Nick made the car buying experience so easy! I found my car online with carfax history. Reached out to Nick and he gladly answered all of our questions. The weather was bad and with me being 2 hours away, Nick encouraged me to be safe and not travel in those conditions. It's not just about the sale at Maxim, he genuinely cares about the safety and wellbeing of his customers and it shows. I love my car! It's perfect and just what i was looking for! Go check him out, you won't be disappointed!

Nick was recommended to us by a friend for a car for my teenage daughter. Nick was so great to work with. From our first conversation he was so helpful and nice. Wonderful experience! My wife and I just had our second child which put us in the market for a larger vehicle. We found a gem at Maxim Motorcars. I reached out to Nick to ask about the vehicle he told me everything he knew about the car and the work he had gotten done on it recently. Some dealers dont bother with getting cars fixed up they just sell them as is. Nick sold us a car at a wonderful price that was 20 years old with less than 60,000 miles in showroom condition! Great dealership. We will be doing business with him in the future. Thanks Nick we love the car!

The BEST experience!! Nick was not pushy like other car dealers I had spoken to, very knowledgeable, kind, and to the point. He was able to find a car within my preferences and price range in one day! No fuss, made sure the vehicle was inspected, detailed, and arranged for minor body work all before purchase. First time car buyer and highly recommend!!

We had a great experience working with Nick, a super nice, honest "used car dealer", and owner at Maxim Motor Cars in Dover (near Costco). My mechanic recommended him when we were looking for a car for our teenage son, and Nick was great explaining the options to him and listening to his wishes. Nick has loved cars since a young age and has managed to turn his passion into a business. Nick gives every car a lot of TLC before he puts it up for sale & is an open-book about any relevant detail. I can't recommend Maxim Motor Cars enough. What a relief to have found a car in this market!

What can I say? My review echoes those prior to mine. I found Maxim Motorcars via CarGurus website. 2010 Acura MDX was in amazing condition. I saw the SUV online on Sunday night. I sent two email inquiries from both my personal accounts. Called Monday and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. I claimed the truck as my own, Sunday night. All I needed was to see it and finalize the deal. At Maxim, I feel as if I made a new friend in Nick.Extremely personable and genuinely a nice guy. My experience was unique because, I didn't have a trade in, My TL's transmission went earlier that Sunday, he asked about that car and offered to take it off my hands. I was floored by the offer to tow it from the dealership where I left it and cover the cost of the diagnostic fee. The AMAZING customer service didn't stop there. Nick also arranged to transfer my plates from the old to my new vehicle. Delivered the MDX to my job and two weeks later, delivered my plates. Needless to say, I'm sending any and everyone I know to Maxim Motorcars.

Nick went above and beyond for me. I flew in from out of state, he picked me up from the airport, brought me breakfast, and made sure the car was serviced, aligned and ready to go for the drive back home. The car is exactly as he described and he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and send me all info and pictures I requested. I wouldn't hesitate to fly back to new Jersey to buy another car from him.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle from Nick @ Maxim Motorcars. The process was stress free and pleasant. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Nick was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. His attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! After searching for a pickup truck for years we finally bought one from Nick at Maxim Motorcars. After inquiring about the truck online, Nick got back to us right away. I could tell from speaking with Nick that he was honest, professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and also the financing. Everything about the listing was accurate. The car was clean and in great condition! The customer service here was above and beyond. I have purchased many vehicles and this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend buying a car from Maxim Motorcars as I look forward to again in the future!

Bought a car for my 16 yr old son from Nick last month. He was very professional and helpful when we came in and made us feel very comfortable buying from him. We found him to be a very responsive and stand up guy when we had some trouble having the car pass inspection, and ensured that the problem was taken care of with minimum hassle for us. Many kudos to him. Would def go back to him.

Just recently bought a car from Nick. He is extremely professional and knowledgable - he goes out of his way to make it an enjoyable experience. He sells good quality cars at a reasonable price. We bought the car for our 16 year old son and Nick took the time to walk him through all the controls for the car - very impressed overall. If you need a used car, recommend you go to Nick at Maxim Motors!

Nick was a great help in assisting me with purchasing my car. He went over and beyond what I had expected of a car dealership; especially during this pandemic, where a contactless purchase is the recommended method. He answered all my questions and kept regular, open communication every step of the way. I ultimately chose Maxim because the cars were priced fairly and recently serviced. Plus, they offered home delivery if you're within 25 miles of Dover. The car arrived fully detailed (and sanitized) and in excellent condition, with a red bow on top. I highly recommend this place.

Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with! You can expect nothing but transparency and attention to detail from him. Nick was very very helpful and patient. He waited for me , the drive was 1hr+. He explained everything to me in detail and make sure I understood everything that was going on . He made purchasing my first car a great experience. I m glad I chose to buy my car from him.

Nick is great to work with. He is upfront and trusting. Not only does he take great care of his customers, but takes great care and pride in is inventory. I would recommend him to my friends and family, or to anyone buying a used car. Maxim Motorcars is the place to go.

Nick was legit with me. I know what I'm doing, risking, gaining, and losing while working with a 'dealer'. I put him through some B.S. early on just to see how he would respond. (1st note: I sold Nick our VW Beetle, 2013 w/ less than 11,000 miles; easy sell for me, but as the movies say... Not my first rodeo!) He played "hard to get" in the early stages of the process...like, "who would blink first". Well, my wife blinked first cuz I was having fun! :-) (2nd note: DO NOT play poker with Nick unless you are a World Series of Poker pro. You will lose.)Don't be silly with your expectations. Nick owns a business that needs to make money, as do I. There is always a happy middle ground. If you want top dollar for your used car, sell it to a private party/normal person on the street and cross your fingers. Honestly, the amount of time and aggravation for an extra $1k - $1.5k haggling & selling with a private party was not exciting enough for me considering the price I agreed to with Nick. I've sold 4 cars independently to private owners over the years and this spring, 2022, is the absolute best used car prices in the history of used car sales. At least since I sold my first car in 1995! So I chose to work with a dealer.But now, private/normal individual buyers are "ALL EXPERTS' and annoyingly ignorant of the the fact that, NO, they're not expert at anything other than surfing the web.I agreed to a price I knew was about $750 less than he would have agreed to if we "danced for a while" because (she) the car was amazing: 2013, w/10,880 miles. However, my wife and I both own our businesses and time is money, insurance is money: $99/month, parking is money: $230/month, etc. I expect Nick will make between $1750 - $2700 over what he paid me for our car, which is fair enough. A private sale would never have gotten us that much in return. And he needs to make money to survive and I needed to dump an asset that was losing value every year; except 2022! I enjoyed working with Nick; a professional with respect for another professional's time and knowledge. He never made the mistake of assuming I was dumber than a bag of rocks, otherwise I wouldn't be spending the time, which costs money, on this review. Hey Nick, I'm sending you an invoice for two hours! :-)Ultimately: Yes, I will work with Nick again if the time comes when my wife & I need a car again.J.

Incredibly easy and enjoyable buying experience working with Nick. Had the type of vehicle I wanted at the right price, was always responsive to calls/texts, and super easy to work with - very up front and honest which is all I was looking for. Everything went smoothly and it was a no-brainer to purchase the car thru Maxim Motorcars. A super guy, and highly recommended for those in the market for a quality used car.

Nick at maxim was awesome... he had a car for my son at the price point. He could afford. I loved that he showed him the car and he really looked out for us. The Acura we bought is a very nice car and he performed alot of repairs on it before we got it and the car is a really good car for my son.. this is the 2nd car we got from him and will continue to use him when needed and recommend him to my friends that are looking for a good used car.. thanks again Nick

Maxim Motorcars is a small dealership. We found Nick, the owner to be totally professional with an amazing amount of knowledge and courtesy for his customers. He went out of his way to try and help us decide on a car, and even offered to facetime so that we could better see details before coming into his dealership. I feel like he went above and beyond and would highly recommend his business.

Nick Manusco was the first private auto dealer that I went through for a car-purchase. I had mostly been a dealer centric customer. I was so frustrated this time with the pushy-over selling by local car dealers, that I followed a friend's recommendation and called Nick. We saw three cars- Nick was superbly detailed and information oriented. He did not upsell me. The educational bit that Nick did was outstanding-- I learnt so much about both the car-buying process and also about the different specs. Because, he operates as an independent dealer, markups are fewer and he is very transparent about the fees charged. Best yet- the after sales support- I call Nick for all my car related questions and he is kind, gracious- and always helpful. I bought a 2014 VW GLI from Nick. Highly recommend.

Nick is the real deal! Truly cares about the cars he sells and his reputation. Not pushy and understanding of buyers' wants and needs. Will definitely keep Maxim in mind for future purchases, he sold my brother a great car.

Admittedly, I was apprehensive about the dealership and whether it would be on the up and up. Small operations like this can be hit or miss.The price of the Volvo I had my eye on was just too good to be true. Prior customer reviews nudged me to at least reach out and contact Nick. Didn't take long for me to realize that he has a passion for cars and it shows with his attention to detail. Needless to say I was sold. The rest of the process was straight forward and hassle free. Normally I don't take time out to write a review but hey, my car buying experience warranted one. Thanks again Nick!

There should be more people in this world like Nick from Maxim Motor Cars!!He bent over backwards to make this an AWESOME buying experience! No pressure whatsoever and answered every question I had about the vehicle.I would recommend him to anyone that s looking to buy a car at a fair price.

What a great experience! I found the perfect SUV for my wife at a very low price. Clean car fax, new tires, new brakes, new wipers, detailed and shiny, a full tank of gas and a giant red ribbon! Nick makes the car buying experience fun and easy.

Amazing dealership, honest seller, no bs hidden fees, the cash price was same as the finance price, he lists the carfax on his website, returned my calls and emails immediately, and disclosed all pertinent information regarding the vehicle. All in all, a real pleasure to deal with. I got a great car at a good price. Could not be happier. Thank you owner Nick.

I was helping a friend look for a Nissan Pathfinder. After weeks of going on wild goose chases looking at what dealers called good shape cars.(ALL JUNK). We found one at this used car lot in Dover. I found the friendliest and nice man sling the car. He was pleasant helpful and most of all Honest. He sold us a 2011 Pathfinder. in perfect condition. I highly recomend if yoriikung for a used car give this place a shot first. Kevin
