I just bought a home in Landing, Nj not far from the folks at Mavis Tire of Flanders. I came to the shop without an appointment and inquired inside at the service desk if they would be able to replace a tube I purchased for my trailer tire that I bought but couldn t do myself. Josh, not only said yes, he came out to my car and retrieved the tire, tube and wheel himself. In a short time, they had completed it and the manager Vincent had said that there was no charge. This was a great experience for a guy who had just moved to the area not long ago and wasn t expecting anything except the hope that they could help me out. Not only did they help me, they did the task without a charge. We spoke for a few minutes afterwards and I got to know the men and the area a little bit more and graciously said that I will definitely be back in the future. Great group of people here at the Mavis, I would highly recommend that if you are in need of any services related to your vehicle maintenance, stop by and see the men at Mavis. Thanks again Josh, Vincent and Pete.

Absolutely the best place I have ever been to. Nicest people you will ever meet and know exactly how to get you serviced. Everyone there ranging from the guys at the front desk to Vince and then the mechanics are so helpful and kind. They are incredibly knowledgeable with any issue you could have along with offering the kindest and most excellent support. The pure professionalism and respect which is present within this building is unmatched against any other place i ve been. I simply cannot recommend this place enough. I will undoubtedly return time and time again because it is simply the best place to be.

These guys are super awesome ! I always have to give credit where credit is due. Once again I ve been focusing on my food reviews but these guys saved my day. My wife had a flat tire and they got me in when I requested and got a new tire on my car and out in about an hour. Pete is super friendly and knowledgeable and so are the other guys. Waiting room is really clean and plenty of seating even a kids play area if needed. I ll be back if I need tires again for sure !!

Went today without calling ahead to schedule an appointment and Josh at the front was able to help me out getting my pickup in and repaired ASAP. Needed an alignment and Josh was able to hook me up with a good price and deal. Definitely would recommend anyone to Flanders shop and ask for Josh the man is very attentive and knowledgeable with what you need to get fixed. Service wise couldn t ask for more. Got me in and out!

Just wanted to highlight a recent positive experience I had at Mavis Discount Tire in Flanders. The man who greeted me, Nick, was very kind and provided me with excellent customer service the entire time I was there. I specifically want to mention that he and his co-worker that I spoke with were thoughtful, caring, and understanding when providing me updates on my vehicle and when recommending what to do going forward.I usually dread having any work done on my car, but Nick really made me feel at ease and I really appreciated his friendly demeanor and felt he went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. Definitely plan to use this Mavis location in the future.

They were both extremely courteous, kind, and caring about our situation and were essential in getting us exactly what we needed. Mavis Flanders did a nice job for me. Gave me a couple options based on my needs. Peter was friendly. Never fun to pay for car repairs - but good if you get options. I wish they would not push extras - but corporate dictates they do this.

He patiently answered all my questions, provided clear explanations about the services and products, and ensured that my car was handled with utmost care.The efficiency and attention to detail displayed by Vincent and his team were impressive. They completed the work on my car quicker than expected, and the quality of their work was top-notch. It's rare to find such a combination of expertise, customer service, and value.I left Mavis Discount Tires feeling confident in the work done and very satisfied with the overall experience. I'm a little late in writing this but wanted to ensure those involved are properly acknowledged. A few months back I had a tire that was losing air as I drove. It was my company car, and I was about to leave for a meeting a few hours away. I called the Flanders Mavis and was told to come in for a quick inspection. Once I arrived, both Ahmad and Vince took great care of my problem, helping me out during their lunch. They found an issue on the inner side of the tire that I could not see myself, corrected it, and I was on my way in less than an hour. If you want great service in this area, Flanders is the place to go!

My experience was top-notch! Vince and Pete were knowledgeable, the service was prompt, and my brakes are like new again. Excellent customer service makes this my go to place for automotive needs. Highly recommend.

Mavis accommodated us on a Sunday at last minute when our duty crew had a tire issue. Ambulances are just not the same as changing tires on a car. Better yet, they are huge supporters of first responders!!! The manager Nick was great and we truly appreciated them getting us back in service!!! Thank you Mavis!

I couldn t say enough good things about Mavis in Flanders. The manager, Vincent, gave me the best price along with excellent service for 4 new Michelin tires. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of any type of car service since they ve serviced all my past and present cars with five star service each time!

My recent visit to Mavis Discount Tires in Flanders was a great experience overall.When I walked in, the staff greeted me they were friendly and straightforward, which I appreciated. They're knowledgeable but don't overwhelm you with too much technical jargon. It was nice getting clear answers to my questions without any upsell pressure.The service was quicker than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. They handled my car well, and since the visit, it's been running smoothly.What really stood out to me were the prices. They were fair, and I felt like I got good value for what I paid. I received solid service, friendly people, and fair pricing. I'd go back for future auto needs.

On my way home from work. I stopped off at Mavis on 206 in Flanders New Jersey. I was having an issue with my front driver side tire, I asked if they could please check it out they replied no problem an employee who actually was getting ready to leave for the day, stayed just to help out with my vehicle. They found the issue and repaired the tire. I was on my way. The business is very clean, and the employees are all very courteous and professional.I would go back to Mavis, and without a doubt and I recommend it to all

I had some issues with parts installed in 2021, but when I brought my vehicle to Mavis Tires in Flanders recently, Vince provided excellent assistance. He ensured that everything was resolved within a few days. Vince's polite and communicative nature made the experience even better. He kept me updated throughout the process. Great service overall!

I usually dread having to get any work done on my car. I often feel overwhelmed by the long list of add-ons recommended when I'm there to just get one thing done. I'm not going to lie, I even dreaded going into Mavis this trip.I really wanted to go to a small local shop I could trust and build a relationship with as my go to spot BUT I was pleasantly surprised!!!Mavis Flanders is a major name tire and repair shop with a small local shop feel. I felt heard, cared about, and safe. The shop is clean. John was super friendly, relatable, helpful, and truly was a God send. He spoke with honesty and transparency.They've won my business and loyalty!

Good for tires only. Don t trust them to do a mechanics work! If they determine they took on a job they can t complete, they slow roll you, can t get parts, mechanic on vacation, the dog ate my homework. Your left with no choice but to move on after they charge you for incomplete work.

Manager Aaron was the most amazing person I came in with a bad tire needed 3 others and was under a huge time table for Thanksgiving he got me in and all done in the fastest time ever he truly needs a huge pay raise and a promotion.
