Allen and his staff did an awesome job to with my 7 Series BMW. The two tone wrap still looks factory 1 year later. Powdered rims look perfect. I bring it in every now and then to get spots touched up free of charge as promised. Allen has become my go to for anything car related and he always delivers. Highly recommended.

Absolutely hands down the best shop I ve been to in a while. I gotta start by saying Allan is one of the most professional people I ve had the opportunity to work with from attention to detail & always there if i had any questions. Brought him my Husband s Tesla to surprise him for his birthday & he was stunned!! The color is just breathtaking. Thank you for such a great experience!! Will definitely be coming back.

Allen obviously got some random people to give him a 5 start review to help save his rating. Smh. I took this fool to court and it turns out he has 12 cases pending between small claims court and special claims court (claims over $5k). He never showed up to my court hearing. Back in Jan 2023 He contacted my insurance company and somehow managed to get them to put a stop order on a check they were mailing me in order to send the check directly to him. He also purposely damaged my rim in an attempt to get more money from the insurance. Complete scumbag. Had my car for months and he NEVER ORDERED THE PARTS. Thankfully he was foolish enough to cash in my insurance check without my permission and/or signature. I filed an application of forgery against him and now my insurance is issuing me the check. This process took over a year at this point. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING FAR FAR AWAY FROM ALLEN OR ANY OF HIS SHOPS. He ll have random clients come in complaining if you ever visit. Dont turn a blind eye to that.

On November 29th, I prepaid for tires, expecting delivery by December 1st and installation by December 4th, with a confirmed appointment at 5:30 PM on the latter date. However, an hour prior to the appointment, I was informed of a delay due to staff illness, leading to a series of postponements until December 8th. On December 11th, despite assurances, the tires remained uninstalled due to purported staffing issues, and it was then revealed the tires had not even arrived. The owner promised follow-up that never materialized. This experience underscores the impact of customer service on business reputation. I have since sought alternatives and am pursuing resolution through legal means.

I m not exactly sure why there s some negative reviews about the owner Allen being a scam artist but all i can say is i will definitely be going back for more changes to my vehicle. I started with the some simple touches to add some flare on my mercedes, since it s my first luxury car. I blacked out my wheels, tinted my windows and added some color to my calipers. I was honestly lost when I first walked in but Allen was very helpful & helped me costumize my car to the way i wanted. It came out better than i could ve imagined. Very satisfied.

This place for many years have come through they are fast excellent quality and great pricing. The crew are warm and nice welcoming, great people anything you need they got you Alan is a champ he just did my M4 CS in a very limited hard to acquire color by inozetek celestial unicorn and it s hella fire check out the pics

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Do not let the high end cars that are parked in front of the business lure you in. I got my car wrapped here back in 2021, turn around time was good and the wrap was ok for what I paid. I brought my car back here on Feb 1, 2023. I asked the "owner" Allen Vivat if he does body work or just wraps cars and he said he does it all. The job was simple, all that was required was replacing the bumper and drivers side headlight. 2-3 day turn around max. Insurance company paid him on February 3rd he cashed the check February 4th. I get plagued with every excuse under the sun as to why my vehicle is taking so long to get fixed. "Had to fire the dude. He put his hands on one of my workers", "Parts on back order it will be here next week", "There was some damage done to the roof of your car that we will fix but its pushing the date back 2 weeks". This carried on for months and I finally decide to show up. My car was parked across the street at a strip mall and it turns out he NEVER ordered the parts. I take my vehicle back last week which now has sunburn damage to the roof and hood which are wrapped because Im sure he left it sitting there for months and there's damage to the drivers side rim. We are now in the end of September and I have to sue this fool and take him to court for the money that he was paid which he refuses to return. smh.S T A Y A W A Y!!!!!!!!!! YOU BEEN WARNED!!!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND YOU WILL NOTICE THIS AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN.

I used New Age to purchase Fuel Beast rims and BFG KO2 tires. Fitment if these giant tires on a lifted Land Cruiser Series 80 (LX450) is a tricky thing. Paul is very knowledgeable about tires and rims. I trust his judgement about fitment and "stance". He took the initiative to paint the hubs when the center caps didn't fit and the results were even better than with caps. There was a timing glitch when the rims and tires arrived later than expected, but I'm completely satisfied with the result and Paul's knowledge and judgement.

So here s the deal: I paid up front for some tires on November 29th, was told to expect them to be delivered by December 1st and installed by the 4th. They even confirmed my 5:30 PM appointment for the 4th. But then, an hour before, they call me saying they can t do it because of sick staff and suggest we push it to the next day. This same song and dance goes on every day for a week until December 8th, and then they tell me to come in on the 11th.I show up on the 11th, and guess what? Same story no staff. They tell me to come back again the next day. I ask about my tires, and they say they re there but just can t install them. Next day, nothing s changed. I get fed up and ask if I can just pick up the tires myself, and then they drop this bomb the tires aren t even there! The owner says he ll get them and call me back, but no call ever comes.It's worth remembering how much a business's reputation can be affected by people sharing their experiences. They never know who you may be talking to. In the meantime, I've sorted myself out by getting tires from another place. I'll leave it in the hands of the legal system to sort out this mess.

Do not bring a tesla here. Brought my tesla here and he sent it to someone in Paterson. They installed a third party bumper and door to it terribly, like TERRIBLY, cracks, damage, they even put in screws through the door and straight up cracked the whole thing, then charged my insurance a few thousand and told me they can t do anything about it. One of the biggest losses I ve ever taken. They also took over 6 months. Worst experience ever, my car has so much damage.PS i took it to tesla and they told me whoever installed these parts has absolutely no idea what they re doing and not even tesla can resolve it now without spending an insane amount of money out of pocket.

Very bad experience. We wanted to have the rims fixed so they said they would redo everything and it would looks brand new.The picture is from AFTER (not before). Terrible, terrible job. The worst.First mistake, they painted the rim black and we didn t want to change the color chrome.Second mistake, the painted over the logo (that s what they said) or stole the Cadillac logo probably to resell it. Now we have to pay if we want to put back the logo in the middle.Third mistake, the wheels are staggered and they didn t put the right wheels at the front/back.Forth, they didn t put a coating in the rim so now when we changed the tires, all the rims are scratched. The tires place that we do trust told us that they use plastic to remove the tires and normal rims don t get scratch with their tools.WORST place EVER!!!!!Do not go there, do not trust them. They do a cheap job just to get your money and offer no quality.And of course they don t want to fix their mistakes.

Poor quality of wrap. A year later I am getting my car re wrapped in different shop and they found out that New Age have broken bunch of my sensors and bumper clips.My wrap was peeling off in a day after I got car from them.Do not go there.Look for other shops

The radio in my wife's 2010 Jetta died. Wanting to be the hero and having installed several radios in my own vehicles in the past I thought "let me buy a replacement radio along with all the parts and install it myself". Installing a radio in a 1976 Plymouth Duster in 1978 is not the same skillset required to install radios currently. I brought the items to our local mechanic who typically does our repairs and maintenance who, after removing the radio, let me know that it would be too much work to install the new radio. Now what?I checked out the costs at Best Buy (Geek Squad) who, first of all, only take online appointments, second of all do not have our exact vehicle listed in their drop down menu and third of all wanted more than the cost of the radio to install it.I called New Age and spoke with a gentleman who, after hearing that I had all the parts invited me to come down so he could take a look. I made an appointment for the next day at 3pm. I brought the car, he checked that I had all the parts, told me the installation would be $200 and if I needed it that day he could get it done by 6pm.I left the car and went back at 5:45. The owner took me to the work area where two people were finishing up the work and asked me to have a seat in the waiting area.I had the car by 6:15. The radio, bluetooth and satellite all worked perfectly. The inside of the car was clean. The wire that connected the mic to the radio was properly run through the dash and up inside the molding channel on the driver side. The extra small parts I purchased were inside the box and the car was completely neat, as was the work.The price was the agreed-upon $200 which I believe was a more than fair price for the knowledge, experience and labor involved.One of the reason my wife and I have been going to the same mechanic for the past 10+ years is simply this: Trust. I know that he will tell me the truth and charge me a fair price. I never want the lowest price - it is important to me that the people I work with be fairly compensated for their knowledge and experience in addition to the time they invest doing the work. I feel that way about the people at New Age and would absolutely recommend them to any customers who need either simple work similar to mine or for the high-end custom solutions they provide.I believe they treated me the same way they would treat a customer who is interested in expensive wheels or vehicle customization.Vito ValentiniMarch 18, 2021

Brought my BMW M6 in for tinting, wheel powder coating, tire change, oil change, and rear brake pad replacement. Price was fair with with exceptional service coming from the whole crew. Planning on having them install a full exhaust system soon. They are definitely my go to shop for anything that relates to my car.

Paul created an exceptional experience and insight in what I was looking to have done with my car. We had a minor hiccup but Paul was very professional and saw it through. Can't recommend these guys enough. Will be going back to get more work done.

Allen was a pleasure to work with, I was not looking for something that would explode my ears off, but something with a little more uuummmffffff if you know what I mean. He knew exactly what was needed, got the job don�. Nice finished sir. Highly recommend to friends and family. Will definitely revisit the facility in the near future.

Outstanding, can-do service! We were from out of town and hit a pot hole nearby, they quickly replaced one tire and gave us solid advice on the other. We were in and out in less than an hour. Friendly staff as well!

Rip off! Wanted to reprpgram my new rims they(paul) told me $120 i wemt to etd tires in englewood they did it for $29.95 in 45 mins. New age told me 2 hours.

This is the worst shop ever. A bunch of scammers that deal with scam artists. Cheap quality products and installation. This business is a front so don t expect professionalism from what you see in their pictures and behind the scenes you are getting ripped off, be careful!!!
