I had a nail in my tire, I came in to see if they could fix it. The desk guy said they were pretty packed with appointments but he would work me into the schedule. Got me in and out fairly quickly on a Sunday nevertheless. Your team did great! Thanks.

I needed the lugnuts on my back tire loosened so I could replace the tire and Rob and Joe took it back, changed the tire for me completely and made sure all of the lugnuts on every tire were loose enough for me to move but tight enough to be safe! I very much appreciated their kindness and openness and will definitely be coming back! They really saved me, thank you so much!

This is where you want to bring your car. I had to make a switch from a different corporate tire store which I won t name. Rob Ron and Sebastian were great. Very experienced very fast and the prices were better than the competitors. Will continue coming back definitely suggest

Ron and the team at the Flanders Mr. Tire are the best! I got a puncture in a tire late Sunday night. They took care of me first thing Monday morning, explaining everything clearly, and getting me in-and-out and on my way like a NASCAR crew!

Happy they were open on a Sunday but when I got my car instead of filling my tire pressure he let me know that I have to go do it myself. At a place called Mr Tire and he let me leave with low pressure haha. Confusing world.

UPDATE: Mr Tire contacted me and definitely provided good communication regarding my concerns . They honored the warranty. They corrected the issues without charge. They provided great customer service and Ron and his team s efforts are much appreciated. Thank you ! Last October I took my car for a brake issue. Rear calipers were replaced. When I got home I realized they replaced the battery without telling me and charged me $170.00. I had a good Interstate battery. Human error - we all make mistakes. Brakes subsequently were grinding after 18k miles. I understand some brake issues are hard to diagnose.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS CHOP SHOP! I would give them NO STARS if I could! They are thieves and should be investigated. Every time I have taken my car to this establishment, they "find" reasons to charge me an exuberant amount of money. Recently, I bought my car in because it was not running correctly. They claimed to replace the spark plugs.The car still was not working. I took the car to American Tire and Auto in Chester, NJ. They stated that the spark plugs were inadequate and cheap. They would not even place these plugs in a lawn mower! I had to pay for them to be replaced again.I also got an oil change at Mr. Tire. The oil change comes with a free wheel alignment. Yet, they charged me $130 for a wheel alignment only for me to have to replace all four tires two days later! Tires they claimed were fine. They only made this claim because they wanted to charge me $800 for a set of tires. THIS WAS CRAZY! The tires only cost me $400 for a set. A set that needed to be replaced after Mr. Tire replaced the set six months ago! The car has only 28,000 miles. Replacing them once, I can understand. But, to replace the entire set again six months later!?! Seriously! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I went to Mr tire the other day because my tire blew out while I was traveling. Let me tell you this I have never had this kind of service at a repair shop. Ron the manager brought me in fast and replaced my tire right away. Their prices were reasonable. Their customer service was beyond recognition, and they helped me out tremendously.. They did it so fast that I wasn t even late for my meeting. Thank you!

I ve been going to this place for years, they know my mother and treat her with the upmost respect, which means so much to me.They always give me great deals and explain the process of how they fixed it and answer questions unlike other shops.I currently go to Monmouth University and it s an hour 30 away but if I ever have a car issue I come back home to Flanders for Mr. Tire. Best repair shop around by far.A couple of days ago it was absolutely pouring rain and my car broke down. It was about an hour before closing for Mr. Tire and yet they took me in on 30 minutes notice, gave me the problems and solutions and explained the process to me. I was at home within the hour. You can t really ask for more than that.

Went in for an oil change yesterday and they were great! It was quick and efficient. They have a nice waiting room and were very communicative. I highly recommend.

That s one to many stars. How do you mess up an oil change? Been here 2 times 1st time for oil change then the next oil change, drain plug got stuck they damaged the oil pan trying to get it unstuck, which they didn t do. Waited 3 weeks for new pan before taking it to dealer, who showed me the damage that was done by them. 800$ later, because I figured they would mess up changing oil pan too. I do not recommend at all.

Eric, the manager, was super professional, kind, and helpful. After telling him about the bad experience I had down the road, he said that it was more important to him to foster a good relationship with customers than to lie or deceive. I was also given the opportunity to talk to the tech who worked on my car, and everyone was super respectful, friendly, and informative. This is an overall stand-up, honest, and solid place. My car rides like butter now. I ve already sent my family members here for tires, and I ll be back before winter for my own. This is now the only place I ll be taking my car.

The oil change and tune-up took roughly about an hour. They tested my battery and charging system, thank goodness they did otherwise my family and I would been stuck on the side of the road. It was so bad a 9-volt battery would have been better.. Thanks to Mr.Tire guys I'll be back soon!

I had a slow leak occur the day before a 4hr road trip. Every other auto shop was either completely booked or had a long wait. They were able to see me, very friendly and were able to get me taken care of in about 2hrs (I needed additional maintenance such as an oil change and new battery). Currently at my destination now and I had no issues on my drive. I'll definitely be returning again!

Great experience. Patched a 2018 Highlander for a good price compared to taking it to a dealership...they are busy, so make sure you make an appointment ahead of time!- second experience: 6/10/23Got my tire patched and battery replaced. It was done quickly. Ron, who works there, provided all the info I needed, was very helpful and friendly! He provided honest recommendation on what s needed, and his customer service was top notch! I will be coming back here for any future service thanks to Ron!

We drove around looking to buy tires and bought them at Mavis but we would have needed to make an appointment in order for them to put them on and that was over an hour wait. We stopped at a few tire places and no one was able or just didn't want to mount them. We kept driving and my husband googled nearby places on our drive on Rt. 46 and Mr. Tire auto service center popped up. My husband went inside and asked if they could put on 2 tires. The gentleman said "sure! You have the tires?" My husband said yes and he was like "no problem I'll get you right in." Well 32 minutes later we were all done! Such great service and hospitality. I recommend them totally. Thank you for getting us back on the road so we could head into NYC to visit our family. I wish I knew their names but again thank you for saving the day.

This used to be a great and honest place, now they are absolutely scammers. Please don t go there. Our last few interactions have been shady but we trusted them as they have been our mechanics for years. Now they fixed my sons radiator for 650- then called right after (an hour after the radiator was fixed) and now say the head gasket is blown for 2 k on a car that isn t worth that. So now he s in for 650 on a car that won t work. He s devastated all his money and his car are gone. I think they caused my last car issue. Stay away.

Not honest. I went in bc my tail light needed replacing and asked if they had a replacement bulb. First tried to say it could be a problem with the fuse which was valid but I knew it wasnt bc the rest of the lights were fine. I took out the bulb and showed Mr Schroeder. Before i knew it he sent a kid out who replaced the bulb. I had not asked them to since i intended on doing it myself. When i went in to pay he charged $73. I THOUGHT HE WAS KIDDING!!!! Then he says it was for labor and he doesnt sell bulbs. I had to argue and really could not believe the NERVE of this man to try to RIP ME OFF like that. All i can say is that what comes aroundund goes around and No winder the ace was empty. Some people have no conscience. Its despicable to try to take advantage of people like that. STAY AWAY FROM TJIS PLACE

Very pleased with Mr. Tire in Flanders and their service. I recently had an issue with my power steering - was a mystery. The front desk manager Lee figured it out. He was quite patient and really took the time to assist. The staff is great.

We were in NJ for a funeral and my mother-in-law got a flat tire. Called Mr. Tire and they could not have been nicer. Told us to come on in and they took care of everything . Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend!!!

Nobody else could fit me in to help when a wheel weight fell off and my car was vibrating. They scheduled me almost immediately and took good care of my new wheels and had me out in like twenty minutes. They were really friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this shop.

I had stopped coming here because the previous management was constantly selling services that were truly not needed.I found out that this location had changed the management team so I decided to give them one more try. This past weekend I came in for my second time in two weeks for servicing of 2 separate cars. Each time I was pleasantly greeted by the manager Rainer. Rainer has exceptional knowledge of the auto industry and is greatly focused on customer service.Rainer treats each customer with great respect and continuously goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. I can tell from being here 2 weeks in a row that he works well with his staff and that the staff of auto mechanics respect him.It is solely because of Rainer that i will continue to service all of my vehicles in the future. The scheduling process is very easy you can call up or use the friendly cell phone app.Each repair or maintenance service that I have received has been honest and fair and Rainer explains each charge. In addition, he accurately provides a time when the job will be completed. Rainer is easy to work with, friendly, trusting and has a professional demeanor.
