Don't get blacklisted its torture , stopped in yesterday to look at a used pickup and didn't have much time so we agreed to have my trade appraised and they would get back to me with a number.I mentioned i was paying cash . No interest. Now they wont talk to me , no call back or send me to a full voicemail or they just hang up.I just wanted to know what my trade appraised at.Cant imagine what they would do if you buy from them and have a problem. stay away!Update I purchased a beautiful truck from world jeep ram ,20 minutes away they are great, go there if you're looking

After new ownership had taken over, I had an incredibly awful service experience here in 2022 that made me decide to stay away. HOWEVER when I learned that the service department was under new management, I got back in contact with them and decided to give them a try. What a dramatic turnaround! They honor their appointments my Expedition was in the shop within 15 minutes of the appointed time. My service advisor, Fernando, kept me well-informed as to the issues they were finding, and brought me out to the shop to show me particular items. He answered questions candidly and completely, and gave me options regarding the work to be done. When we learned that one part would not be available until the following day, I got a courtesy ride home, and they continued to communicate effectively the next day when it was all done on time. They worked well with FordPass and me, and charged me what had been agreed, even though they found a few things that needed a little more labor time than was originally estimated. Then we took off for a 4,000 mile road trip, and there were no problems at all! Not bad for a 10 year old SUV. Kudos to Service Manager Peter for whipping the department into great shape. They re my regular service stop again.

Do not waste your time with these uneducated scam artists. The price you see is not the price you pay, expect an additional $3k-$5k to your base price before tax. They will name it whatever the flavor they feel for the day. Reconditioning fee, etc and the best part is they try to tell you it s mandatory haha!A bunch of clowns in there. I scheduled a test drive but wanted to align on numbers first. NJ dealers are known for bogus fees, so I called ahead of time to ask about the complete price of the vehicle. They assured me they don t have any additional fees . Of course they just want you to come in and then they think they can outsmart you once they have you there. As soon as I walked in there were 3-4 sales people standing by the door ready for their next victim, like hungry dogs. I let them know I ve purchased too many cars in my life to be fooled with numbers, I m in engineer and finance guy. Once I called them out of their bogus fees and said I would be willing to buy the car that day if they can honor the pricing that they promised on the phone, they said they needed to inspect the car first before they can sell it. In other words, we re going to save face and not make a fool out of ourselves, so instead we ll call you after our inspection, even though they confirmed the car was being sold as-is. They never called back and just wasted our time. We wanted to buy the car for the exact same price they told us on the phone, didn t even try to negotiate. Typical used car dealership tactics, hence the stigma they re known for.

Some of the extra charges added to the cost of my Lexus - ridiculous.Total and utter incompetence here - took me 2 months to get my registration. I was told it was in the hands of DMV thus the delay -I called DMV it was not sent timely by this dealership. Calls , emails and texts not responded to timely or at all. This is the service I received from the entire staff. You ignore your customersYou hide from your customersYou lie to your customers Would you like to be treated like that ??Karma folks !!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible. Went to buy out my lease and they tried charging $2,495.00 for an "inspection" because it was now a used car. When I called Ford to ask about this, Ford said they never heard of that and Ford took a report on the dealership. Don't let them try and scam you. Went to a different dealer, no such "inspection" fee was charged.

Absolute criminals. Scam artists. Expect to pay a lot more than the advertised price if you even decide to do business with these crooks, which I strongly advise against. Pass on these clowns and find a true deal elsewhere. If my review stops even just a few people from being mercilessly attacked financially by this dealership good. Hope it s more than that. AVOID.

Alert: For those inquiring, this dealership is a scam. I reside in New York and found a red convertible Chevy Camaro 2021 on the CarGurus website listed for $22,498. During phone conversations with the dealership, I specifically asked if there were any additional fees besides taxes and registration, to which they repeatedly assured me there were none. However, upon visiting the dealership on Saturday, April 6 around 3:30 pm and inquiring about the vehicle's price, the salesperson deferred to their manager, who then provided incorrect fee information. When I reminded them of our previous discussions about no extra fees, the manager became aggressive, using profanity and displaying disrespectful behavior. Please exercise caution when dealing with this dealership, as there appears to be a group of dishonest individuals working there.

Bought a car from them, car had damaged parts that needed to be replaced. They said they will order the part for me and call me once it arrived. I never got any call back from anyone. After waiting for weeks... I had to call multiple times throughout the week to ask about the part. I went to the service center to finally get it replaced and they screwed that up too. I called again to let them know they didn't do it right and I haven't heard from anyone ever since. Terrible service.

Car listed on their website was a bait and switch. Made an offer over auto trader. It was accepted. Had the financing lined up and approved and when I went to go in they would t agree to it. Total and complete crooks. Never ever use this dealership.

Tried contacting about a flat tire, staff seem disinterested and was being passed around to different team members on multiple days. One member even hung up on me whilst I was still talking and describing my issue. Went to All American Ford in Old Bridge instead and they treated me much better and fixed my issue within hours. Was worth the extra mileage and Woodbridge left me with a poor impression and wont be getting my car/service requests again.

This dealership's practices are highly questionable. They consistently refuse to offer clear pricing and availability either over the phone or online, instead insisting on an in-person visit where they then proceed to manipulate prices and engage in bait-and-switch tactics. It's disappointing to witness such exploitation of customers by this establishment.

Went to purchase a used wrangler price online $25900 sticker says $32000 so of course Hector tried adding on $3995 certification fee and $799 documentation fee to bring price up to sticker. Why bother with internet specials if your not going to honor price. What s wrong with these car dealers. This is outrageous! Would never step into that place again!

Ordered a 2024 Bronco with Nikki back in October 2023. Build date of January 22 and delivery expected in February or March 2024. What was going to be my trade in vehicle died this past week and I ended up buying a used Bronco elsewhere, based on available inventory that I saw as I needed something immediately to commute to work. However, when I told Nikki and Pat about y car dying, they offered to provide me a loaner to hold me over until my Bronco came in. Due to having a small child, I didn't want to deal with the unknown length of time with having a loaner, so that's why I declined their offer. If this unfortunate event didn't happen, I would have taken delivery of my order as intended. Can't thank Nikki and her team enough during my order phase with the changes I requested and keeping me up to date on the process, she was excellent to work with and can't recommend them enough. Even trying to help me out when that unfortunate even occurred.

Hello. Just wanted to give you all an honest review of the Woodbridge Ford Dealership in our area. So I tried to buy a car from them and for that I put a little money down to hold/ secure the car. It was supposed to come from other dealership from farther away. Monday i gave the money and was confirmed by the sales person that it will be here Tuesday and they will call me. Tuesday no call. So at the end of day i called but no car. Wednesday I called and they said it s not here and they will call Thursday as it would be here. Again in Thursday no one called and No car. Basically for the entire week No one calls from the dealership and I had to follow up (because I paid the money). It s so bad that No one from them would even call and give you an update. Finally I had to cancel the deal as they just kept giving empty promises and no work done. Also when i went personally to get the money back, they would not show any apologies just empty words we are sorry but you can literally see no one meant that. So, in short, think not just twice but more before you decide to visit Woodbridge Ford. My recommendation from this, pick another dealer. There are lots more.Thank you.

Satisfaction guaranteed in big letters along with giant pictures of the owners is posted right in front of the entrance. BUT I can tell everyone reading this at they don t care about satisfaction, they only care about money.I had an appointment to test drive a 2019 Camry. The online price was in my budget range and the disclaimer stated that there would be additional fees like taxes and title, which is reasonable. When I came into the dealership, I had to wait quite a bit, but I can let that go, no big deal. However, after the test drive concluded and I asked for the full price breakdown is where the con started. The final price was over $13k more than the online price!$4495 additional for certification which they explained as their cost to sell the car and make sure it was cleaned and ready to go. Not sure why this costs nearly as much as a used car and why it s not included in their online price. Then $3995 for a warranty on a Camry! Who buys a warranty on the most reliable car on the market? Then $799 in doc fees, which again should be included in their online price.Overall they were deceptive with their pricing and wasted 1.5 hrs of my time. I wouldn t recommend buying a car from these guys and I wouldn t do business with any place where they worship the managers portrait like they are gods.

Would have given ZERO star if I could.I don't normally write a review. But had unpleasant experience TWICE at this place. Henceforth, had to take time to prevent this from happening to anyone else. We like a car and were given an appointment for it. Got reminder for it as well. Me and my boyfriend took half day off and drove round trip of almost 2 hours and 17 minutes just to hear them apologize for that car being already sold. Now my problem isn't the car was sold. But if you have a big dealership and sufficient staff, the least professional one can be is to NOTIFY the customer before hand about the situation. About the car being sold so we can save ourselves the unnecessary trip. Lesson learnt the 2nd time to not visit this place again, since they are incapable of being professional enough.

Picked up a brand new Bronco Sport last night. Vitor V. was helpful and expedient throughout the process. He even took the time after the sale to show me all the ins and outs of the features/settings to my understanding. Also a big thank you to Teresa who was very helpful over the phone. The manager even stopped by to thank me and shake my hand before heading home, which speaks volumes to the staff and the mutual respect they have! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase in the area. Vitor, thanks again for an easy buying process!

Wow, i was duped...the old bait and switch routine...offered a car online that wasn't the same price when i showed up...they said it was advertised incorrectly (yeah right). When I tried to confirm the price before visiting the store, the salesman Eric said the car was available. When I tried to confirm the price he said whatever the price is online (he didn't confirm the price...I should have known better). The lengths they will go to get people in the door, it's deplorable. Since I was there, I looked at another car and they added 2 fees on top of the price (Certified and some safety fee), upwards of $7,000-10,000 on top of the price. I will never shop there again. Buyer beware!!!

On July 2nd, I went to trade in my 2017 Ford Escape which served me well for 3 years and procured the new 2020 Ford Edge, my salesmen was Eric Soares. This was the second time I've purchased my vehicle from him and he was nothing short of kind, knowledgeable and respectful. He will really go the extra extra mile to make sure your needs are met, no matter what it takes. He was very thorough in the details of the Edge and any of the vehicles for that matter. The ride was very comfortable and now that I have this new great vehicle I couldn't be happier. Thank you SO MUCH ERIC! Once again, you've made my experience at Ford another excellent experience.

Will never buy another car from these thevies ever again! My whole family brought all there cars from them when they were bell Ford. My mother purchased her car from bell ford and she owed 13,791 dollars on her lease, woodbridge ford tried to tell her that It was going to cost her 20,000 dollars to buy the lease out. Absolutely ridiculous and all the fees the tried to add in is absolutely ridiculous luckily we have another dealership now that we deal with that is there for the customers not like the thevies at woodbridge ford. We saved over 4000 dollars by going to another dealership so think twice before buy from them.

The dealers did not sell me the car I wanted I knew the car that I wanted. They sales persons at this dealership are deceitful, liars, and do not disclose the full truth during negations. They are unwilling to financially compensate for regular parts that come with cars for example 2 keys for the care where they did not disclose there was only 1 key when asked they said they have to check and make sure. That being said there is poor communication between the sales person-ale and financial person-ale where I have been trying to get temporary license plates for almost two weeks now and they never give me the correct time that the person in charge of the distribution the plates is present at work. Some of the flaws of communication being that the person who distributes the plates is not in on weekends when I received my first set of temporary plate after purchasing my car on a Saturday. That being said I love the car and am happy with my choice in vehicle that the salesman had nothing to do with. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

After experiencing an issue with my Ford F-150 alternator, I contacted Bell Ford of Colonia NJ to have my truck, that was purchased from this location and was still under warranty, to schedule an appointment to have it looked at. They initially asked if I could bring the truck in on Friday January 10th, 2019. I advised them that it wasn't a good day for me, due to this issue being an alternator issue, I was concerned that the vehicle would lose power while driving, therefore I asked for an earlier date. They said I could drop the truck off on Tuesday January 8th, 2018. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday at 6:30am and dropped the keys in the drop box. They called me that Tuesday and stated that the new alternator would arrive on Wednesday and the vehicle would be completed that day. At 3:00pm on Wednesday, I had received no contact from the dealer, so I contacted them to verify is the work was completed. They stated that they delivery of the alternator was delayed, which delayed the repair of my vehicle. I had no issue with the delay, I do have an issue with the delay not being communicated to me. I should not have had to contact them to find out there was a delay. I proceeded to ask when will the work be completed, the lady advised that the repair would be completed at 1:30pm Thursday afternoon. At 2:30pm Thursday afternoon, after no communication from the dealer again, I had to contact them to verify the completion of the repair. The lady explained to me that the was a backup in the shop and the truck had not been repaired at that point. She advised that the truck would be repaired would be completed that evening. I explained to her that I would be home from work at that point. I then voice my dismay as the vehicle had been at they facility for 3 days to have a simple repair completed. I then spoke with another gentleman from the repair shop at 3:30pm Thursday evening and he advised that the repair was to be completed by 5:30pm and we came to an agreement that the truck would be detailed after the repair is completed to compensate for the delay in the repair and the failure to communicate. On Friday January 11th, 2019 I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Upon my arrival, I noticed that the truck had not been detailed as we had agreed upon. The lady I spoke to stated that the truck had been detailed and looks beautiful. I thought that asking to have the truck detailed to compensate for their inability to run a satisfactory business, wasn't asking for much. I wasn't displeased some much with the delay in the repair, it's more so that they told me that they were going to detail the truck, but didn't. Then lie to me and say that they did! That is was prompted me to compose this bad review. I understand that delays happen. Parts get delayed or things get backed up, I get it but, they need to learn how to communicate with customers and follow through with their agreements.

I don't normally write reviews, however buying be aware about this dealership. We decided as a family to get a new car since our was getting older and was already payoff. We looked on the ford website to find the truck that we decided as a family. We requested for us to be call about the particular truck that we were looking for. A lady by of the Name Teresa reach out to me and I told her about us wanting to buy the truck. She asked if us if we could come in today and I replied yes. Myself and my wife took half day off from work to go buy the truck. Keep in mind that we live over an hour away from the dealership and when we got there one of the sales rep advised us that the truck was just recently sold and by the look on his face it was probably him that sold it. It's not that truck was sold was our issue, it's that nobody bother to call us so we did not have to drive over three hours round trip that was the issue. The sales rep even tried to sale us some different and check to see if anything us was coming. We done extensive research on truck decision and we not drive three hours for a bite and switch sales tactics. Not a good way to treat future potential future customer. Ford needs to sell cars directedly to their customer and not use dealership like this. I will make sure that I tell everyone about my experience with dealership in order to have them avoid a place like this. I don't like to shop online however places like this don't make easy on the consumer not too..
