They do this shady thing where they want you to put down a non-refundable deposit on a car, however they will then refuse to pull the car from websites where it's listed for sale. Thus keeping the possibility of selling it out from under you, while cheerfully keeping your deposit.So beware when you put down a deposit. You cannot get it back and they will still actively try and sell the car.They'll tell you the car is not available for viewings, however from my own experience, it is. I had a friend message them asking about a car I had a deposit down on and they were more than happy to show it still, and they even dropped the price on the car from the initial asking price.

DONOT BUY VERITAS ADDITIONAL WARRANTY, they have terrible service, they don't cover all of the claim expenses, and if you cancel their policy they deduct the small part of the claim they covered. They refuse to cover majority of your claims because it is based on their rules and assumptions. Also, the people at this dealership don't even help with the information you need, and they take over a month to answer any questions after you purchase the vehicle, before you get the vehicle they call you several times and are in contact with you for you to make the purschase. Don't buy any additional coverage if it is not from your vehicle manufacturer

Buying a Ferrari was a life long goal for me. Ryan Grant and the team at Ferrari of Central NJ made the experience first class and memorable. I purchased the car from out of town which made the whole process a bit of a challenge. Ryan and team took care of all bumps along the way by answering all my tough questions and addressing my asks.

My Service advisor was Mary Groza, let me start of by saying that is extremely helpful in locating prior service records, she was even able to track down the window sticker for me, not only that but she is very knowledgeable Ferrari's.

I first wanted to state that my experience at Ferrari Edison was amazing until the very end. Niel was very good to me and my father with telling us the ins and outs of the Ferrari 360 spider. He was also the very first person to give me the wonderful chance to drive the car of my dreams. I was never discriminated by my age or felt out of place as a young potential buyer. I recommend Niel to everyone. Here s when things went wrong. When push came to shove we gave an offer on the Ferrari and everything was promising. Things like the buttons and roof were promised to get fixed. It was when Niel went to his manager that everything fell through. The sales manager would not budge on the price at all (the offer was $82k on a $85k price tagged car) and it came to the point where now it was decided that nothing was going to get fixed on the car and I would have to buy it as is. We said no thank you, went on with our day and never got a call back since that day. In these very tough times, I hate giving such a bad review but this needed to be said. It was a very unfortunate moment because my father and I were ready to be part of the Ferrari family .

First of All, the design of the Place was so luxurious. Super Clean, freshly designed. I loved it. Me and my father came in and was kindly greeted with a Woman. She offered us some drinks such as water or juice and we were helped by a Person named Daniel. Very nice guy and was a great helper. 10/10 Ferrari in NJ!10/2/21

Best buying experience ever! Daniel was great to work with (he was the reason we drove 4 hours to see and buy the car) and Glen and Larry made the whole process a breeze. Will definitely come back the next time we are in the market for car!

First time doing business here. First Rate, all around. No more!!After several visits, since my first, the technicians are sloppy. They made my car dirty on the inside and didn t bother to clean it. They forgot to put covers back on, under my dash. I had to call and learn where to put the part back, and do it myself!!! A screw fell out onto the carpet from under my dash, last week.Totally Unacceptable A shame as a Ferrari Store.Gary W

Everything went great. I was stick in traffic and called and told them I would be late picking up my car. They said they would wait for me Awesome ! Finally the car was ready on time and to my surprise the repair was significantly less than the estimate. How often does that happen? Brandon and his team are great and I explicitly trust them.August 28, 2021 (Update)I bought a used Ferrari from Pat Cianci last week he had sold me my previous Ferrari Speciale. Pat is great no pressure, friendly and does great explaining the car features and making recommendations. The sales process smoothly with no problems. Pat takes pride in treating his clients with utmost respect. After I agreed to the purchase I headed to the finance department to sign all the paperwork. I met Jeffrey Berger the Finance Director. I have bought a lot of cars and I usually hate the Finance process. Jeff was very friendly and had all the paperwork ready and walked me quickly through the process. This was the smoothest finance process i hav ever dealt. He made sure he explained all the forms I was signing and what they meant. Other Finance personnel I dealt with usually just rush you through the process. I usually don't by add on packages at the end. But Jeff explained the benefits of buying the tire and wheel package by going over the replacement costs. I was sold and bought the package, Great sales and finance experience

These guys are the best. I have not bought a car from them yet but I have been there for couple times for test drive. Mike Silva is a polite and a very friendly guy. He knows his job well and he is a true professional. He helped me a lot about learning more about the Ferraris and financing options. I will definitely choose this dealer to finance my dream car.

Pat was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable speaking to him even though I had never owned a Ferrari before. I did my entire deal over the phone and everything was nice and smooth. I bought the car on Monday and it was delivered to my door later that week. The driver was also very nice ,friendly and knowledeable. He went over the car for me and took me for my introductory ride in the car and showed me the ropes. I am now a proud Ferrari owner and looking to own more. If you are considering a new Ferrari I would recommend this place be considered.John

This place is off rt.1 across from Bentley dealership. Really high end cars, and really nice layout on the floor. I never have been in, but if I hit the lottery or get blessed very nicely I will buy a car from there for some random person. Why not? At that point I would have the money and someone wants a super sports car.

The team at this dealer ship are amazing...I just purchased a Ferrari California with the David King. He is truly a great guy and worked around the clock to help me close this deal. He answered my calls at 2am with no hesitation and answered all my questions to make sure I get the best deal. This is my 3rd Ferrari and by far this was the best service Ive seen. I haven't bought a car here yet, but I appreciate the new showroom and the modernization updates. The staff is very welcoming, and even invited me to eat lunch with them! Very knowledgeable technicians as well.

We had a Fabulous experience Daniel was amazing and patient enough to go thru everything. He treated us very well and no judgements by the looks of what this customer here too shop for. When you go to Ferrari dealership in Edison without a doubt as for Daniel. He negotiable and got us the deal we were looking for.
