Has been my go-to for oil changes for years now. Recently purchased a new vehicle and went in for an oil change only to find out that the oil package that I bought that includes three oil changes apparently stays attached to the vehicle, NOT the customer. Make sure you use ALL of your oil changes if you buy the package before you trade in your vehicle otherwise you lose them.

Pricing has massively increased since 6 months ago, labor used to be included in sale prices but now a separate charge and they put on random misc charges with no explanation.

Having to change my oil was always a PITA (pain in my @#$&) However, taking my Jeep here is a breath of fresh air. I actually enjoy bringing my car here. Let me start with the exceptional staff, they are all very lovely. The service is surprisingly prompt and the quality of work is fantastic. Also, the waiting room is quite pleasant- spacious, clean and they offer complementary coffee, tea, water and snacks for their customers.

If I could give a zero I would. There was a light that kept flashing in my mothers dash borde. So we take it here and they supposedly fixed the problem. We turn the car on when we get it back and the same light was on so we go right back in. They said it was fine and it need a day to reset. 3 days pass and we call again. They said they did everything we can and that we need to make an appointment for the center in Randolph, but the car should be fine until then. A day later me and my mother are driving to work in the left lane of the highway. All of a sudden the main screen goes black. Then the warning come. Everything turn off including power steering which. We narrowly avoided an accident because our turn signals where gone as well. We could ve been involved in a serious accident due to the incompetence of this facility. We also later learn the man who worked on our car was fired. It is beyond me how you don t think of calling his past customers to make sure everything s fine with their car. If you don t have to don t go here.

Walkedbin for my 130 apt. At 125 stood around for 20+ minutes. Only 1 employee in the place and workers sitting on their phones in the shop. Nobody even bothered to ask why I was there. I will never use this place again. Go to lube it all in randolph Much better and quick service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The mechanics and the front desk people are kind and awesome! Done in a timely manner and the waiting room is clean and full of snacks! $87 bucks for an oil change that's crazy! Now I have a 4runner which takes synthetic oil but still. Toyota dealer service charges $60 and you at least get your car washed or tires rotated. Sorry won't be coming back way to much for an oil change. It would help to tell the price upfront. Or explain packages before.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Easy, quick and professional. My only complaint was after leaving I received an email from SiriusXM that I had subscribed to a three month trial. I didnt request that.

1st time at the Nielsen express lube in Dover. Facility was very clean and the waiting room was well appointed.The staff was friendly and seamed happy to be in the workplace.My car was returned as I left it and the work was done properly.
