This place is a rip-off!! Took my truck in for a simple check engine light and ask if they can check my brakes pads to see if it s low. They tried to charge me for 4 hours labor just to check the brakes.! Then tried to order and install parts I did not give consent to replace. Then brought a huge bill!! When I ask why wasn t I informed of the repairs and parts needed, before they went ahead and repair, they said they didn t have to. Avoid this place, they are out to get you for everything you have.!!

One start is too much but unfortunately I have to choose one so I can write my review I have the worst experience with this company they charge me 5k to repair my Isuzu truck and even they don t bother to put screw for the exhaust system they said it s not part of their job plus the truck stayed with them for more than a month never back again and will never recommend this company for anyone

Towed a unit to them last week with front axle/spindle damage. Nothing to troubleshoot, just estimate the parts and labor needed. We were told they would work on the estimate the next morning... That was 4 days ago. When we called this morning for an update on where our estimate was, the Service Manager said if we didn't like their timelines, we could just tow it somewhere else.We have made arrangements to tow this out today.(We are actually another Freightliner dealer and we would never speak with a customer in that manner).

Fast, professional and friendly. We had a warranty issue that shut us down for a day. They provided us a ride to the hotel and got us back on the road as soon as the part came in! Would highly recommend.

Went there for a part and when I got to my truck it wasn't the correct one. Since I didn't have a car and was stranded on the side of the road. They actually brought the part out to me. I'll recommend this place anytime. Thank you Hoover Freightliner

I came here and purchased a turbo gasket and clamp cause I had a exhaust leak, I thought I could install it myself parked on street but 4" flex wasnt lining up, so I called into shop asking them to do it, while on phone I could here service manager asking mechanic if they could do it, heard mechanic in background say "you mean that jackass parked out front wants us to do it now" then service manager said bring it in we do it. 180.00 + and 2.5 hours later we were back rolling, I pulled into greencastle Pa 3 hours later with a worst exhaust leak than before I had Hoover Truck & Bus touch my truck. Of course Hoover said have TA fix it, Hell no, Its bad enough Hoover Truck and Bus was incompetent to repair this issue than to have TA really mess it up,( your lucky if TA can change out pm filters correctly.) I was under a Medical Emergency load running team and an exhaust leak,.Thankyou Hoover Truck & Bus for your unprofessional inexperienced mechanics for not fixing my truck and putting our health in jeopardy.P.S.We were late on our load because I had to backtrack to Harrisburg freightliner and have professional mechanics repair what Hoover Truck & Bus could not handle.
