Frank's Auto Repair went above and beyond during my recent oil change and tire rotation appointment. Not only was the service prompt and thorough, but they also graciously accommodated my additional requests without hesitation. Their attention to detail and excellent customer care truly set them apart. Five stars without a doubt!

I've been using Frank's for service for several years now. They have kept my car (a Hyundai with 200+ k miles) running smoothly, and have always communicated clearly about the cost and the importance of a particular repair. Recently I had a different sort of problem, because one of my door handles had become dis-lodged during a deep freeze, when I yanked too firmly. After trying to repair the existing handle, they realized they needed to install a new one, but they were able to get the part and install it within a day. Good work!

We ve been going to Frank for a while and are always happy with the work as well as the communication on timing and price. They are easy to work with and are almost always able to get our car in for last minute repairs if needed.

When I walked in here, I wasn t sure what to except because my anxiety was taking over from car needing to get fixed. But I am beyond grateful that I found this place. I felt at ease and safe with Thomas who helped me out and go over everything with me and even made me laugh a little to make me feel at home. Jessica explained the break down of how much and wasn t crazy prices at all. Both of them made me feel like I was part of a family and they will forever have my business. Thank you!!!

I ve been to Frank s a couple times and have been so impressed by their professionalism and expertise. They took care of my issues in a timely manner and provided detail of the repairs. Their price point is fair. They are friendly and treat their customers with kindness. I highly recommend Frank s for all your auto repair needs.

I ve been a good customer with two cars for more than a decade. Brought my mother s car in for an oil change, inspection and full set of new tires ($1,100). Drove the car home(2 miles) and woke up to a flat tire. Frank s Auto Repair found a piece of metal in the tire. They refused to exchange the tire for a new one and charged my mother $45 to repair the tire, driven 2 miles and on the car for 16 hours. I m disappointed that this was the best solution Frank s could come up with for a loyal customer.

I have using Frank's for several years now and I could not be happier with their service. Everyone is knowledgable and kind and I never feel that I am being misled. In fact, on several occasions I've been told that I didn't need something done that I thought I did/had been told elsewhere I did. My cars are always promptly returned, cleaned and fixed. They are just very honest and hardworking and I highly recommend them.

Fast, friendly service at reasonable prices. Tom always lets me know the next repair/replacement coming down the road so I can plan for it. We ve been taking all of our cars there for 20 years, and have never been disappointed!

I've used Frank's Auto for my car maintenance for over 20 years and have always found them to be professional, efficient and good at what they do! Tom and the staff have always been honest, fair, and polite with me and my wife when we bring the car for servicing. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for a good, honest mechanic. Five stars.

Had an oil change emergency and was being charged an arm and a leg with towing on my road trip back from NYC googled nearest mechanic, called and spoke to a lovely lady who was so pleasant and helpful . Drove over and had such a quick diagnosis of the issue I was having they took care of me quick and was back on the road on no time no waiting no expensive cost, great attitude I m home now and all the smoke is gone from my car. Thank you to everyone who assisted me today

I very highly recommend Franks Auto Repair for all of your car needs. They are very professional and inform you of every detail of the service. I have been to Franks in the recent past but specifically, recently, I was there for a complicated issue with my rear lift gate latch assembly and electrical shock assembly. Tom was amazing and solved the issue perfectly. It works perfectly! You have any car issue---go to Franks Auto and it will be solved. Again, VERY highly recommend!!! I highly recommend Franks Auto Repair. I had to take my personal car to Franks for service and repair and they took very good care of the my car .My car doesn t have your typical every day suspension like in most cars and can be complicated to deal with . They were very familiar with everything about the car which gave me peace of mind. They are true professionals and communicate with their customers. I will definitely be using Franks Auto Repair again.

Bob Gittleman at Bernie s Westbrant in Clark had been my go-to for 15 years, and when Bob retired he recommended Frank s. I ve been taking 3 vehicles to Frank s for servicing and repair for over three years now, and have found Tom and the rest of the staff to be friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable.I m very happy with the service I -and my vehicles - receive, and you will be too.

Worst place I ve ever been too. They were so pushy with repairs on both my mother and my car. They wouldn t take no as an answer. People have warned me about this shop and I had to learn for my self. Very upset with my experience. They wanted to charge me over $1000 for a side view mirror.(2012 Hyundai sonata)The gentleman on the phone said they would have their body shop paint it, which would have costed around $500 for just the paint. No thanks!!!!!! ( update 2/22/24 it was your repair shop. Our account was put under my wife s name. Either way, $500 to paint a mirror cap? . I got the whole job done at the dealer for $637.)

Trust in your Auto Mechanic is what I found to be most important and that is what I have at Frank's. Tom and his team has worked on all three of my cars because I trust them. They show their customers appreciation by offering a free car wash and leaving a lottery ticket on your dashboard. Excellent service and full checkup on my car. I would higly recommend our small local Fanwood business to everyone. 5 star work was done and in a friendly way as well. A very nice combination that you don't always see in today's busy world. Happy to return there soon to get my front brake pads replaced and new ventilator changes needed as well. This is the only place I go to get my car looked at/fixed. I've been going here 5 years and they are always knowledgeable and helpful. The team is honest and they do not take advantage. I'll never go anywhere else.

From start to finish, Frank s Auto Repair provided exceptional customer service. They were quickly able to schedule a wheel alignment for my vehicle, all while being patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the process. The price was reasonable, and they completed the wheel alignment in an hour as they said they would.
