I recently had the pleasure of working with the service representative, Sole, at Ford Quicklane, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. The representative demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was well taken care of, explaining the services in detail and providing valuable recommendations. The efficiency and friendliness displayed made the entire service visit seamless and enjoyable. Terrible customer service. Terrible work. You re supposed to be able to trust the work from a dealership. That s why I always spent the money to go to them. But this one is terrible. My recent experience was unpleasant. Theft of services is a good way to summarize it. I contacted Christopher the general manager and Steve Roman the service manager, but I am still waiting to hear back from management. Fette Ford services are very good. The only issue in Clifton is the time you must wait because of other customers. Opens at 7 on Sat. Iwas there for 7:09 for oil and coolent change and it took 2 hours. Not too bad considering.

When I first got my ford I was very happy, then everything went downhill when it was time to service it. They always gave me issues, from rude staff, to arrogant workers and management. They scheduled an appointment for me and when I showed up they lied to me in order to cover up the fact that they're weren't ready, they wasted my whole work day just to get lied to. People don't have time to deal with these things, not professional at all do not recommend to anyone who values their time, just embarrassing. It's not the first time they did this. They always lied to me, one time I sent my truck for a reserved tire, he broke a piece of my truck and slid the evidence in my truck bed, then I had to go back and get it fixed, they made me wait for 2 months for a piece that they didn't not even order! Specifically terrible service by Sole Martinez. Got diagnostics for a check Ford Escape check engine light ($170), and my warrantee for the repair was only good where I purchased the car. Sole gave my tech the wrong part number, then tried to refuse to help me when we tried to get the correct part. She said, "I don't owe you anything. You're not my customer". See above where I paid for the service. I wrote an email to Chris, the GM of this location, and sent it again 1 week later. That was over 3 weeks ago and still no response. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, but unfortunately I'm left with no other choice. Unless you purchased your car here, avoid them for service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Send my car in on a Friday for a 3 recalls.2 Hours alter get a call recall 1 they can do - recall 2 they got no parts will need to wait a few weeks- recall 3 is intensive car can be ready by Monday. Kept calling all day Monday & Tuesday with NOONE answering until finally I get a hold of one of the dispatchers to learn that my car was SITTING in their maintenance yard for 5 days with NO WORK GETTING done because the "technicians" are too busy! What kind of cheap shenanigan's are these??? Leave people without a car, no courtesy car and go fend for yourself! Highly disappointed with the level of service and unprofessionalism shown by this dealer AGAIN. Highly recommend seek service in other locations!

The first time I brought my car to the service department they charged me $200 for an oil change erroneously. That was the only time I ever had an experience there and since then they have allowed someone to use my account to pay for service on a car that I do not own. They have done nothing to rectify the fact that someone used my account to pay for some thing unauthorized.

Horrible service, two separate times we had to drive there just to simply speak to someone regarding service that was promised to us for our brand new vehicle. Sales department is great, but service should be ashamed. Woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and not helpful even the slightest. And the manager doesn t appreciate their customers. I do not recommend to others.

my emergency brake light kept coming on after an accident. fette ford the service manager Steve had my truck 7 times for a total of 28 days and he could not fix the problem ALL HE DID WAS COMPLAIN WHO WAS GONNA PAY HIM and he REFUSED TO DO ANY REAL DIGIGNOSTC WORK.. CIRCLE BRAKE ON RY 46 FIXED MY PROBLEM AFTER HAVING MY TRUCK FOR 8 HOURS FINDING THE PROBLEM ON A FORD BULLET..STEVE AT FETTE FORD IS USLESS and HAS INCOMPETENT STAFF WORKING THERE WHO HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING SO SAD.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

Went in for a recall and was told not to leave the car their because they didn t know how long it would take to be look at. My car wouldn t be checked although the transmission was giving out due to a recall.
