I had to learn the hard way. DO NOT take your vehicle here for service. It helps somewhat of the owner being calm and courteous, but when I tried to find out what was going on with my vehicle from another mechanic, I ended up having to repay for the same service I had done here, 4 months later. Something was not sealed properly and it caused a very expensive oil leak in my vehicle. Very disappointed to say the least.

Had a starter go bad on my Nissan Titan pickup very particular on who works on my truck and might I add this group did awesome job fixing my truck recommended by my son and if you know where that starter located at it not in normal spot awesome job and followed what I wanted

These guys are the best! They are easy to work with, provide great service and fair pricing.The first time I met them was when my wife's car broke down due to starter issue. It was after 5 PM and we've been waiting for 2 hours for the tow service from the insurance company to come in.I called them and they picked up the phone even after 5 PM. I asked them if they can tow the car next day to bring to their shop and fixed the issue. They tooks care of everything for us. Since then if there is any repair need on my cars I always go to them.I highly recommend Jones Automotive.

I currently have a Dodge Ram 1500 with approximately 65,000 miles on it. I bought it preowned from Richard Lucas Chevy and since the day I bought it, the brakes have always screeched. I brought it up to the dealer multiple times, but was told it s just the way the truck is.I took my truck to Jones Auto to have them take a look at the brakes for me. Malcolm called me an hour later to let me know that the piston for the calipers was cracked and that it was a fixable issue. I got my truck back the same day with no screeching at all. The experience was great and the price for the parts and labor were extremely affordable. I ll be going back to Jones for all of my truck issues from now on.

My car had been making loud, distracting noises on and off for several weeks despite getting it serviced at other places. I finally decided to visit Jones Automotive for the first time since my friend highly recommended them. From beginning to end, I had an excellent experience. The owners were very knowledgeable and were immediately able to pinpoint the source of the issue. Aside from demonstrating high levels of expertise, they were incredibly professional and kind. The first time I came in, I had to wait awhile for a part that needed to be delivered and then I returned a second time because the part came in later than we expected. My overall wait was easy and pleasant (something I never say when it comes to getting my car serviced). The issue was quickly fixed and they even addressed some issues I was having with some lights on my car. The owners communicated clearly, effectively and everything was made super simple. You can tell the owners really go above and beyond to serve the community here, and people trust their work. They are transparent and reasonable. I only wish I had visited them sooner. Kept having air leaking issues in one of my tires and called Jones Automotive. They were very accommodating and asked me to come in an hour after I called. Very professional and 20 min later, issue was resolved and repair cost was extremely reasonable and fair. Highly recommend!

Thanks Cordell . Love their service brought Pearl(my 2018 Chevy Cruze) in cause check engine light was on and flashing and my stabilitrak light had came on . He did a great job I will be back for future service if needs be .

Jones Automotive is family owned and the competent & professional service shows the pride they take in their work. I went to them for a brake job and was happy they also discovered the reason my car had a burnt oil smell. For a reasonable price my Highlander is back to running great! I was in need of a local mechanic due to some tire/rim/axle damage that occurred from an accident I had so I brought it to Jones Automotive since they were local to me. (They are right across the street from Walgreens/Tano mall on Amboy Ave). They were quick to assist me with everything. The prices are reasonable, they provide excellent customer service and they are very professional! They really went above and beyond. I am super happy with how my car came back and I am happy to have created this new relationship with Jones Automotive. Let s just say I am no longer taking my car to my dealer for routine maintenance or repairs. Jones Automotive are now my go to guys! First time here and it was a peaceful and smooth experience. My car was checked and told what was needed. Basically air filters and fluid changes. Although I only got the fluids (coming back for the filters by choice), they Got the job done and I was out in an hour. Very reasonable prices. This shall be my new go to place

I have been having my car serviced by Donnell for years! He is honest, reliable, fast, and affordable. I wouldn't take my car ANYWHERE else. Actually, the one time I did, I ended up taking my car to Donnell the very next day because the other mechanic, not only misdiagnosed the problem but also caused further damage. Was travelling with my toddler 2 yrs old with my car which had Nail/Screw on front tire. Aleady rejected by two auto cares in Metuchen (Mavis & Other private) by saying that closing in 15 mins.and You can drop your car here and come back next day. I requested them but no success. I brought it my car at Jones's around 6 pm at their closing time. I had a doubt that they will also reject. I talked with the one of the brothers and he asked me to bring his car inside. I was like thank god for helping me. The other guy fixed my car's tire within 10 mins. and also made sure other tires are good and no damages. The cost was also minimal. I really liked their helping nature and service. People...!!! Jones Brothers have started their new business. Plz support them to grow their.100 % genuine and recommend..

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting and interacting with the brother/brother duo Cordell and Donell, at JONES AUTOMOTIVE LLC IN EDISON, NJ.I had some issues with my car while driving during the rainy, hot and humid period. My dashboard lit up with icon indicating that something was wrong with my tires.After checking them, the pressure was below 20psi in all four, plus I saw a visible sharp object lodged in the rear tires..boy I knew I was in trouble.I found this place and had the issue resolved in less than 15-20 minutes.Cordell had my truck on a lift and meticulously inspected each tire.� He then quickly fixed the tire that had the nail.I was able to get back home and carry on with my daily work routine without a glitch.Combined, the brothers have over 20+ years experience in the automotive field, working for top car brands. So they know their craft. Coupled with that, they are personable, professional, efficient and caring/kind. They just go out of their way to make your experience a good one.If you are having car trouble/ concerns- This is the place to visit!
