Was trying to get into contact about a car for about a full week, and was only able to talk to "call centers". I told them multiple times we are 3 hours away and I wanted to make sure there was actually nothing wrong with the car, or anything I should be aware of before making the long trip. Ive talked to 3-4 different people and all of them basically said the same thing like they were reading off a script. I finally got into contact with someone who gave me a little more information and they said the car WAS AVAILABLE, the car was in GOOD CONDITION, and then they scheduled me a test drive. The day scheduled was about 2-3 days after we talked about the test drive. When the time came and we finally took the drive up, within 5-10 minutes of talking to a salesmen, they said the car was not available, in the shop with engine damage. We were clearly ticked off and the salesman then proceeded to make smart remarks saying "you should use your common sense, if the car price is lower then value". This place is horrible over the phone, and from my first impressions of the salesmen, it is horrible inside too. I do not recommend contacting this dealership since the "call centers" have absolutely no clue on the availability and conditions of the vehicles. The salesmen are completely unprofessional and are not understanding, as said before he made smart remarks.

When you first walk into the showroom there is a sense of luxury. You are treated extremely well. My salesman was Danny and he took his time to answer every question I had. He knows the cars he sells and gave me many options and recommendations based on what I wanted. Ernesto is also incredible. Unlike the usual experience of a dealership where you feel pressured, Ernesto asked me what I wanted, gave me options that aligned with what I wanted, and was extremely patient as I made my decision. At the end of the experience I feel like I received a great price, amazing customer service, and it was the first time I have ever left a dealership feeling confident.

I went to PPNJ looking for a used car with my parents and I left with a much better alternative (2019 BMW 330i) . Danny the salesman was great and very informative. I left happy. Really recommend this dealership!!

Do not waste your time! I drove over an hour on my Saturday in the pouring rain to see a car that they did not have available upon my arrival. After seeing reviews about this very situation online, I made sure to call ahead to ensure the car was available. I was affirmed two times the exact car I was referring to was available (It was not upon arrival). Ultimately, they lied to try and get you through the door and waste your time. Would not recommend.

With gas pricing going crazy, it was time to go for an electric car. Was looking into getting a Tesla for a little while but wanted to try an get a deal. Ernesto at PPNJ did just that for me with this 2020 Tesla model 3. I m a very satisfied customer. Was very helpful and went above and beyond to help meet my demands.

Called to inquire about a vehicle, was told car was at the dealer, uppon arrival, different person told me car was in another dealership but it would arrive next day in the morning. Made an appointment for 4pm, but I received two phone calls in the morning to "confirm " I was coming. I was told the car was on the way. I arrived at 4pm just to be told the car was not there but in a "warehouse " and btw. the car has a savage tittle.On the dealer website carfax stated clean tittle.I decided to try another car on the lot, but couldn't because key fob didn't has batteries.A waist of time, incompetent people, ,un professionals not trustworthy, stay away from there, very deceiving people.

I want to come back and re edit this review, there s a lot I have to say about this place but to make a long story short. DO NOT GO HERE. Ernesto did not follow through with the things he told me he would. The car I purchased from there had a clean car fax, but a couple weeks after purchasing I took it to a very trusted shop in my area.. the car was definitely in a crash and was actually a rental car at one point which they never told me (that s illegal btw). Ernesto is the text book definition of why car salesmen get a bad reputation.

Great experience here. Went to 5 dealerships prior to coming here but none of them made efforts to give me a good bargain because of the chip shortage crisis. However, Ernesto and Ronald worked with me and gave me an honest deal.

Totally had a great experience. We purchased my son his first car from here and Henry, Lavelle, and Mike were great. Honest dealership who doesn t add fees. The cost is the cost. Thank you guys!

Great services! the whole staff was very helpful.me and wife was looking to buy a Suv and Sales man Danny really help us picking out the right car, plus he was very honest about car condition and etc. My wife is pregnant so we were looking for a safe car for her and the baby and yes Danny help us all the way to buy the right car for us.I 100% recommend this place and we are already planning to purchase another car with them soon.Thank you!

Recently picked up a pickup from PPNJ, thank you Alex and Benny, as soon as I walked in felt like yeah I'm leaving here with a vehicle. Benny went to the end of the world to get me the best deal he could and at the end a success. Had a decent deal and kept doing his thing until he found the best, not like some other places where they just slap you with one deal and that's it take it or leave it. Thanks guys.

Went in last week to check out a BMW430i. 1 week later and I drove out with it. Danny is hands down one of the best sales men I have ever dealt with. His boss Ernesto was just the icing on the cake. They went above and beyond to make sure myself and my family were completely satisfied with our vehicle. This is the 1st one I have purchased from them. But will not be my last. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE VISITING HERE:I am writing this review months later after purchasing a car from this place. It was my first car and they tricked me terribly. One being the special price and the retail price. The price you see online is the SPECIAL price which they will not sell it to you for. Once you get to the dealer, the retail price is always $4-6k higher. On top of that, they charged me an extra $6,000 dealership fee that they DID NOT WARN ME ABOUT and I found about it later through my car note. They tricked me saying I would only have to pay 18% interest rate for 3 months, reality is Im still paying $300 more than the car note itself. This review pains me so much to right because I hate speaking bad about someone s business but I was tricked, I am struggling to get out of this car nightmare, and I recommend that you NEVER EVER shop here. ESPECIALLY with Ernesto. He is your typical no good salesman. Tells you one thing and tries to hide the truth in your contract.

This Auto mall is amazing and extremely professional ask for Daniel torres outstanding sales manager. Doesn't matter if your credit is low so far he has gotten every single client approved. Everyone has left this Auto mall smiling from ear to ear . Thanks Daniel for doing an outstanding job and doing your best to provide the best services for every client that walks through the doors.

We have been searching for a good reliable vehicle, we ended up at PPNJ Auto Mall. We were assisted by Alex, he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He was understanding and provided reassurance about any doubts I had. When it came to financing the vehicle, Ernesto assisted us. He did not miss a beat and was also patient taking the time to throughly explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good deal!

I am very upset how things went. I saw car I was very interested in, I went there for a test drive. I was being told I have to sign a paper to make sure my information matched my reference ID from my bank (don t know why). I was bombarded with paperwork before even seeing the car and still didn t get to see the car due to the owner saying it has water damage which was not listed on their website. I wish they were open on what I was signing. I didn t purchase anything and still they ran a credit check not knowing that will drop my credit score by 12 points. I wasted my time traveling to see this dealership. I ask for a removal letter so I can improve my credit score back. I was denied. I worked really hard as a college student to built my credit over the months and they just ruined it by opening up a credit line. I don t recommend anyone visiting here.

Love my car and the team was easy to work with when purchasing it on site but afterward was a nightmare. I wasn't offered the extended warranty before leaving and then spent 2 weeks calling with no response to get it. Ended up going to their parent site at the Maserati in Monmouth. My plates arrived late. I was given no paperwork that indicates the bank I am financed through, nor an account number that I needed to make a payment. I finally got the bank info from the Monmouth site. When I called the bank they informed me they had not received my email and my address was incorrect, which is why I hadn't heard from them. Very poor service. Would not recommend.

Drove 75 miles to test drive a 2017 Subaru. They didn't have a factory key. So opening the door triggered the alarm. The key wouldn't start the car so the alarm wouldn't go off. They tried disconnecting the battery to bypass the alarm which wouldn't work. When I commented on the key not being the factory key I was told that's how Subaru keys come. This is clearly untrue the key was not marked with any kind of Subaru logo. Also a quick search online revealed what the key should look like for that make and model car. So I had to drive another hour and forty mins home. With nothing to show for my trouble. The car looked nice, but that's about all I know about it.

Truly thankful to having walked into this dealership and meeting Alex. I wasn t sure of what I wanted nor if I was even getting a car because of the crazy prices. Every car on the lot was an absolute steal. He let me gravitate to the vehicle that most called for me and WORKED with me to come up with a fair price. That s the most important part of this entire review. He s for the people and not for the money. Thank you for such an honest transaction. 10+ stars if possible.

Horrible waste of time. I drove 2 hours, went for multiple text drives and decided on a vehicle to purchase. All of a sudden the car wasn't available anymore! It was sold. Ridiculous lie and why? Why they wouldn't want to sell the car to me is bizarre. But these negative reviews are true - go anywhere but here, trust me.

Misleading and UnreliableI called ahead to confirm the car's availability, and they assured me it was in stock. However, upon arrival, they didn't have it and attempted to offer a different vehicle. This level of deception and unreliability is unacceptable

Horrible experience drove over an hour for a car. Confirming 2 times it is available and on the premise. I get there and oh we just sold it but we have this one for $11,000 more if you would like it. Fake Louis Vuitton wearing salesman. Scammers. And many of the cars on the lot were horribly painted and looked like they pulled from the swamps. But oh they are clean titles and clean carfax vehicle. I haven t been to a circus since my kids were babies. And they have friends and employees make good reviews when they re rating goes down

Made an appointment with Angela, was sketchy at first because the prices were so good and most dealers don t comply with that but when i got there the car was there and in good condition. Thank you Ruben and Ernesto as well for helping out make the purchase go smoothly. Super friendly and comfortable customer service. 5 stars !!
