I had a battery changed there about a week ago. Chance (I believe that was his name - I forget already) provided great service even though it was dark and cold and the battery was a little difficult to remove and replace. The manager was also very friendly. Thanks for all your help!

Naiquan was super helpful- from helping me to locate the right headlights for my car to installing them while being extremely polite and professional to me as well as customers in store and on the phone.Auto Zone is lucky to have him as an employee- top notch service!

Phil is the best. He went above and beyond for helping me get a battery for my Kia Soul. Unfortunately, he couldn't change it for me, it's a Kia issue, but at least he took a look at my current battery and explained why.Great customer service, Phil, and to the manager, please give this man a raise!

The guy's was awesome Sergio is the name unfortunately who I can remember installed my Windshield Wipers. I can't remember the other guy name. I bought some Windshield Wipers for my car, my friend recommended this particular AutoZone because she comes here often. I like these few things that I could design my car.

Gabriel the manager and phil c employee were absolutely helpful and amazing customer service!!! I will always come to this Edison auto zone location!! They were very helpful when buying brakes and rotors and the had some in stock but the other the had to order from another location but for my convience which is amazing they are going to have the parts I needed being delivered to this Edison location for pick up THE. NEXT DAY !!! I am ver please and had a great customer experience here !! So then today 5:1 my breaks and rotors we re in a the exact time they said I also needed assistance with my wiper blade and the employee Rocco f actually asked I needed assistance putting on the wiper blade and he did it for me which is awesome great customer service love this auto zone

I had a great experience at AutoZone on Route One in Edison. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to find the right parts and accessories for my car. Laura was very attentive and helpful ! We went a few minutes before closing because we needed parts in order for the car to turn on and she stayed longer to make sure we got the car to turn on and home safe.. This Autozone is my go to place.We highly appreciate Laura's help. Thank you !

Love the store manager Rebecca and the co worker Laura so helpful Laura saw that I was looking for a hot wheels for my daughter and she found it on her truck restock day and bought it for me and came all the way to my job and gifted it to me without expecting anything In return. There are still good ppl in this world god bless all the ppl that work at that store thanks guys

Went in a few months ago to get a battery replacement, and the old Asian guy behind the counter was so clueless I had to just walk out. I purchased my battery across the street at Advanced Auto. I went in there again to buy an A/C recharge this week. I know exactly what my car needs. The same Asian guy behind the counter just pushing me to buy a product I do not want. Then he says out loud It s not my fault you don t know how to use what I m suggesting . Lol dude, I don t WANT what you re pushing on me. I walk out to my car, and another customer comes out telling me that the Asian guy is cursing non stop about me. Rather than wasting my time/energy to go back inside, guess what I did? Yep, drove right across the street and bought my A/C supplies at Advanced Auto where there was ANOTHER customer that came from Auto Zone! Don t waste your time or money coming to this place. Go directly to Advanced and skip the hassle

Great customer service they gave me good recommendations for a product that I was looking for , some items were on clearance with stickers all over the place but unfortunately the items were not available no more. Gone. Moderate prices and check engine light service available also for customers.

Went to buy a new battery on 3/24/23 and the man who helped me was super nice and even went so far as to check the warranty, and it ended up with me getting a brand new battery for free. Super friendly staff and the reason why I ll be coming back for my car needs.

Thank you Rebecca!! My service engine soon light was on and I was told Auto Zone does a free diagnostic. She was kind enough to hook up my car and print out the report for me. And when the report read that it was an issue with the gas cap, she came out and checked that and tightened it as well. Thank you so much!! Awesome service!! Saved me $190 had I went to the dealer for a diagnostic.

This is a good shop. It s run by a man who is knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the staff reflects that, because they re nice and helpful. Good vibes here. It is what you want out of your local auto parts store. Nothing more I can ask for.

Best place to buy your vehicles needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Rebecca went above and beyond installing a new battery in my fiances vehicle. Wouldn't even accept a tip. Oh and I love even more that Autozone gives a discount for veterans. I'm a customer for life!

Store hours are from 7:30 am to 10:00pm I was there at 7:30 and the lady refused to open the doors. She said to wait an extra 5 min?? I start work at 8 and needed something for my car asap. This is non sense!

Shout out to Gabriel who earned a huge amount of loyalty from me today through quality, honest, forward-thinking, customer-minded service.Seeing they were open until 9pm, I called them in desperation after wasting an hour of precious end-of-day time at a competitor, trying to fix my wife's car before work tomorrow.As I began asking a string of questions to avoid the service trap I just barely escaped at the competition, Gabriel quickly assessed what was going on and insisted I come in as soon as possible. He explained how he could help and directly addressed my concerns about my last attempt to solve the problem. He set a clear expectation about the time it would take and potential results.He was very flexible and accommodating of my now extremely limited schedule for the evening. This allowed me to tackle other important tasks while they did their assessment of the issue.They found the core problem with the part and relayed why it needed replaced. They were able to explain how it happened, how to avoid it and also good, low-cost ways of making the replacement last a lot longer. This was all done within my modest resources due to the onerous budgeting of the winter holiday season.There's no question of where I'm headed when I need something else. These guys are great!

I had to return several parts I received in error from another store. The 2 ladies working were very helpful and knowledgeable. Although the system was not operational as it should have been, the 2 ladies working did everything they could without me having my receipt. I only remember Jenny's name. There's an elderly man working there who is not as knowledgeable and he moves very slowly. If you pressed for time or have something like a complicated issue, see someone else.
