When I called they said they only have a Doc fee and no other fees.When I come they say they have 3k in other fees.I make a deal with on price and I come in to finalize and they up the price twice in a matter of 15 min.Don't waist your time, not honest people.And they refused to honor the advertised price for the car.

My wife and I drove from Jamaica Queens to an, at your service greeting . We checked in and as soon as the pen hit the table Juan our sales rep greeted us in a non intrusive manner. Juan was patient and accommodating. He ensured all our concerns were addressed. When it came to pricing Juan understood our preferences and did everything in his power to meet them. From the show room to handing the keys with a fist bump at the door Juan meet our expectations.That is until we left the lot. We soon discovered that this dealership lacks integrity.Be careful the too good to be true red carpet treatment is shady.The outside plush as you can see. But. The brakes were shot. We had to get all new brakes and rotors. Two tires were dry rotted. We replaced the tires and the under carriage was badly rusted.They offered to do the brakes but were glad we didn t because we would not have realized how bad the damage was.So they gave us a temporary license plate that expired before we received our registration Facts After numerous attempts to correct it we were told they cant extend the plates. Meanwhile both NY and NJ DMV states they should are able to. Again Be in the know after a month they had not submitted our registration request FACTS so we called and called and called and called some more. That fist bump at the door became a you get the hand. And that red carpet treatment turned into a one night stand.so after calling around and being placed on hold during phone transfers. We ended up having to work with the DMV and request our own registration.Deal with this dealership with CAUTION IS ALL WE RE SAYING!UnHappy Owners of a 2018 Toyota Corolla- The fam from Queens

I made an appointment to test drive a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 52,880 miles on it, I called the day before and spoke with someone and they said that yes, the car was available, and that it cost $9000 and I made an appointment for 11.When I got there, my agent was Carlos from El Salvador, and he acted like he was going to go get the car, and he comes back and says it s ready, and as we re walking to the car. He tells me oh, this car it doesn t have a clean title, it has water damage and things like that so I rather just tell you now that I can t sell you that car because it s going to have problems. So then I say you don t have the car, do you? And he says no. And then he says but I have other cars. And then I say okay show me. And he says what do you like? And I say anything, show me what you have. So he takes me to this red Honda with 70,000 miles on it, and I ask him okay, what s the price? And he said I can t tell you that. And I say why? And he said because someone else is going to talk to you about that. And I say you can t tell me the value of the car? And he says $13,000 to $14,000 and then I said I m leaving. Bye This company is deceitful. Can t be trusted. Carlos I don t trust you.

I went there and i had the same experience, so i asked for one of the cars the show on the inventory, and they told me that is located on they other lot, so i was planning to go next but after reading reviews i don't think i will waste my time and money here.

The add for the vehicle stated it had a used clear title. When we got there they asked for my license and held it for want seemed like 30 minutes before coming back and telling us the car can only be exported or sold as is cash because it didn't have a clear car fax and it was a salvage title. That they were still trying to sell a full resale value. Needless to say we walked out!

Would not recommend. Said they had the vehicle I wanted. I drive 1 hour and a half only to be told it wasn't there.

I have to say that this dealership really has a fascinating inventory. But before I pick up our vehicle, the sales man Peter promised us he is going to change all the 4 tiers and transmission fluid as well as the battery. However. When we come to pick up the car I personally checked the front two tiers. And they did not change anything. So I went to Peter and asked him if they changed all the tiers. He literally lied in front of face saying that they changed the rare two tiers and they changed the transmission fluid and the battery. So I believed him. And drove back to home, had my uncle checked the car. We found out that Peter did not changes anything on this vehicle except the battery. Which makes me really mad and disappointed. So plz do not sign anything before the dealership fix or changes anything on your car.

ALLERT!!!! If you and to feel stereotype this is the right place to go, after an hour drive and several messages from here, their treatment was very unpolite to call it the best possible way another reason why i always will recommend franchise, no more to say

I do not use the word SCAM very lightly or very often, but this place is an out & out scam. Was interested in Acura MDX I saw on their website, called them & confirmed 3 times if the vehicle is available and has clean title. They replied affirmatively.Visited their store after driving 30+miles, the salesman told me the call center are situated in another part of the country and they know nothing about their inventory. The car I saw online was a salvage and cannot be registered in my state. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

The comments below are totally correct. This is a scam! I email them about a car they advertise and triple confirmed they have the car in the lot. After coming all the way here they trying to upsell me to a different car. STAYYY AWAY. Not to mention the sales were horrible but I put 1 star for the last guy who was very nice.

This is a scam! Saw few vehicles on the website, called them to confirm it's available and got an appointment. After waiting for 20 mins was told the cars I was interested are all "wholesale" with some issues and not recommended for retails buyers, and not a single of the 5 vehicles I was interested were on the lot but apparently in a warehouse 10 mins away for fixing (how convenient).The car I was looking for were fairly new, clean carfax, and no accident vehicle. I am sure they do not have any of the car listed on the website in stock, just a way to get foot traffic and hopefully find someone to sell significantly over market.

This place is a total scam. They advertise vehicles that they don t have only to get you there and try and sell something else to you. Please do not trust these people. I drove from Brooklyn to come see a car and even though I spoke to them several times about the vehicle they assured me they had the car when I arrived they said the car was elsewhere and had damage to it. They then tried to push another car on me. I wasted my time gas and tolls on this dealer and they don t even care. If you re a honest dealer you don t have to use tricks in order to sell a car. These people aren t honest and they do not care about customers. Please do not fall trap to their tricks and dishonest ways.

Great experience. I bought a Volkswagen Jetta here. The guys were all very professional. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING was explained to me. Would recommend and will be back with my Son this summer for his fist car.

Don't waste your time as I did. The cars and prices they advertise are fake. The sales man will play with you always trying to give you "other options" which are way more expensive. While I was at their place, I witnessed a completely frustrated real customer entering the store recording a video with his cellphone and yelling that they were not doing what was agreed...in a nutshell scamming dealer, just read the real reviews.

Scam dealer, I recommend nobody to deal with. They put great prices on fake cars to attract you. And when you go there, they tell you the car that you wanted is not exist and try to sell another car. Be careful!! Don't waste your time especially if you are coming from far away

Went in with an appointment, spoke with a representative for three days to make sure the car was everything I needed. Called that morning to make sure it was ready for a test drive ,I drove over an hour to get there upon arrival found out it is a salvage title the car was not there and no warranty.If I could give negative stars I would .pm me if you need proof I have pictures from there site said clean title and I also have pictures of the ad.

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and they are a scam!! I seen a car listen online I called 5 times just to confirm the car was there they let me know it was, I also asked was the car good was their a salvaged title or anything they assured me the car was great and they would have the car fax ready for me, I made an appointment to come in and see the car I drove 2 HOURS to get there, when I arrive I let them know I have an appointment to see an Audi Q7 that was posted they told me oh we don t have that but we have this one instead, the man had no idea what I was talking about he than goes and says oh it must be at the Maserati deale. I told him I spoke to a sales person over the phone they let me know it was here he than goes to say I think it s at the wharehouse where all the flood cars and salvaged cars go. I was mortified. These people are horrible!! Horrible business low class unprofessional and a scam!! I ve never left a bad review ever but this place is TERRIBLE!!!

Great luck reaching them . I ve tried to do business for about 3 weeks now with several promised call backs that have never happened I don t know about the cars but I can say for sure the service is terrible as hell

We drove an hour to find out the car my son was interested in was a salvage. Why wouldn't that be declared in the advertising?? Also considering the car was a salvage it was priced top dollar. I don't trust people who do this sort of thing.

I talk to sales before going to there stores, they said car is clean title, I went there they showed me car with salvage title and offered me different cars with clean title and higher prices. What I want to say they lying over phone don t trust them when they talking on phone!

My husband and I came into Park Place to purchase a vehicle and couldn t have had a better experience! The establishment was beautiful and the staff very friendly. Gregory was extremely knowledgable. He helped us pick out the exact car we were looking for. Angelo was also very helpful. He was able to get all of the paperwork sorted out in no time! I highly recommend coming here and requesting both of these guys!
