Best experience I've had from a service department. Everyone was welcoming and made sure you were aware of all the work done on your vehicle. My service advisor, John, was awesome, kept my car clean and got me out in a timely manner. Thank you, you've earned a forever customer!

I Love my Lexus of Edison. When it was time for my Lexus to get serviced, I forgot and they sent me a courteous text and I made my appointment . The service is top notch, clean waiting area, excellent coffee , very friendly staff and they are open on Saturdays. I appreciate that they are on top of my service dates because life gets very busy. I have a 10+ old and low milages car. The Edison center service department has always been very honest about my services needed and done very good jobs. The customer service coordinators were great and helpful too. Over all, There are pleasant experiences with the Edison service center.

Lexus of Edison has an outstanding, professional service team! I am thankful that I have them and I sincerely appreciate the care and concern they have shown not only towards my vehicle, but towards me and my family as well! They take great care of your vehicle while it is in their possession and are very good keeping the lines of communication open.

It's good. The service guys are efficient. All appointments are on their devices, makes getting in a breeze. Now the waiting area kind of sucks. One tv, and limited on drinks or, anything to snack on... the seats are dirty/ weathered. So, I was underwhelmed by the service area, but I love my car.

Great service, friendly and knowledgable staff, and great experience! Fixed my Lexus' headlights that were pointed dangerously low for free. I can now drive with confidence and Lexus of Edison has my business going forward!

Great service at Lexus of Edison! My car was taken in in a timely way and my service advisor Nick was kind enough to set me up with a loaner car so that I could still go about my day. He explained what they would be doing for the service as well as how long it might take during the day to complete the service. I felt very well taken care of and informed the entire time - great service at a great dealership! Thank you!

Love how I could make an appointment, and they accommodate me. I love the inspection with a video, letting me know how my car is doing. Love the well check up...I didn't wait long for my oil change and also how well they treat u there. If u have to wait long, they give u a lender. If u wait, u help yourself with water coffee, snacks....just love this place.

Great service. They show you the whole workflow via a link in a text message, including a video of your car and what the mechanic sees. Would have been 5 stars but I think the charge for running diagnostics was very high at $200.

The Lexus Edison did a complete check of my 2026 NX and did a great job. I also had a loaner a new RX and travelled around doing errands. They stayed in touch with me all the time that they had the car and had it finished within the time frame they set. Great job and great team.

Lexus of Edison always delivers white glove service. They work with my availability and I appreciate that we can communicate through text messaging- everything is documented so there is no miscommunication. The recorded inspection is super helpful. Being able to see the reasons behind their recommendations makes decision making easier. No everything is not okay... $6500 for a new motor that is not burnt out. After $1000 for oil and maintenance you could have MANUALLY closed the roof to avoid further damage.4 new vehicles from Lexus of Edison over the past 5 years and a complimentary closing of the moon roof manually would have been a nice jester or pay to close the roof. Over two hundred thousand spent over the years and this is how you treat the long term abiding customers...

Lexus Edison was very thorough with my car maintenance. While expensive, I feel that there is value in taking my vehicle to them. They gave me a loaner car which is a real benefit.

We were assisted by a customer care person, Nick. Justin, another representative, was also helpful in guiding us. Nick reviewed our history and worked to assist us in obtaining our final service. He was most personable as he got a loaner car while we waited. He then gave a wonderful recommendation for lunch at a nearby restaurant which we loved!! Upon completion , Nick provided feedback and informed us of next steps for our car. The entire team at Edison was great!!Service: Auto maintenance

Hi,Overall, GREAT experience at Lexus of Edison Service Center. Prior to there, was a bit bumpy, was called and told I ll be called back with more information. Never got called back, sent a text and left a message. Still no response. Was told thru text I will be called back, no call back. That was over a span of 2-3 days.I showed up earlier than my appointment after talking to someone on the phone and they said they do accept walk ins. No problem, walked in and they took care of the rest.As stated before once I got there, no problem. Prior to getting there, a few bumps. Nothing serious but worth noting.Thank you to all who helped, I ll be back when needed.

I had such an amazing experience this time at Lexus of Edison. Konstance was so kind, knowledgeable, and just an overall pleasure to have as my service advisor. I would also like to mention, Jenna who assisted with making my appointment and helping me on the day of my service along with Konstance. Konstance gave the overall experience such a personal touch that I have never had at Lexus. I will be requesting her as my service advisor every time I go there from now on!Service: Auto detailing

One of the worst service center ever i had visited. The service advisor was rude and did not provide correct information. He did not even have an idea on what is happening on the vehicle. When asked questions and status, his response was very very rude and just keeps saying i dont know and i cant say anything. He was not showing any efforts to help or provide the details. This facility i guess is just looting money from the customer. I had to call numerous time but no response nor no call back. They just ignore the customers and wasted my time. I will not recommend this place at all for any one. I wish i could give then negative 100 (-100) points. that worst of the service. After so much struggle, got my vehicle and the service advisor did not even bother to call on and check how is the vehicle so far. I did not even expect to receive the call after going through the horrible experience.

I had a blowout late at night, I had triple A tow me too lexus of Edison. Justin squeezed me in with a smile and I had my car back by noon...This is what I call customer service....I couldn't be happier and more thankful for the way Justin and Lexus of edison handled my emergency tire blow out. Customer for life!

We do not recommend this service center at all. It s been over 2 weeks since we dropped off our car and it s not even getting fix there but at another body shop in Passaic. No call from our advisor Justin Garcia to at least let us know what s going , to update us or notify us they are taking the car somewhere else. We had to go ourself to the service center to find all this out. They wouldn t even answer nor return our calls.

Mohammed's dedication and professionalism erased any doubts I had. His clear communication and proactive approach ensured a flawless service experience. Top notch establishment. They didn t quite understand my issue initially and really took time to work with me until they understood. Their tech that I worked with (Michael) was fantastic and very thorough. I can tell he genuinely wanted to assist me. My Service Rep was Mohammad and he too was great. Every person I dealt with there, right down ti the cashier was friendly. Their space is really class A! Clean, modern, efficient. I would go to them for service (or sales when the time comes) any day based on my experience. Top job Lexus if Edison!Services: Electrical repair, Tires

This is my second time with them and I really like the experience on both occasions. They were quick at taking care of the car and also provided me with a loaner, the place is impeccable clean, and people are kind and professionals. Nick in particular was very attentive and made me feel cared as a customer. I m only removing one star because I had to ask for my car to be washed at pick up. It may have been a slip from the guys at the shop, who were cool, too, but everyone has to do their part and giving the car back washed and vacuumed is expected, specially when you leave it overnight.
