When I brought my Tesla Model 3 into this collision restoration shop, I was hopeful for a good repair, but the team did more than just fix my car they transformed it to be even better than when I first bought it in 2023. The level of service I received was truly unmatched. From the moment I walked in, through every stage of the repair, to the moment I drove my Tesla away, the professionalism, dedication, and passion from every team member were evident.The coordination between the teams, from ordering parts to the meticulous restoration work, was flawless. They not only met their promised timing but also ensured I was kept in the loop with excellent communication throughout the process. The final result? My Tesla looked brand new, inside and out, thanks to their phenomenal work and the detailed cleaning service.This shop's commitment to excellence in customer service, craftsmanship, and timing is rare and commendable. Wow!!! is an understatement. Not only does Collision Restoration do amazing work but they are also amazing people. Not only did our Tesla come back better than factory, ahead of schedule and on budget but the owner did the kindest gesture for our family. I received a text message from the owner offering to make a donation on our behalf in support of my wife being a breast cancer survivor. We were so touched by this extremely kind gesture that his attention to detail identified when personally inspecting our car and seeing her survivor sticker. It is refreshing to see a business that not only cares about their work product but also their customers.

I carefully considered various body shops, including a Tesla one, before bringing my Model Y here (Note these guys are Tesla Certified). I waited almost 7 weeks for the parts, and once they arrived, my car was fixed up even better than when I got it initially from Tesla. The paint job is seamless, and my bumper now matches the rest of the car perfectly. These folks really back up their work, and while nobody's perfect, they come pretty close and stand by what they do. They were able fix the gap in my trunk which was "Within Spec From Tesla ".When I picked up my car the first time, I noticed an issue with the rear glass. Eddie took a look and assured me they'd fix it ASAP. They addressed all my concerns, and now my car looks like it's brand new again. I had an appointment with Tesla, but I waited an extra 2 weeks for Collision Restoration because I trust their experience. I saw their work firsthand during my initial visit.Nicole was a big help, arranging rental car details and being flexible with my pickup times due to my busy work schedule. Glen and Chris were on top of my insurance claims, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Eddie, the owner, clearly built this business through hard work and dedication. He didn't make excuses if something wasn't up to my satisfaction. Also, even though there were closer body shops, I chose to drive 2 hours each way to come here, and I'm glad I did.Also as a small token of appreciation since i had to go back for the glass (only took a day or two more), they went above and beyond to fix a dent on one of my doors which was unrelated to the accident.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Collision Restorations.I was referred to them by my insurance company. I met Nicole first, she was amazing! The communication between the staff during the course of the repair was impeccable. If you ever have a collision, this is the place to go. They make you feel like family. Nicole is so wonderful and helpful. She made the process so easy. and they have the cutest cats in the office. You will love them!

Absolutely fantastic!! Any car you re driving that is involved in unfortunate fender bender, experts at Collision Restoration will make it look like nothing happened. They will restore the car to showroom look. Customer service is absolutely amazing! Nicole is the BEST in what she does. And she does a lot! I am beyond thrilled with their work and care of my car. We have owned our Tesla S for almost 3 years. Unfortunately our Tesla has been involved in 2 accidents. Both times we utilized the expertise of Collision Restoration. I just picked up our 2021 Tesla from Collision Restoration. Our car with 38,000 miles, looks and drives like a brand new vehicle. A++++++ TOP NOTCH SERVICE. Came in to have my SUV Repaired after having a fender bender paid through my insurance company. What I did not expect is the top quality work, amazing communication with Nicole and to my pleasant surprise WOW they detailed my car in and out. The care they took stood out. They even covered my interior with plastic after thorough detail. It looked better than the day I drove it out the lot from my car dealer. So very happy! Eddie and the team at Collision Restoration are nothing short but incredible. Eddie is a rare and great human being, they don't make them like him anymore that's for sure. I spoke to John to see if they can replace the suspension on my Tesla model Y. He advised that they are primarily a body shop but referred me to the place next door and even emailed me a quote of what it would cost. He was extremely helpful to me. On the day of my service, he walked me over to the shop next door and introduced me to Ron and made sure they knew who I was and why I was there. I cannot thank John enough for being so helpful and making the whole thing such a pleasant experience! He was very knowledgeable with Teslas and made great recommendations. The world needs more people like John. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for such a pleasant experience!

I read online that this is the #1 certified Tesla repair shop in New Jersey (and somewhere top 10 in the nation) and after my (extensive) repairs, I can see why. A huge THANK YOU to Eddie, Eric, and Nicole for a timely fantastic job on my repairs. Within a days of dropping my car off with no notice to them, they communicated with my insurance, I received an estimate from Eric, and he informed me of my estimated out date. As the parts shipped in, Nicole kept me up to date on the status of my repairs. The repairs ended up being competed early, 4 days before the estimated out date! Such a big repair job and it came out perfect. Picking up my car was like when I first got it (they also offered me breakfast & a water). Nicole walked me out to it to ensure I was happy with the job and I 100% was. Steering wheel wrapped in plastic, paper Thank You mats on the floor to keep the car clean and it even had that new car smell again (I had spilled coffee all over the interior during the accident). Just an outstanding, over the top job. The best repair center I ve ever been to with incredible repair work and professionalism. I had just moved to NJ from MA, and I was hit by another driver and the right side of my car was scratched and dented. I was prepared to wait a few months for parts and labor (as is normal for Teslas in MA), but imagine my surprise when they ordered parts and completed the repair within a few weeks. The quality of the repair (my car looks brand new!), speed of the turn around time, and the professionalism of the team at Collision restoration means my entire family will be going to them for any future repairs.Thank you Nicole, Eric, and Eddie for your help.

After getting rear ended at a very high rate of speed, I had serious doubts my vehicle would ever be the same. I reached out to Collision Restoration and spoke with Nicole, who was nothing short of amazing and made the process as seamless as possible. Amazing work. A driver pulled out in front of me, damaging the front of my Model S badly. After searching a bit I found these guys. The reviews are very accurate. They are very detailed, do great work, and are very friendly people who make the process easy.Highly recommend them. My 2023 Tesla Model 3 AWD sustained significant damage to the back rear. I was hit while parked 2 days after getting my car. The other vehicle hit me directly where the charge port is located. There was extreme structural damage to my car. I read reviews on this shop and brought my car to Mr. Ed. Although he had a lot of cars already to repair, he helped me during a very difficult time! My car now looks as good as new! Nicole was also very helpful during this process! The entire team at Collision Restoration is skilled and welcoming! I hit a deer one evening, a few months back, front end damage. Collision Restoration was recommended to me by my insurance company. They cared for my 2016 Nissan Rogue with over 80k miles like it was a brand new, high end car. When I finally picked it up, I was FLOORED at the level of workmanship and obvious pride that was put into fixing my car. I serviced my truck here after an accident. This shop did a very detailed job. That being said, when I went to pick my truck up, I found an issue. They immediately took responsibility and went above and beyond to make sure the job was to my expectation. They even took over my car rental and paid for it. I was satisfied with the job that they did on my truck.

Great people, great attention to fit and finish. Took 3 months to get my Tesla done, due to Tesla's delay with parts, but CR did an amazing job. Even fixed my curb-grinded rims without being asked. Above and beyond.

They were the most professional team I have ever met in the repair space. Their restoration was flawless as well as giving my car a beautiful wash and shine on the entire exterior. One of the best business I've dealt with. Sincere and very honest. With so much difficulty in sourcing OEM parts from Tesla, they constantly followed up with Tesla and kept me posted in each stage. They were sincere in making sure my tesla is safe before delivering it to me. Since there are very few Tesla body shops.. thought my experience will benefit my EV buds.

Dropped off my Model 3 to get my front end worked on. Nicole at the front desk is nothing but professional and friendly. The work was done perfectly and as quickly as possible. It looks like nothing ever happened to the car. Hope you never need them, but if you do they're amazing.Edit: Just took a good look at my car the next morning and hadn't realized they did a complete wash, vacuum, and tire shine also! I'd add a 6th star if I could
