This store (including the website) has the exact fit bulbs whenever I need them. I ve tried the large online retailer. Sent them all back. Don t forget these guys will test your battery for free. And they replace and recycle a dead battery right in the parking lot. Keep your car in good shape with AutoZone. Products I recommend: STP gas and oil treatments. Most oil and gas treatments are a scam. These are not. Use as directed. ALSO Recommend: Marvel Mystery Oil. Sounds like a scam, but not. I recommend this product in the gas tank ONLY. Not in the engine oil. Use as directed. One bottle multiple applications for hesitation, etc. will take several tanks to really feel the effect. Safe driving.

Poor service by a young kid that didn t know his job. Didn t know what kind of antifreeze to give me. The supervisor was very dismissive as well.

Big shout out to the staff, always willing to help you, this is the best place to buy car batteries if anything goes wrong with your battery they will exchange within the warranty period.You don t even need to save your receipt they keep a electronic record of your purchase I just save $200 this morningThank you guys keep up the great job

Although this is not my nearest AutoZone, I continue to drive the extra distance because of the extraordinary customer service I receive at this location. The fine young man, Timindu K., was exceptional in researching my vehicle and determining what type of products I needed to purchase. His knowledge and expertise was evident as he patiently answered all of my questions and went above and beyond my expectations of customer service in this day and age. His professionalism has undoubtedly made me a loyal customer of this AutoZone location. I highly recommend Timindu and commend AutoZone for having such an exceptional young man on their team.

I had a flat tire problem on a crazy rainy day, all the tire repair shops were closed at that moment, John and Mike were kind and empathetic, helped me out tons, did more than they had to..thank you so much!!!

This store really sucks. I haven't been here for a while but I needed something to fix my car at first. When I arrived, an older man treated me very well. They sold me individually something I needed, ok, everything was fine. I came back two hours later to buy the same one. part two more of the box and says that he can't sell me individually because they had to sell me the complete box as if it were my fault that he sold me individually when I came back the second time a black man answered me being rude and saying I had to buy the box knowing that I had already bought it individually, according to the poorly dressed magnager and rudely answering, they should really take it out.Please customers, do not buy in this store, it is really discriminatory towards the women who buy and also the supposed manager is rude, buy parts at the car and at Walmar, I recommend the oil.

Shout out to John for excellent customer service!! My daughter and I needed a bulb for a car we just purchased, and weren't sure which one was the right one. John went above and beyond and called the mechanic working on the car to get the exact type of bulb for the car, so as to not spend unnecessary amounts of money. Apparently the prior owner modified the car to use the most expensive headlight on the market!! Thank you John for trying to help, even though we ended up buying the more expensive bulb. So nice to have had such great assistance with problem, especially when I had no idea what to do!

As soon as we came in to this location, an associate named Louis I. was extremely helpful. He was welcoming, made sure we got exactly what we were looking for, and even went outside to look at the problem we had with our car so he could get the proper length of the zip ties we needed. We left feeling so grateful and appreciative of the extra care he took in helping us. The way he went out of his way to ensure the tools we got were exactly what we needed reassured me that AutoZone is always a great place to visit for my car necessities. Thank you Louis!

I was thinking about getting a product for my transmission. Fluid was leaking but I didn't know for sure what the problem was. The clerk was very helpful and told me that the product I was thinking of could do more harm than good. He was right because it ended up that I needed new hoses...my transmission was fine. But they did carry an item I have been looking for, for a long time...for my seat belt.

This place is a joke. The manager AJ literally has no clue what he s doing. Had to wait 6 mins from him to get off his phone & help me. When he finally did he gave me an attitude because I asked him if he could search on the computer about a part I was looking for. He was so adamant about it not being in stock. Decided to look for it myself. Found an entire wall dedicated to what I was looking for. Shut this place down. Only helpful person here was this girl working there who was PREGNANT.

Used this shop until new stupid cashier come( with hearts on right side neck )Last time I come to this store , never againHe have no idea how to find freaking partI told him I need axel for passenger sideHe spend 5 min and not findSay not in stockI told him he not even find part at allManager show him how to do searchThan he start blame me like he spend on me to much timeI already grab stuff for 100$+ and axle 120$Say thank you for great service and leave without buy stuffReally , he can t find parts and I waste his time because he have other customers ?Last 2 years buy here all time parts for my 4 cars and other resell carsNever come again, advance auto parts closer , so thank you cashier at this store for change my mind about where spend money for car parts

Super helpful. Louis is the man. He helped me find the correct part, added an accessory that allows it to last longer and nearly took apart the entire car putting it in. This is the spot!

Sat there for 20 minutes trying to check out on a beautiful Saturday afternoon before I left $150 worth of stuff on the counter ( which I can but for $100 online)...they couldn't move slower processing returns on both registers as 5 guys in the back do nothing. They could care less. This place is always incredibly slow but this was ridiculous. I'm on hold now for another 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up as I write this. I'm all in for supporting brick n mortar stores but I won't support this type of disrespect. I'll go with amazon on this one...they will have all I need and will get it here next day for less

horrible customer service only 2 registres are open for a flooded store with customers there is hardly anybody on the floor to help u with any questions I definitely do not recommend going there if you are looking for a quick purchase. more staff needs to be hired to help customers

Went there for a battery replacement for my jeep wrangler. Got a great price on it. The manager there, I believe his name was Bolas was nice enough to help me switch out the old one and put in the new one. It wasn't easy either and I really appreciate it. I'll be going there for my parts from now on.

Very grateful they had window frost scrapers already! Would like to see more than one checkout person. To be fair, there wasn't a lot of customers, however, the few on line each needed extra product help. Not just checking out. A lot for one person. All things considered, I'd go back!
