Great experience as always. Never disappointed!!I ve had Audi s, Honda and now a SRT, and Aldwin (the owner) is the only person I trust with my babies. Great prices, great work, and friendly service. Hopefully I won t need another repair anytime soon, but I know where I m going if I do. Thanks to everyone at Euro Addition that worked on my car.

I luckily found this shop when I needed it the most and it has been nothing but great experience dealing with this shop. The owner and staff are professional, fantastic, and extremely knowledgeable. Sorry to say we had the worst experience here the owner was a nice guy but kept my car for 10 days and couldn t fix it .It was a total waste of time and to boot he left it parked on the street and someone sideswiped my car and broke the mirror.He claimed to have ordered a new mirror and just never called us back to replace it.Everything was so frustrating & extremely unprofessional.

Great tuner shop with passionate guys at the helm. I previously had done a 4.0T APR tune and some other work with them over a year ago. An Audi dealer reflashed the ECU as part of a recall campaign erasing the tune. The guys at Drive Auto Works reinstalled the tune in under a half hour.They are a bunch of honest guys that get an A plus for customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any auto work. Their rates are very competitive and most importantly they are trustworthy.

Brought my Audi A4 B7 for a stage 1 tune,intake and a tune up around 2017 everything came out perfect.They did the same service for my Volkswagen CC this year and everything is great. Few weeks after I called and said I was having a engine misfire. They told me bring it in the next day and changed my ignition coils. Will continue to bring my cars here because of how honest and knowledgeable they are.

Been having my cars worked on by this shop for years. Don't frustrate yourself going anywhere else. Dion and his crew are top notch and most importantly HONEST. I drop by sometime just to check out the array of cars they're working on most of which I cannot afford to own but can definitely appreciate as a "car guy". Best shop for performance upgrades and overall maintenance in the area bar none.

Aldwin is the best mechanic in the area. I ve been going to him for about the past 6-7 years.His prices are reasonable. He actually fixes the problem therefore you will not come back for the same issue ever unless you did something to the car.Very friendly and welcoming place.Any European manufactured car should be taken here especially Volkswagens, Audi s, and Porsche s.

4 stars only because I was told it'd be ready in a week, and got it in 3. This shop is a referral from a good mutual friend. Highly rated. My car was having issues starting and I knew the cat was going bad. They apparently diagnosed a timing belt deficiency that took precedence over other minor planned repairs. They worked with me on pricing, and were extremely patient with my incessant calling. I will definitely be bringing my car back for service and hopefully upgrades!!!!Services: Exhaust, Engine repair

Very professional shop with great mangement. I brought a vehicle in with a pretty hefty work order.. The entire team was straight forward and completely honest about timing and pricing of the fix, in addition to any other issues they ran into. Kept me regularly updated and followed through on the promises they made. Also, being sure to point out and fix other vital deficiencies, all at a respectable price. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Hands down, an all around top notch experience! My vehicles will be back as needed.

The woman who is working at this establishment is extremely rude and used racist remarks/hand gestures towards a friend of mine when she was getting work done on her car. The company needs to make sure the employees representing them treat ALL customers with respect and tolerance.

Drive auto works went above and beyond what any auto shop has every done for me. I got an AWE exhaust and a Dinan air intake installed here which was quick and easy they were done exactly when they said they would be. When it came time to pick up my stock exhaust I didn t have a vehicle big enough to pick it up so I was going to carry the short distance to my house. The front desk worker (his name escapes me at the moment) loaded the exhaust into his personal vehicle and drove me and my exhaust home. I was thrilled with the exceptional service I received and will definitely be returning for all future modifications. Have an appointment this Thursday to install multiple parts and I can t wait. BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE!

Horribly frustrating experience. I scheduled a prepurchase inspection with these guys from out of state. I can honestly say it was the most frustrating experience I ve ever had as a paying customer. It was a mistake paying them before they produced a report because I never got one nor the lots of pictures I was promised. It took 2 days of constant calling to get a hold of the tech who inspected my car, and I was only rewarded with more empty promises and unreturned phone calls. Eventually they started screening my calls and no longer picked up the phone when I rang, all because I simply wanted what I paid for.

Can't put into words how happy I am. Love a shop who isn't afraid to be accountable for a simple mishap. Was not upset or annoyed whatsoever and they rectified it and went beyond to make sure there wouldn't be any future issues.I live in NYC, takes almost an hour to get to them. Nothing better that the feeling of bringing in your baby to a shop and having that sense of security that it will be taken care of properly.This is my second visit, was very happy the first time. Words can't express how happy I am this time. They have a new guy working the front, guess what...he calls you to give you updates. At least for me, being I wasn't in a rush to have my car back.If you love and adore your car, bring it to Drive Auto Works, you'll be in good hands. Thank you guys!

I had a great first experience at Drive Auto the other day. Brought my car in for general maintenance and a stage 1 tune, and I was in and out with zero upsell. This will be the only place I'll bring my Audi from now on. They gave me an excellent price for a stage 1 tune, oil change, and dv valve, and let me know about a minor gasket issue that I can take care of later. Side note, if you're thinking about doing a stage 1 tune, it's totally worth it. My car feels amazing now, and way more fun to drive. There's a Dunkin doughnuts and some other food options nearby to hangout while you wait, and they have a decent seating area with a big tv to kill time in. If you live in the surrounding area and drive a German car, it's a no brainer. Their garage was just filled with nice audis and vws, so your car will feel right at home.

Brought my car for stage 2 clutch install. Got it back clicking and clunking. Turns out I needed a new subframe. They destroyed the subframe (they were the only ones to ever touch it, I bought the car new) and I paid for the the subframe, they ate the labor. Got it back with the alignment completely off. Brought it back (after having paid for an alignment through them 2 weeks prior) and had them align it again and had to pay half. Now I m leaking oil, looked under the car and the there are grooves on my trans from where the bell housing bolts were taken off, someone went air gun happy. There is also chip on my trans! I provided them with a permanent aluminum rear main seal so chances are they didn t install it right. Met the tech who worked on my car, glad to see there was beer on his workbench. Going somewhere else to have the trans worked on. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.Edit**5/22-still haven t had leak fixed due to money, today during an oil change I noticed my pendulum bolt was missing. I knew I saw it before so I thought maybe it just ran itself out. Inspected the inner threads and learned that it was helicoiled!!! Again, they were the only shop that ever touched this car, I bought it brand spanking new.

These guys are the best!!!! Most loyal, friendly, honest and reasonable people ive dealt with!! They installed an intake,stage 1 tune and downpipes on my audi this week and i cant be happier!! I will be going to them frim now on gor anything my car needs...joey and sam are great guys!!

Best Audi performance shop in the planet lmao.. But on a serious note this shop is perfectly amazing, i came here do do a full tune up and i came here to get new coils and plugs on both occasions the staff was super friendly talkative and informative. And post importantly pricing is immaculate! for an Audi shop they dont charge a mortgage to do basic work. unlike tyrol sport this shop want their customers to stick with them which i will for sure. i have a YouTube video on my experience on my channel (joltran) i would recommend this shop to any one in the area and i even drove 2 hours jut to get this simple work done!

Always have been honest and upfront with me in regards to cost and price. Work done has always been solid, and any hiccups have been dealt with straight away. Has been my go to place since dealership warranties expired.

Just got off the phone with Joey. Was recommended to these guys by someone. Very nice and utmost professionalism. I was a stranger calling in, no pressure, no sleezy auto non-sense like you get with some shops. Gave me the time of day to talk over my problem and was honest in his opinion.I appreciate it Joey! Got a stage 1 APR tune wow what a difference!! I was in and out in an hour. They took me in with no appointment. I will be going back for my down pipe and stage 2 in the future. Great staff!

This is the ONLY place to go for regular maintenance or performance mods if you own any audi, old or new. These guys are great.

Professional shop, knowledgeable staff highly recommend, had my 2010 vw gti taken in for an engine swap and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smooth, feels like I have a whole new car, very happy with the work that was done and plan on going back for a new clutch, overall it a good shop that is trustworthy
