Jorge was horrible refused to help didn t want to remove battery said it wasn t his job although his co worker just did one. He did not want to let me use the tools to remove battery nasty attitude

Bad attention they don t pay attention to you don t come to this autozone it s the worst I was standing in line to make my payment 24 minutes and no one attended me and the ATMs passed in front of me

I broke down on the road but managed to end up at this store.. they had exactly what I was looking for.. what was even better was that I rented a tool box and changed the part of the vehicle right in their parking lot.. the associate came and check the vehicle to make sure it wasnt a battery problem.. I finished under 2 hours.. and was up and on the road for my 9 hour long journey..

So the associate ny the name of Chris went above and beyond to ensure that I and my family who were shopping with me received the best possible customer service possible from offering towels to clean my hand of oil to allowing my daughter to use the facilities and ensuring that I had the right tools and products to complete my repairs , Great JoB Chris !!! Keep up the excellent customer service !

Please do not go to Leodan G for any assistance at this Auto Zone as he is a bitter old man who hates his job. All he does is give a nasty attitude to his customers and pretend to know what he is talking about. He should think of getting a new job if he hates this one so much!

Warranty. .Please Check if your warranty for your battery it's still active..Bought car battery, couple days after returning the old battery ,they told me I returned my new battery , I wasn't not even in the system , Someone returned my battery???? I told clerk but my battery it's in my car.. he reply , No your battery. If you have any questions just hit me up.. Why Store returned my cash purchase, they didn't,, Not to Me...

Honestly don't know how to feel about this place, employees are nice, but the wait time is ridiculously long, if you have one hour to spare you will be satisfied, otherwise you will be annoyed, additionally I bought a $180 battery for my honda civic without a guarantee because I didn't give the cashier my phone number (because I repeatedly told him I had forgotten my cellphone at home) to which he replied "no warranty!"

Horrible experience!!! If i could rate 0 stars i would. Fernando A he said he tried to make my problem easier by saying bye and not even bothering to hear what was wrong with the product and why we were returning it. Horrible customer service overall just to leave early because he wanted to leave within his 5 mins before his shift ended

The reason I give them three stars. It's because almost every time I go there to buy something it's in the shelves. The only reason I did not give him a higher rating is because their prices are too high. You're supposed to say money when you go to these places to buy auto parts or for example like Marlboro mystery oil.

For the life of me, I can't comprehend why it always takes a long time to have staff charge you for your purchases.It's not one single person or an isolated time; for years I've been shopping here and it always seems as if they have other matters to take care of while I've been at the cash register.I purchased a car battery yesterday and while I am grateful that staff installed it for me, I can't help but wonder why the transaction took so long, and I'm not talking about the installation itself.I also realized (after purchasing the battery), that they charge batteries for free. If I would've known that, I probably wouldn't have had a need to purchase a new battery.It's as if somehow, they're doing a bait and switch scheme.

horrible service by the lady at the register!! how is it possible to go for battery help for a carkey and according to her you guys dont provide that service mind you my sister went there couple days before and luckily there was someone else who did their job and changed her two batteries for the key unlike a lazy employer that didnt wanted to help with that being said this place lack of customer service

When I went to replace my battery they replaced it with one that had the wrong amount of amperage required for my my car. Took them forever to do this service. I went months with car issues due to this without realizing their mistake. When I called them (kept me waiting on the phone for 1 hour) to ask for a replacement as I had bought basic 1yr warranty for it, they claimed they did not have my record in the system. Who cares?! I did not have the receipt so they said to take the battery back and they could see what they could do. If the only way to know if I had warranty was with transaction receipt, what the hell where they going to do when I got there! Waste of a ride to get there with the battery for them to tell me without the transaction receipt they can't give me a new one. I even offered to give them the serial number of the battery. No, they said, I had to take it back. I was about 2 hours away!!!! It's a bunch of kids working here...their service is horrible.

Excellent service! Came in to charger battery, it was no good so bought a new one. One of the guys changed it for me (they dont have to, its a COURTESY) in a matter of minutes!

It's convenient to have an auto parts around you but the customer service here is terrible. Plan to spend at least 30 mins to be helped. This place is understaff.This store, two years later continues to employee rude workers. The new guy by the name of Ishmael was very rude about a price discrepancy telling me I should learn how to read. Sale signs show price for two but not for one, creating confusion and deception borderline false advertising.I wish the CEO could take a look at this horrible store and the way it treats its community members.
