Effie is so kind, generous and customer centric that I kept thinking it was too good to be true. But it was just that great. He checked out a used car for me before I purchased it, set everything up with the dealer himself and even fixed something that was wrong without charging me, just because he wanted my family in a safe vehicle. Truly, one of a kind.

I recently visited BCG Auto to have a sensor replaced on my Subaru. I called Effie at the last minute, and he assured me that I could come in without any issues. I came in with my Volkswagen Passat with a couple messages on the dash. Effie was great on diagnosing the car quick and effectively and got me back on the road again. I will come back and would recommend this shop to anybody. Is hard to find good honest mechanics now a days i am very grateful.

My dictionary ran out of words to describe this honorable wonderful gentleman Effie. His genuine kindness and honesty makes you feel so special. Treats you like family. Customer care above and beyond any words. After all the agony that I went through with other mechanics to get my car fixed and be able to transport my disabled mother, Effie took all the initiatives by full communications with the dealership and his fabulous team to get it fixed. Transparent communications and honesty, and he got it done when others couldn't and at nominal cost. He is our hero, a man with a golden heart, a mechanic you can trust 100% with amicable service. We love you Effie, and we thank you for putting the big smile back on our mom's face.100 stars not only 5.

A well run shop with quality service. I feel a real human connection there. They gave me a lift to hang out at Starbucks while I got my oil changed. I went again today to get my car worked on and ended up with a great deal and a smile on my face. I really needed something to go right for me today and, thanks to Effie, it did!

We were extremely lucky to come across Effie and BCG Autos while shopping for used cars in the area. 300+ 5 star reviews all saying how honorable, kind and brilliant he is speak for themselves and I'm here to add one more first-hand account to the list. I'm a first time car buyer and learned you'd be smart to find a mechanic to inspect the car you intend to buy. From the moment I called him explaining my situation, he put me at ease and agreed to let me bring him any car. I have read that mechanics sometimes charge a few hundred dollars for this service which I was ready to pay and he wouldn't take any money even after I brought him 2 cars to look at. The car I ended up wanting to buy had an oil leak, which if he hadn't discovered, would have cost me $1k+ after bringing it home. He saved me and got the business as the dealership paid for the repair before I signed the contract. Look no further and go to Effie and his team at BCG.

Effie is my new best friend. I have a 2010 Porsche Panamera, so I m always facing the following dilemma. Because the car is 13 years old, things break here and there. However, most Indy mechanics refuse to work on my car because it s too complicated . Every time I take it to the dealership, since the car is out of warranty, I have to sell an organ. I contacted Effie because of the 375 five-star reviews. He is friendly, professional, and most importantly, he listens to his customers. He is a true artist to his craft. I finally found the right mechanic for my car. Highly recommend!

I brought my range rover to bcg auto and i cannot say enough good things about this place. There is too often where an auto body will do things that are unnecessary and over charge you for things, and this place does not do that. They took their time fully diagnosing my car, they are extremely knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop the entire time. The owner was also extremely responsive and helpful. This place gave me such peace of mind that now i m going to be brining my families cars here too!also, they have after hours key drop off!

Snowy day in February. Fam and I are heading north. Avoided all the bumps and potholes on the road, with twenty plus years experience, easy to do. Still, the car bottom front plate came loose, dragging on the ground, making noises. I was concerned, so I started searching for nearby auto shops. BCG AUTO was roughly 5 minutes away. I called and Mr. Effie answered right away. He said snowy weather, shop might close early, but will keep the shop open and take a look at my vehicle. Once I got there, the communication was smooth, and in no time, they helped patch up the problem, good as before. I couldn't thank Mr. Effie from BCG Auto enough. I know this sounds like a plug, but it is the truth. Plain and simple.

Ask for the owner Effie, great guy, great prices, and great service! Other local auto shops tried scam me with twice the price that Effie offered.... and BCG Auto did a great job as well. Effie runs a honest business which you can trust, that's hard to come by these days.

Effie is a superhero! My car had been through 2 other mechanics and multiple days of being "repaired" and it still had trouble starting. Effie identified the problem and fixed it in under 10 minutes. He also swooped in on a separate occasion in a parking lot I was stuck at and corrected the problem. 5 stars to Effie. No matter what is going on with your vehicle, he will fix it. Thank you a thousand times!

Sadly, my former Auto repair shop of over 15yrs had closed, so I've been thoroughly researching a new place for service. This place is rated extraordinarily high, so I figured I'd give it a try! Needed a new aftermarket brake kit installed, as well as oil change. Many shops won't mess with aftermarket parts, but this place will do installations, which is essential for me! Effie was very accommodating, and took my car even though they were crowded. Got an Uber home in Edgewater, and Effie called me later that it was done.They're reasonable, but not cheap. I don't want cheap. I need experienced, thorough, accommodating, as well as close by. BCG fit the bill with all aspects. I checked and tested everything on way home, and zero issues. Came back this week to get the matching rear brake calipers installed as well. Highly recommend!

I was visiting from NC when I was unable to start my car. I had just gotten work done on it along with inspection so was surprised there was an issue. The electric was still working and I had no idea what the issue was (I am not a car expert). I was going to call my car insurance which would mean $$ and possibly a tow to a shop and losing a whole day I had planned with long time friends I was visiting. My friend gave me Effie's number and he was over in less than 30 minutes and he got my car started. Suspected it was a 'flooding' issue so I plan to take it back to my shop in NC. BCG completely saved the day and unnecessary car costs.

Great service at really good price! I m only in Fort Lee for the summer and need to get my new sports muffler installed and brake fluid flushed for my q50. The whole things are done around 1 hour. The stuffs are professional about their work and really friendly to me. And the owner, Effie, runs his business in a transparent way. He will discuss the issues and get your confirmation before working on your car. It was a really good experiences and I would definitely bring my car for any other service at this place. Highly recommend!

I went here after reading the great reviews and I m glad I did. I brought my car in with what I thought was a major issue. The team did their thing and let me know it was a simple fix when they could have easily upsold me on the issue. Nothings better than an honest and consistent team!

BCG is a 5 star, top notch auto body shop. I service all my cars there. The owner, Effie, is very professional, patient, honest and fair. His mechanics have done great work on my cars. I put full trust in bringing my cars to BCG and I always leave incredibly satisfied .my cars are happy too, they are in good hands.

Went to get an engine air filter for my FIAT 500 - the part was delayed but Effie took full responsibility and made sure I got the work done ASAP. Oliver the mechanic was amazing. Thanks guys. Keep up the good customer service.

My first time coming here and I have to say without a doubt in my mind this is the Best auto shop in the whole tri-state area! Effie, Barak, and the whole team at BCG we re the most professional auto shop I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Service, efficiency and the work done are all 100%. I brought my jeep in for an oil change and not only was it done in a very timely manner but Effie didn t even charge me for it as a first time service! All great guys here at BCG and I highly recommend to anybody whether it be regular maintenance to anything auto related, I ll be coming here for all my vehicles going forwardService: Oil change

I had to repair an important part in my steering wheel that controlled the airbag, cruise control and horn. BMW couldn t get me in for a month, BCG was recommended by and friend and Effie got it done in a day. Outstanding customer service and a great price. I highly recommend them.

Effe is such a kind soul I called and asked if he had my headlight part and I came here and he put it on for me for free I 100000% recommend best auto shop in New Jersey. He is the best and he is very easy to talk to, 30/10 no joke. He is the best auto shop worker in the place!!!! :)

Let me tell you about the team at BCG Auto. My car overheated on the turnpike right before the GWB, I managed to get off the Fort Lee exit. I stopped at the Enterprise car rental, they didn't have any vehicles to rent and they told me that I couldn't leave my car there. I asked the manager if he knew any mechanics, he said yes, about a mile away. His name is Effie, tell him Mehmed at Enterprise sent you. I said okay and thanked him. As soon as I pulled my vehicle on the lot Effie and 2 of his mechanics greeted me and started to look for the problem. Effie said "looks like you might have busted water pump" but whatever it is we can take care of it. What a relief for my wife and I. I told Effie we were on our way to Connecticut to bury my son's ashes when our vehicle broke down. Right away Effie sprung into action, and stated that he was sorry for our loss and that he would help us out. Effie hooked us up with a loaner vehicle for 4 days @ no charge while he got all the parts to repair our vehicle. Effie, Josh, Luis and the team at BCG Auto are the best. During this whole process Effie kept me "in the loop" with everything that he was doing, or had already done, he also texted me pics of parts that were purchased and installed. "WHO DOES THAT" I tell you all I found a new friend. Effie repaired our vehicle and got us back on the road to Virginia. Effie called us during our trip to check on us and make sure we had safe trip home, he also called me the next day just to ask how was the vehicle. Again "WHO DOES THAT" EFFIE!!! Just want to thank you again for looking out for us Effie, your the best.

Review for this BCG Auto is right. I give 2 thumbs up and 5 stars to Effie the owner and his staff.Honest, Fair and great mechanics.I went there this afternoon and brought my CRV for annoying noise coming from underneath. Effie took a ride to test my car . Came back and told me it was the stabilizer that making a noise and truly his staff confirmed the issue including rear struts need to be replaced.Effie gave me an estimate I thought it was a fair quotes since he assured me that he will finish the job today and when I ask him about my air con is needing a Freon AC is not cooling as it should be. Effie told I will include that AC procedure and will make your cooling system like a new car .Truly, he made my CRV rides like new and quiet. Effie went straight to the problem and resolved the issues .My AC system is back with lots of cooling power.Surely, will recommend your place to all my friends and family.Thank you Effie and more blessings.Very satisfied
