This place came highly recommended by a friend. They open early and convenient for me to drop off my car and pick up at the end of my work day, for minor repairs. They offer reasonable prices and I have never had an issue with the service on any of my vehicles. Staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. i always bring my cars for oil changes, or new break padsThey replaced manifold in my truck, 2 broken bolts, in less than 2 days kept me updated thru out the whole process I would definitely recommend this place

I when there 2 times because I had a flat tire and check engine light on, it was an excellent experience. They were quick and friendly. They were very helpful and found the real cause of my problem with diagnostic. They can explain their diagnosis in a way that you understand. You can tell that a mechanic knows what they are doing. Great experience! Highly recommended.

I am so pleased with my experience at MotorPro. They fit me in on short notice and got me back on the road in no time! They were super attentive and honest, and Juan took the time to explain what was going on. They fixed my exhaust and catalytic converter and my car is running great.10/10 experience

Do not take your car here.. got a oil change, just too find out they never put the oil cap back on. Now there's oil all over Engine and the filter are cover with oil and now my a/c smelling bad.. went back to talk with the owner, the owner was very Hostile and very disrespectful tell me to shut the f up. Got so hostile the cop was called.. he refused to give a refund.. in all don't take your car here.Service: Oil change

I truly cannot recommend this place enough! We ran into car troubles on a road trip and needed help quickly. The folks at MotorPro diagnosed the issue and got us back on the road within 30 minutes, free of charge.I don't know of many mechanics that show that level of service and kindness to complete strangers.

Very unprofessional..got my pil changed 1 week ago from today and they never placed my oil cap back on my engine so 1 week later my car is smoking, everytime I turn my AC on im breathing in oil stench because there's oil everywhere also oil behind my grill and pools of oil spilling out from under my hood...bring it back to speak with the owner he became hostile and cursing out my boyfriend and I cops were called due to him being so hostile with us....I asked for a refund and was denied it and told to bring my car elsewhere...EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT ACCOMMODATED at all...DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE Service: Oil change

We re so happy to have found Motorpro in Dover NJ, Recommended by a friend.I had the pleasure to speak with the long time owner of the company while my car was being serviced for preparation for a long car trip. The owners enthusiasm of engine work and car restoration was expressed with joy. It is great to know that the leader of the team at Motorpro has a genuine drive to perfect the cars he services.Our car was taken in for service on time with appointment, I had a short wait in a clean sunny customer service room , alive with plants, and charming painted ceiling tiles by children. What an amazing auto repair shop! From the service they supply, to the reasonable pricing, and amazing staff-this is definitely a shop to visit. When my car was in need of regular maintenance I was a little scared of finding a mechanic, as a single woman getting my car worked on has always been challenging since most of my experiences have been negative. My roommates recommended their mechanic who they have used for that last 15 years or more. Unlike previous shops where I've felt taken advantage of with pricing and services that were unnecessary, Milo the owner, and his team gave me such relief when I experienced the very opposite with them. He was quick to assess my car's needs and very thorough when explaining them to me. I could tell that the work being done was everything my car actually needed and that he wasn't going to overwhelm me with details I may not understand but instead put everything in terms that I could actually comprehend easily-this made the payment much easier because I felt no hesitations or fears. Since then, I have been to his shop regularly for all my auto repairs and even for the inspection, which I was happily surprised to see they offer. A few months ago I had a huge issue with my vehicle and when I was having a hard time understanding exactly how his team would resolve this, Milo walked me through it, even using a table of parts to demonstrate exactly what he was talking about. As a hands on kind of gal, I loved this and definitely appreciated it. This was just further evidence of his great customer service in helping all of his clients understand clearly about the services he provides. So all in all, if your looking for an honest, easy, and professional experience that will leave your car in great service look no further, this is the place to go!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Air conditioning

I brought my car in for an oil change and after I left the lot noticed the car wasn t accelerating then the check engine light came on shortly after. I called and they said it was unrelated to the oil change when it was running fine before. Don t trust them. I m out 280 and they would care less. I m not coming back.

So I ve been overdue for an oil change for a few hundred miles now and I like to typically do things myself. I work on motorcycles but I don t have a car lift to get my car high enough off the ground. My oil pan drain bolt was extremely tight and I couldn t get leverage to break it loose. I took my car here seeing if they could loosen it for me. In a matter of 15 minutes they made the time to bring my car in and break it loose for me. I was expecting to at least pay something but they did it for nothing. I will for sure be bringing my car here when it needs brakes, if you re like me and work hard for your money and would rather spend it on a business with good deserving people, I would come here. Not many garages would want to waste the time doing something like that but they didn t even hesitate. Thank you again!!

I guess these folks don't need my business. Last week I made an appointment for an auto inspection required in NJ law. I arrived at the appointed time (1 pm, Tuesday) and when I looked around to check in, I was greeted by a short dark haired women. I said that I was there for an inspection. She said her boss does the inspections and he is not there - to come back tomorrow.I looked at her. I mentioned that I had made an appointment (with her, by the way) but she did not acknowledge it. Nor did she apologize.I eventually got her to admit that she was the only female working there - so the appointment was made by her.I have been in business for 50 plus years. I recognize that things pop up. But all I expected was a simple acknowledgement.I then drove to J.D. Automotive - just a mile or two East on Rt 46. Still in Dover. I made an appointment for 1pm the next day (today). And J.D. honored the appointment - and my car was done by 1:40 today.I guess MotorPro Auto Repair does not need more customers. I live nearby. Closer than I do to J.D. but I will never go back.Service: Vehicle Inspection

My brake pads were almost completely worn out, and a friend of mine recommended this auto repair shop to get them replaced. The owner was very helpful and, for the first time in 20 years that I've been driving cars, I was actually shown the worn out parts and why they needed to be replaced. No upselling, no gimmicks. The price to replace the two front pads and rotors was in line with other shops in the area, and what made a difference for me was how he explained everything to me before doing the work, while standing right next to my car. First, I have to say this review has nothing to do with this business's ability to repair vehicles. It has EVERYTHING to do with customer service, or in this case...lack thereof. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday afternoon, but nobody looked at it until Saturday. I was never told it would take 4 days before it was diagnosed. A couple days after I had dropped the car off, I stopped in to retrieve something from the trunk. Well, this turned into a half hour adventure. Nobody could find my keys. I had to drive 30 minutes back home to get a spare key. Full disclosure, they did eventually find the keys. I arrived to pick up my vehicle, and that led to another lengthy delay. My invoice could not be found. I suggested that maybe it was left in my car. I went to the car and found it had been ransacked. My change holder (filled with change) was gone and the contents of my glove compartment were on the floor. I told Mello, and he informed me that it had happened to another vehicle two nights prior. Apparently they don't lock customer vehicles! So, if you leave your vehicle there overnight...BEWARE! Mello offered no apology or compensation...NOTHING. To sum it up...horrible customer service, no consideration for the client and no security. For those reasons alone, I would stay far away from this establishment.Service: General repairs & maintenance

All Tune and Lube - This mechanic was able to fix my sons car after one mechanic sabotaged it, another wouldn t touch it because of the damage, and a dealership told me the part couldn t be found and for them to fix it could cost me around the $3,500 mark! Not only did they take the time to find all of the issues, fix it and fix what others deemed impossible but they also did it for a fair price and considerably fast!!! My entire family will be traveling the distance for our car needs with this honest family run mechanic shop!

I ve always had great experiences at MotorPro. I always recommend this repair shop to all my friends and family. The team here is awesome and make you feel right at home. They even have a desk area for you to be able to bring your laptop to do any work while you wait for your car.

First experience here. My cars original spark plugs and ignition went bad causing a misfire. I called and they said come in as soon as I can, sat down and showed me everything and gave me a more then fair price. Very very nice staff and a great experience. I will be back.

Horrible!! They did a oil change on my daughters car on 7/28 a month later her car was sounding weird, took it to another mechanic who told us the car had no oil. They didn't tighten the plug and the oil has been leaking for a month. Engine blew, spoke to the owner he just had a bunch of excuses didnt even want to take responsibility, a real A**hole! My daughters car is done for. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Service: Oil change

I had a bad shake in my steering wheel due to off balanced wheels. Another shop had the car and claimed they fixed it but they didn t so I took it to Motorpro and they fixed it brand new. My car hasn t felt this smooth since I purchased it. I cannot recommend Motorpro enough. thank you!!!! You guys are the best!Service: TiresService: Tires

If there were more stars available, I'd give them all to All Tune & Lube and to Mel and his staff.I had a recent problem with one of our autos and they not only got to the bottom of the problem through extensive testing and analysis but test drove the car for hours to ensure the problem was properly identified and eliminated. This probably could have been a very expensive "fix" as most other service providers probably would have started replacing parts (and running up labor costs) trying to fix the issue by "trial and error".Hats off to this business. Highly recommended for any and all automobile service needs. You WON'T be disappointed!
