A month ago I bought a 2024 Chevy Blazer from Nielsen. Nigel was our salesman. He was fantastic with us. He has a great sense of humor and knows what he is doing. During the purchase and pick up of the Blazer, there was a rather major error that occured due to miscommunication. Will and the rest of the team working that night did not demonstrate any kind of frustration. They took it in stride and went above and beyond to correct the situation in such a professional manner! I left with my Blazer a happy customer! In addition, someone scraped the back end of my car within a week of the purchase so I took it to Anthony at the body shop today. He was fantastic! He took a look at the damage and had someone professionally put the bumper right back in. I was thrilled he could do this without telling me I needed a whole new bumper. I was in and out of there within an hour. Such great service! I highly recommend Nielsen Chevrolet's sales and body shop!

Was very thankful for courtesy vehicle as a was going to have to call Uber. Very pleasant staff. Truck airbag sensor issue fixed. Additional wiring replacement for my 2012 truck required per their inspection Very happy. I would recommend

Thanks to Edwin & Nigel for getting me in the car I wanted. Only issue, dealership blatantly lied and stated I wasn't eligible for certain discounts. After reporting it to corporate they were forced to write me a check for the discount that should've been applied. (Almost $1K that should've been taken off my purchase) I only had to go to the dealership 4 different times with Sales Manager Mark telling me each time 'We'll have it tomorrow". I then had to call corporate back for them to be forced to issue the check that day. You'd think they would give some kind of Gift or even an apology for their failure of "Awarded Customer Service" OR "Transparent Pricing" they rave about on the website... NOPE!

Overall the dealership and the staff are amazing! They provided all the support needed for such a big purchase. You feel the team has your best interest at heart (which is not the case at all dealerships)Britney the sales representative was amazing. Took the time to answer all my questions and make suggestions She made the experience both pleasant and memorable.Roy the General Sales Manager went out of his way to expedite the process, making it as clear and seamless as possible and gave me a great deal.I will be back for my next trade in and/or purchase.

My experience was fine . However no one followed up on my car rental re-imbursement, for the vehicle having warrantee work done. This should have been covered! I had to lay out $550.00and never received a re-imbursement! I really don t think this is fair, and would have to reconsider about purchasing another Chevet vehicle!

Nigel was fantastic. Bought a 2022 Chevy Colorado Z71 on Memorial day. I have purchased 7 cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience. He is affable guy and does not try to mislead you. He makes the process a pleasure. The finance department was very helpful as well.

bought a car from Nigel and had service done. Nigel was wonderful. He went over everything about the car and paperwork was quick and easy with his assistance. Service dept was excellent. I felt very respected as a woman that knows little about cars. The service manager was very nice & courteous and explained everything that needed to be done. They were quick and courteous and my car runs perfectly. Everyone was kind and respectful. I will definitely continue to go there for service and to buy another car in the future.

Axel was a great sales person. Very personable and knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased. The Bolt is a complicated vehicle when going from an ICE vehicle to an EV. He explained it well and we have adjusted well. Still learning the nuances of the car.

Leah, Austin, and the service manager John did an excellent answering any question I had about my new truck. The technician Jimmy did an excellent and speedy job doing the first oil change, tire rotation, setting the tire pressures.

Axel Lopez my sales guy was great.This reason alone I will recommend this dealership and Axel by name. I was treated with respect, kindness. He went above and beyond to help me with any questions I may have and explain everything to me with no rush whatsoever.I brought a trailblazer RS 2023. I can't see enough good things about Axel and the dealership. Definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family as well.

Hard to believe that a dealership can even survive today which such a poor customer experience. After having immense difficulty to even speak with a salesperson, I finally got Tristen on the phone. After a promise to return my call with information on a car, he just blew me off. I called back later that day upon which a receptionist apologized and said he will call right back. Of course, no return call. You can tell the most about car dealers and how you will be treated by the small things they do and do not do. Find a dealer and salesperson that at a minimum has a professional mindset.

What a great experience. No pressure. Up front and honest what it would take to make the deal. It started as an internet inquiry with internet sales manager Jenn reaching out and understanding how to contact me, to Nigel the salesman with his incredible personality, to Roy and Will the finance managers who got the best deal possible for me. I was given an appointment I brought my on the set date and time Monday, 6/26 @ 8 am, but my car had sat there untouched all day. It was over 8 hours and no one contacted me in reference to what was going on with my car. I attempted to make contact via text (3x) no response. I then called the service around 3 pm was placed on hold then told by the receptionist they told me to tell you they are still looking at it this is after 8 hours. An about a half hour later I received a text indicating that I needed brakes. All day 8+ hours and all I needed was my brakes replaced. I was told that I can come get my and bring it back in the morning. It was raining, thunderstorms and I was forced to drive my car from Dover NJ to East Orange NJ approximately 60 miles. I returned the next morning, 6/27 @7:50 am and was told that my car would be serviced 1st. So I decided to wait. I was the only AfricanAmerican person there the 4 other persons were Caucasian and were serviced before me. The 1st guy was done and out the door within an hour or so. He had brakes done he appeared to be a regular because the service guy said Fred you re all gone see soon for service I was making a joke said to the other lady waiting, does my name have to be Fred to get some service around here? We laughed. The service guy then whispered something to the receptionist and she said something to the affect using the word ignorant. Then a corporate person from upstairs can and sat with the woman talking about her issue with her sons tire and stated to her I m here you know it was going to be approved they sat chop-pin it up then the service guy came back out it was about 20 to 30 minutes and told the other Caucasian guy your car is ready. So I was getting upset. Then the same service guy came back in and told the Caucasian female her car was done. So I gasped and the woman told the corporate guy from upstairs oh she upset her car was here yesterday He you humped his shoulders and went back upstairs. Each time the service guy come to tell the person their car was ready he cut his eye over at me. I was very upset feel racism was being used against me. I asked if my was scheduled to be worked on first why have 3 people been serviced before me. And the woman arrived 45 minutes after me. I ask for the number to corporate, which I never received. I was offer to speak to the district manager. So I said yes but instead they sent Leila to talk to me. I was racially profiled I was disrespected and disregarded I was made to fill like I was nothing. No one had name tags on so their identities can be kept from people who they mistreat. My experience was awful and I wish never to return. My car is now shaking in the steering column. I think something was done wrong. I can talk about how I was made to feel without crying. I felt the hatred.

Yesterday my son bought a 2021 Chevy TRAILBLAZER from Nielsen Chevrolet. My son did all kind of internet searches and the salesman Axel reached out and contacted him directly. After visiting several dealerships, we found that Axel put together a great deal and he worked for us to the very end. Including helping with Aps on he phone to interact with his car information.The entire staff was friendly and professional.We met people who were repeat customers and have bought many cars from the dealership and were very happy with the sales and service.I highly recommend if you are considering purchasing a Chevy contact Axel Rose @ Nielsen Chevrolet.

Amazing dealership and will definitely recommend anyone who is in the market for a new car to come to this dealership. Everyone takes their time to answer your questions and also make sure they understand want you are looking for and what you need. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and needed. My brother was looking for a car but his plans changed and I lucked out that the car he was looking at happened to be what I wanted. I also lucked out that blue was one of the colors that I was looking to get; olive green was my first choice, but I love the car I got!

Bruno is the best!!! I had to bring my car to the auto body shop to get it fixed after someone hit me. Bruno was communicating with me the whole time and was so helpful! Couldn't have asked for a better experience in a bad situation.

Dealer was extremely helpful and patient. Trischan was our sales rep and explained everything and was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. He took his time to help setup all the features on our phones and in the car. Finance guy was went over all choices in detail very professional. I will be a returning customer. Top notch.
