I went to Par Troy sounds in Newton and spent over $1500 on a system and had nothing but problems with the instillation. First my music wouldn t play if I turned it up too loud so I took it back after having to wait two weeks for an appointment. Then it happened again and when I called the owner of the store he said to me maybe you re playing the music too loud 2 JL 12 subs. OTS SUPPOSED TO BE LOUD. That s when I knew it was time to take it somewhere else. I brought it here and within minutes the young lady that works in the front had her techs find the problem. Those guys in Newton almost burned my car and wired everything wrong. I had to pay to get it rewired and installed correctly, but I don t regret it. I haven t had any problems with it since. If you re looking to get a new car stereo this is the place to come to.Staff was amazing and honest.

The only reason I am rating them a 2 is because, I need an interlock device removed from my vehicle. They said it would cost 140 to be removed. Partroy in Newton charges 50 dollars to remove it. They would not honor there price either. The fact they are charging so much when it is only supposed to cost 50 is absolutely ridiculous. I am not sure how they are with anything else but, will not be doing business with them because of that.

They are an excellent business that I highly recommend. The work on my car was done in a timely manner, and everything that I needed to know was explained to me. Darren was great!

Reviews say they sell tires and rims. I call and they said they sell neither. So 3 stars for fake reviews

Quick and easy, i been there once for my car's photo inspection and it was quick, the lady did a fantastic job and it was quick like a flash.

Got the remote start and they didn't set up the auto trunk option. The gal at the front desk was rude.
