Owner Scott & His Employees Are All Very Polite & Knowledgeable, & They Genuinely Care About Their Customers & Their Vehicles They Repair. At Pro Automotive, They Are Very Fair & Reasonably Priced, & Scott and His Staff Are Very Honest and Trustworthy to Work with. They Also Go Above & Beyond to Complete the Job & Ensure Their Customers Are Satisfied. I Definitely Recommend Scott & His ProAutomotive Staff for Any & All of Your Vehicle Repairs!

I don t normally write reviews, however after my experience with Scott a review is needed. I am blown away with the service that this shop provides. I had an issue and went to another local shop who wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. Not only was the price much, and I really do mean MUCH cheaper but the turn around was quick. Scott was able to provide clear communication throughout and took the time to show me what he did. He didn t try to sell me anything that was not needed. I can tell he likes what he does and the staff around him has pride and is very pleasant. On the outside it might look like just another repair shop. A few minutes inside and speaking with the staff you feel like part of a family. I will only use this shop for any repair needs. I really can not say enough about Pro Automotive.

I love pro automotive. Scott is a great mechanic he is honest and tells you what is serious or if it can wait a bit. He has always been kind and honest. Best place I ve taken my car. Won t go anywhere else

I couldn't be more pleased with Scott and the service at Pro Automotive! I went in nervously to diagnose a check engine light. Admittedly I was jaded due to my experiences at mechanic chains in the past. I had a completely different experience with Scott! He was fair and honest and repaired my car in record time at a very fair price!

I had an electrical issue causing my battery to drain. Other shops were unable to figure out where the issue was. Scott and his guys were able to diagnose and fix it. It took a while, but Scott wanted to make sure it was done properly. Very fair price considering the time required to troubleshoot the issue.

I enthusiastically recommend Scott Gannon (owner) at Pro Automotive. My wife and I have relied on Pro Automotive to maintain our cars (2010 Subaru Outback with 185,000 miles and 2011 Subaru Outback with 160,000 miles) for the past several years with outstanding, quality results. Scott is a highly skilled, experienced, trustworthy and fair mechanic as demonstrated by this true story: Several years ago, my wife took her vehicle to a local Subaru dealer for scheduled maintenance. The dealer advised the entire exhaust system, including catalytic converter, needed replacement due to rust at the cost $7,000...wow, what an unpleasant surprise! We took the car to Scott Gannon at Pro Automotive for a second opinion. Scott put the car up on the lift for inspection, and diagnosed some minor rust on a small portion of the exhaust pipe....Scott even showed us photos of the rust. To repair the issue, Scott cut out the rusted portion of the exhaust pipe and welded in new pipe...the catalytic converter did not need to be replaced (as the dealer insisted) and the entire exhaust system did not need to be replaced (as the dealer insisted). Pro Automotive completed the exhaust repair for $600...saving me $6,400 (compared to the dealer's $7,000 proposal)! Needless to say, my wife and I continue to take our cars to Pro Automotive for quality and reliable repair work. Again, I enthusiastically recommend Scott Gannon at Pro Automotive.Service: Exhaust

The guy was condescending and changed his price 3 times. It went from $700 to $1300. Never contacted me to explain any of the issues and took it upon himself to do work and change parts that wasn't asked for

Scott has been taking care of my cats fir multiple years now. His work is always spot on, and so are the prices. He did my brakes for half the price that pep boys would have charged me. He is flexible and reliable. I highly recommend him and his shop. Scott knows everything about cars and consistently exceeds my expectations with his knowledge and ability to execute. I have been using Scott for about 3-4 years. He has always been honest and done great work. He even checks in after a few days to make sure everything is satisfactory. He never did any work on my car that wasn't needed and would tell me not to do certain things as my car was not long for this world. When my car did finally die (RIP Fifi) he helped me get rid of it and saved the new parts we had just put in.

Pro Automotive and Scott are GREAT!! I would recommend anyone take their car to there.I brought my car to Pro Automotive for what I thought was going to be a costly repair of my exhaust, to my surprise, they were able to repair the exhaust at minimal cost. I also need a new headlight which is going to cost more than expected but not at the fault of Pro Automotive, just the way the car is manufactured makes the repair a bit challenging and costly. Scot was able to find the least expensive solution to make the needed repair.What I really appreciate is the how Scott explains the repairs he is making, explaining exactly what is required to make the repair and the details of the expense. He does what he can to find the most affordable solution.
