This place had changed and went down hill. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Receptionist NASTY,Their reason for the HORRIBLE service is they are short staffed. Well if you'd have to deal with the receptionist I wouldn't want to work there either. No wonder they are short staffed!!!!It took them from January to April to fix a car and took 6 weeks to just fax over the estimate to the insurance company. The insurance company was going to close out the claim due to the delay which was not our fault it was Ashley's Auto Body.Shame on them . NextTime people think long and hard before you go there. You'd be better off at Motion automotiveThey want me to give them a star rating and they aren't worth any rating.Shame on you guys !!!You deserve and earned this ratingI truly hope if your service stays like this you go out of business. You need to and get rid of your woman who answers the phone she is worse than HORRIBLE!Thanks for nothing!!

Ashley's completed all the work they agreed to and returned my car, Chrysler 300, looking like new, no exaggeration. The workmanship is exceptional and even went above and beyond what any customer can expect, this is rare in today's service business. I cannot say enough about how happy and pleasantly surprised I was to see my car. They even repaired several items that had absolutely nothing to do with the job they were responsible to complete. I highly recommend Ashley's for all your Auto Body needs and more. It is wonderful to be serviced by a business that truly takes pride in its business and values having satisfied customers. I cannot express how great an experience this was. My F150 was rear ended and needed a bunch of work. Larry communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process (what needed to be done, when it would happen, etc.). There were some custom options done prior to me buying the truck that Larry was diligent in matching. He took the time needed, again communicating the entire time (daily), to make sure it was done to perfection. He was not satisfied with how one of the taillights came out and went through every option to make sure it matched exactly. This time may not seem important to most, but realize that he did not get paid until the job was completed. If you ever have the unfortunate need to have body work done on your car, Ashley's Auto Body will make the experience as painless as possible and do an incredible job.

Amazing service. I recently had to deal with having to repair my car from an accident. Larry was knowledgeable and friendly. I was told on each step of the process what we were going to do. I hope to never have to repair a car from an accident, but if I must have to, Ashley's has found a life long customer.

Wasted my time. Larry told me he could do a job, had me tow my vehicle there, let it sit for a week and never called, then when I called him told me he couldn't do the job because of "tired equipment".

Car was handed back over to me with a dent/chip in the paint and then I found out the spare that was put on had a broken stem. Won't recommend to anyone around.
