This is the go-to place for quick services! The employees here are very approachable and they want to help. I did not get the gentleman s name, but he helped me out with a battery change. In less than 10 minutes I had a brand new battery no issues, no fuss. 10/10 would definitely recommend this location!!

Deli section horrible. Check expiration dates! Bread was about a month out of date as well. Large crate of oranges in center aisle was full of mold. Health department needs to step in here! I don't know how this place is still in business.

It's a good place to go for basic parts or tools if you're in a jam, but their prices can be a bit high. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Needed help with a battery and a faulty A/C. Called beforehand to see if they had the battery size and was greeted with nothing but the best service from Luis; questions asked, questions answered.Went to the store, and felt validated that I d called the right store, the right person.Luis is a gem. Helped me with the battery (I was coming home from work and didn t have the tools to switch my dead battery in my work clothes) and helped with the A/C.Highly recommend if you need quick help.

Excellent! The customer service is always great at this store. The staff is incredibly helpful. I had my car battery replaced in about 15 minutes, no dropping off car at a mechanic or waiting all day to be serviced. 1

Counter guys were busy, new guy(I guess) had to ask for help with pulling computer codes. The first reader didn't work, the second unit read but didn't give a printout. I bought the part recommended, will see if it fixes the problem.

I had to get a new battery and my experience here was exceptional. I was greeted by Derik Drown as soon as I entered the store even though there were a few customers Derik acknowledged my presence right away and made me feel as though my business was important and that I was going to be helped in a quick manner.Derik was amazing he went over all my choices with in depth information when answering my questions. He assured me he could install the battery and that the process would be quick and easy so I decided to make the purchase.Derik installed the battery in about five minutes along with the proper grease and insulation pads to make sure I would not have any further problems with corrosion.Derik was professional knowledgeable and personable. Great sense of humor and conversational making the whole experience feel quick and easy. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing mechanically and really went the extra mile with his focus on customer service. I have a background in retail management and he exceeded what I expect from my employees in all areas. He is truly an asset and should be recognized for an above and beyond job.Thank you I will certainly not be using any other location in the future it s really easy to make a customer for life and Derik earned my brand loyalty hands down.

I was very disappointed with the service. The guy was nasty, unprofessional, not helpful n had no manners, I should have gone to advance auto parts n given them the 872.00 business, I guest next time I will def go there instead. Maybe this comp should look into the store on Rt 23 south franklin n j 07816 . Mery

Phil the manager was great, I had purchased a headlight bulb and it had broken fairly quickly. They did an exchange for us without any headache. Great experience! Thanks Phil!

I give the staff an absolute five. They are the most helpful guys in the area, lend you tools if you need to make a quick fix, and are pretty knowledgeable. My problem with this location is the manager. After purchasing two sets of Sylvania H7's not even a month ago (They were around $40 a set) , one of the bulbs burned out. I went in for a simple return and the manager intervened in the transaction to stop the gentleman at the counter from performing refund functions. His excuse was that they don't do electronic refunds because it could be my fault that the bulb burnt out so fast. I ushered him to the aisle where I bought the bulbs after I told him about the one year warranty that Sylvania guarantees on their box; this one year warranty being redeemable at the place of purchase. He then proceeded to tell me that I had to take it up with Sylvania themselves and that he can't perform the return. Remove this man from his management position and give him some proper customer service training. I've been in management for 7 years and the proper response would have been "I will take care of this for you sir". Never coming to this location again and props to the regional and district managers for getting back to me on this issue (News flash: They didn't)

Derek was the counter men and he was great. He knew his stuff. I know they can't carry everything and they have to order some stuff but I figured they might have had a few more ball joints. That's why they got a four not a 5

Needed something in a hurry on a Sunday and although they had what I needed they were very understaffed waited more than 15 minutes to purchase a regular fan belt... They offered three different grades of the same felt but apparently only had the better one in stock which in a pinch on a Sunday I had no choice and I had to purchase.. so I would say on the plus side they were open on a Sunday and I did Altima Lee get what I needed on the minus side took a hell of a long time to get... They were a little busy but there was a lot of nonsense and crosstalk between the employees and and nonsense jibber-jabber with the customers I just wanted my part and to get out but that didn't happen... finally told him here keep the change because I didn't feel like waiting for it... All in all very young staff who seem to only know what was on the computer screen not much more than that

Big store has most of everything you'd need, how very they do have limited stock of stuff. Sometimes they don't have sets (if you'd need 2 of an item) however the staff is very friendly and attentive, helpful and willing to place orders if need be

This staff was super helpful and this was by far my favorite AutoZone. We went to 3 different AutoZones in the same day trying to get 2 rear hubs and the bolts to go with. Each of the stores had only 1 hub and/or 1 bolt kit or neither.. it made for alot of driving to get what we needed. Franklin's AutoZone customer service was by far the best of them all!
