Eddie and Lenny were the most helpful and nice people. They quickly helped me and replaced my tires and did it with a smile. They were also very honest which goes a long way. They didn t tell me I needed something just because they d make more money. They genuinely wanted to help. 10/10 customer service and the job was well done!! Will always come here!

It s 3PM on a Sunday when I noticed a puncture in my front tire. I have a whole work week ahead and will not have time to get it fixed until next weekend. Yet, it is late, maybe too late to hope for help today. I happen to be right near Mavis. So, I took a chance with no expectation that they could or would help. It was my good fortune, that s when I met Fernando. He found a way to get my car in, and I didn t even have to wait. His mechanic had the puncture fixed in 15 minutes and I was good to go. Spectacular! I really appreciate the help, and Fernando seemed to get it. He understood that I needed the problem fixed ASAP even though it was already knocking on the door of quitting time. This was not my first time using this Mavis. It won t be my last either. They care and are fair. All anyone can ask. Thank you Fernando and team!

Some of the most impeccable service can be witnessed when you come here to have your car serviced. Regardless of our idiosyncrasies we are met with the highest level of customer service here. It is greatly appreciated especially when time is not always on our side. Highly recommend.

My very first time at Mavis Discount Tire Center @ 419 US 46 Dover, NJ. Excellent Service, being new to the area and skeptical about going to mechanics they reassured me and I was more than comfortable in allowing them to complete my repairs. Lenny Watts the store manager was patient, courteous, and detailed in his explanation of what was needed. I will definitely return for any services and will recommend this shop any day. Again Mavis Discount Tire you have a lifetime customer.

Came in on a morning before I had to work and the guys got me in and out! Eddie was very kind and honest, which always goes a long way. Lenny got my car finished quick and made me feel like my car was brand new. Incredible customer service, 10/10. I will always recommend this Mavis location.

They have great customer service. I went there to get a tire value replace and the ended up reseating my tire and balancing it. They even ended up not charging anything for it. After going there going there for the past few years I can say they are the best around.

My son had unfortunate blow out on Rte 80 today had car towed to Mavis , Fernando was great ,told me no problem we will take care of you today installed four new tires , new alignment. Outstanding service and workmanship. Thank you Fernando highly recommend this location.

Came in thinking I needed a new tire after I was told my flat was un repairable, by a different location. Fernando took the time to give me a second opinion. They were able to repair my fairly new tire and gave me prompt service.

Both Eddy and Fernando were very helpful in getting my tire replaced. I had called in the morning, worried I was going to be waiting for opening or an appointment. Only to be told to come right in and they fix me up. I showed up and around 40 minutes later I was able to drive away on some nice new wheels.

Fernando and Eddie were fantastic! I was in a hurry on my way to see properties with appointments lined up and had a nail in my tire. I called Mavis in a panic and they talked me off a ledge and told me to bring in my SUV right now. I did not even have to wait and it only took 25 min. Score all the way around! These guys were great!

Top notch service from Lenny and Chris. They provided nothing but genuine car care advice on top on the service. No gimmicks or sales pitches. Very knowledgeable and serviced my car in a quick but thorough manner. Anyone who needs car care and wants to keep their car running for a long time, I would highly advise and endorse them and this Mavis location as the place to go.

Had a last minute walk in to replace 2 bad tires and an oil change. They helped me out no problem and even gave me a few coupons to help me out on the price. In the end they finished sooner than anticipated, and my car was better than when I rolled up. 10/10 would come again!

Updated review september 2023: the worst car repair rxperience ever! Made an appointment at 11:30amto go in at 4 for tires and breaks. Called at 3:20pm to confirm my tires were there, but i was told they should be there no later than 5. Frank the asst mgr said it would take about 1.5-2 hrs because his guy just went on break, but the guy said he was off break in 5 mins.I arrived at 3:57 and the tires were 2 stops away, I waited in the car watching for the truck, around 5:10 I saw a vehicle that looked like it was delivering stuff drive out of the shopping center lot. At 5:13 Frank said that the tires wedge there, but it said they were delivered. It took at least 20 minutes for an off duty employee to find my tires. Now it's 5:30 and I'm still waiting for my car to be pulled in. Once pulled in the front tires were taken off and it sat there because the brake pads were never ordered. I waited over an hour and when I saw the car parts delivery that came from down the street, I asked how long ago it was ordered and was told it was ordered and delivered instantly so less than 30 mins. I had to keep asking Frank what was going on and would be told it's not his fault, but he's the one giving out wrong times and guaranteeing parts arrival times. It seemed like he was avoiding me and if I didn't stay on them my car would have been done long after I finally was able to get out of there a little before 8pm. I even watched Frank hand a customer that came in after me his keys back after the customer thought the work on his vehicle is done and told him we don't have time to do it we can keep it for tomorrow, the customer took his vehicle and left. A girl that came after me for an oil change we did over an hour and a half, but she still got done before me. I asked to speak to the manager and was told I'm him and then later was told that he was only inside because he was missing stuff up outside. And I do recall him messing up on my vehicle last year, and the other mechanic did my vehicle the next day along with the manager helping to get done what needed to get done. Frank was a very unprofessional assistant manager guaranteeing times that shouldn't have been guaranteed making customers Wait Almost 4 hours for two tires and two brake pads. Absolutely disgusted after I gave such a stunning review the previous year. We'll have to find other place for my car care needs to be done.November 2022:Shane, Jay, and Lenny were great at assessing and correcting the issues with my vehicle. Quick friendly service, with helpful pricing. Gave me a great deal on 4 tires and an alignment that i would have paid for 2 tires at other places. Would definetly recommend. Thanks guys!!!

Came in nervous about finding that a screw had gone straight through my rear tire on my 6 month old CRV. They had me in and out in 20 minutes and we're honest (especially to a female customer) about the repair not needing a whole new tire or puncturing all the way through just to cash in with a bigger invoice. The manager and Fernando were friendly, helpful, honest and super fast with the whole process. Very happy with picking them to visit for the service

Lenny took care of me and my 2017 hyandia more then once. both times he helped me get ne car in and out in the same day and defiantly was able to give the best prices in the 5 shops I got estimates at.highly recommend!!!

Came here because my tire was flat and the store manager Lenny and the assistant manager Eddy were more than hospitable. They took my car right away and gave me the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop. Both employees treated me with the upmost professionalism and had my car in and out within the hour. Would 10/10 recommend coming!!

Scheduled a reservation last night to get an oil change and tires balanced for 8am this morning When I arrived I was happily greeted and immediately helped. They did a great job with balancing my tires, it is driving smooth now. They did this in a timely manner which I appreciate very much. I wish I can remember names but everyone that helped me today was great and I will be back for any other car needs I have.
