fit me in for repairs or maintenance when needed.Nick and Dylan are people to deal with and have great customer service attitudes!They always explain everything in detail as to what needs to be fixed and will always answer any questions that you have!HIGHLY RECOMMEND KRP auto for any of your auto repair needs!!

KRP has fixed my aging Jeep a few times over the past few months, and they have been so fast, courteous, and reasonably priced every time. Their shop is clean and has a nice waiting room, and they are also flexible with letting you pick up your vehicle after hours. The online scheduler and payment system are really convenient, and they warranty their work for 24k miles. Hard to find a shop that does anything like that these days. I highly recommend them!

KRP Automotive was recommended on a local FB page. This was the first time in over 20 years that I did not go to a dealer s service center. I loved that KRP had online appointment booking. They used text messages to provide a report for my car and for my approval of the work and estimate. The work was done in a day and the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely be using KRP again!

Went in for front brake warranty work. Their inspection found a catastrophic rear drum brake problem about to occur and fixed problem. Awesome attention to detail and safety inspection. I have and old Lexus with over 300,000 plus miles. The shop was great. The guys were very knowledgeable and professional. They promised me my car would be done in a day. I have no other ride and they kept their word. They used my parts and put it all together. There mechanic was excellent. It was a lot of work for him, to get at everything. Half of my engine had to come apart. I m hoping the car will make the million mile club. I can t thank KRP enough. I have a regular mechanic, but he is usually really busy and can be difficult to schedule with. In a matter of 48 hours my brakes started to grind really badly and I needed them done for a road trip to visit my mother in upstate NY. The guys at KRP took it in that day, did the repair, and sent me on my way with a pretty reasonable price. Only thing I wasn't too happy with - the $30 miscellaneous fee that was added to the bill. Overhead charges should already be included in the billing unless it's a tire disposal fee or something government mandated. Overall I'm quite happy with them.

Excellent! I haven t been to this Franklin site but I was one of their first clients at the new Newton one. They were so nice and since I had to wait they worked on my car quickly. Loved the service!

The guys at KRP were great, especially Nick.They did a great job on my brakes and diagnosed some issues that other shops had not taken the time to diagnose for me. I highly recommend them.

KRP is an amazing shop! I have been going to them when they were in the town of Ogdensburg. They are amazing in what they do and are up front before work begins. They now have an invoice method system that lists work that should/ needs to be addressed and they wont start until you give the final go ahead. After work is complete you now can also pay directly through their invoice system which makes things much simpler. Another great addition to their shop was the ability to make appointments online, but also with that you can describe a problem and Nick and or Dylan with their awesome team of mechanics will do everything they can to diagnose and address your issue to get you back on the road. This is the shop to go to as you and your car are in the best of hands!

I know nothing about cars and fear all shops except KRP. There is never a sale's pitch or any pressure at all. They send you a detailed list of what they feel needs immediate attention, what should be done in the coming weeks-months and what to look for months down the road. You get to hand pick what services you want done without any issues through their app but you can also call with any questions or issues as well. I found their service to be very fast and honest with extremely affordable prices. They also stand behind their work so that makes repairs that much easier. I am sending my son's car there next for an oil change and an honest report on the status of his car so I can address any needs as I see fit. I highly recommend KRP for stress free repairs and routine maintenance as they usually have specials as well. Recently had both my cars in for oil service. Things were handled in a very timely manner and Nick did a great job outlining minor issues that needed attention.Overall great experience. I'll be back!!

KRP did a wheel alignment on my car. The entire experience was wonderful. From scheduling the appointment. Waiting room with game show network to watch and coffee bar for convince. Even getting in and out of car with elderly sister was easy because of the professionalism and compassion of the people who work there. A+++

They are totally unfair and deceitful. Paid for my transmission to be replaced and was told it came with a 2 year parts and labor warranty. The part failed less than a year later and they flat out refused to fix the part or refund my money. Told me that they don't actually honor the warranties they offer. Only offered to help me after I left a negative review.

Nick's work on my trailblazer ss was nice and clean,the engine bay looks great there isn't wires running everywhere like typical. I'd recommend krp to anyone in search of a mechanic.

great shop they were able to take care of the leak of my car and also recommended my front rotors (which I knew they were bad but still nice they made the recommendation). Very friendly staff and quick turn around time.

Brought my car in for a starting issue, unfortunately a dealer part was out of stock, as soon as it was in I got a call, dropped the car off and had it back the same day! Nick and the team were extremely helpful and friendly. Love that they do a full inspection of the car, work up a report with detailed concerns and send a link with all the info via text for approval of each concern (with pictures!) I could not be happier with the full transparency of KRP!

Dropped my evo x off on a Tuesday for all new brake pads, cv axles, drivetrain fluid change, and two tires and it was ready the next day with no issues. If you have a performance car & or a regular car, and need work done and want peace of mind that it s done right & timely, I highly suggest KRP.
