Awesome service and a big shout out to David, he gave me a fair price for 4 new tires and a rim crack repair for a luxury vehicle. I could ve easily spent an arm and leg for All of this.I really appreciate how the team puts your best interests first and is willing to work with you, that s service that s hard to find in today s market.Highly recommend and will certainly be going back when it s time for new tires in the future.

Walked in not knowing what to expect and walked out fully educated and satisfied. Raid is a qualified, consummate professional. He explained in simple terms, step by step, what the requirements were while keeping expectations in check. His competence dealing with the manufacturer was admirable. I have not seen a commitment to customer service like this for sometime. After my installation appoint was confirmed and our business was complete, Raid took the time to talk to me about general questions I had as well as explaining the technical aspects of wheel/tire combinations in relationship to the manufacture specifications.Highly recommend!

I normally don t do reviews, but will say, very efficient with entire service on my pick up truck. Very thorough and explained everything I need for next service. Had new tires, mount balance wheel alignment and an oil changed done within a few hours. Not only they were able to service my truck by big 22 tires as well. Thank you also to the team at ETD

I had the pleasure of visiting this shop to buy and install new tires for my car.The experience from ordering the tires to having them equipped the next day was exceptional.My choice of tires and my request for a custom alignment were accommodated in a timely manner and met with an amazing and informative customer service from the whole crew especially from Raid Younes.Strongly recommended!

ETD has been our family's go-to tire place for years. Excellent staff, turnaround time, and prices. If they're not the best price, they will price match direct competitors. Very happy with them and I recommend the road hazard pretection as it's saved us at least once per tire tire purchase.

I have been bringing my cars here for tires and other maintenance services since 2006. And my recent tire installation appointment on Sat, Jan 14, continued ETD s long standing commitment towards service excellence! I was able to make an appointment for 7:30am. I like being the first one there. Three days prior, I called the Clifton location to order the tires and ensure they were is stock for the Saturday appointment. Price quote was reviewed: tires, labor, tire protection plan. It is also wise to expect other things like a possible need for wheel alignment and/or new valve stems. So I arrived Saturday morning at 7:15 am. Doors open at 7:30am. I also had a nice box of donuts for the entire shop. Working in the utility industry I understand the early mornings and how a hot cup of coffee and a sweet treat can set the tone for the day. David was the salesperson up front along with his two coworkers. In the bay, Henry and Dan were my mechanics for the job. I m not sure if both worked on my Tahoe together or if one did the tire installation and the other did the wheel alignment (which I needed ever so slightly). Best to have it done, especially with new tires. I chose to wait there and blocked out 3hrs of my time and enjoyed the relaxing waiting area. Nice little kitchenette with microwave and coffee machine. A nice sized TV is also there to help pass the time. They also have free WiFi. The men s room was immaculate! One can also pass time at Home Depot, AutoZone, or at the Styertowne Shopping Plaza nearby. You can also walk along Market Street to all the local shops. After about 2hrs, David showed me the wheel alignment readings. I just needed the driver side of my Tahoe and went ahead with that add-on service. At about 3hrs my Tahoe was done and David reviewed the line items and totaled up my bill. Was it cheap? Hell no - Continental brand; 20 inch rims! Was it through the roof? No. Did my bill reflect the quality tires that I selected and the labor needed to mount/balance/align my wheels and tires? Absolutely! I have owned 5 different vehicles since 2006 and not once did I ever feel ETD was taking me to the cleaners. These men all give it their best. They will do what is best for your vehicle so that it runs well mechanically and above all - SAFE. Is ETD a business that must show profits? Of course! But customer service is their #1 goal and that includes their workmanship. Do some basic research. Ask questions, they will take the time to educate each customer. Ask for all possible options to service your vehicle. Give ETD Clifton a try. You won t be disappointed. Continental Terrain Contact H/T; 275/55R20; 4 tires.

Brought my car in bc I thought there was something in my tire. The guys checked all the tires for me free of charge as they found nothing wrong. So nice and helpful. Would highlyRecommend! I felt comfortable in the shop and will return!

Quality tire care and very professional. I had a flat tire and they had me up and running the next day. This was in the middle of the holiday season too, their lot was packed and they still made time to help me out. I highly recommend ETD in Clifton.

This place is incredible. The service is like nothing you ll ever get anywhere else. And there s one person in particular that we love which is why we keep coming back. His name is Billy. He is so professional, so helpful, and overall just a really great person to work with. He s honest and helps take the time to explain things. He s an all star and deserves recognition. If you ever need service on your car, ETD is the place to go, and Billy is the person to see!!!.

This place is unorganized. I have no idea how these people have had a great service here. I come in here for a flat and he said we re busy which I understand. I needed my tire to be patched bc of a nail. I was told to come back next week to patch it or I can leave the tire and I ll get it back next week. It s a 5-10 min job. I took my business some where else which was a gas station down the road and even they were busy but my man just did it 5-10 mins in between working on cars that are being repaired.

I highly recommend ETD Discount Tire in Clifton. The staff is incredibly kind and conscientious to the needs of their customers. They have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to assist with my Tire needs and have squeezed me in for appointments, even on really busy days. These folks work hard and non-stop all day long. They are well-priced and I highly recommend their Tire warranty (it more than pays for itself). They also do oil changes and check-ups at mileage milestones (which saves you a ton of money from what the dealerships charge). These folks really are the best at what they do.

I got a flat Thursday the 21st so I put on a donut and needed to get my tire fixed. My first thought was " let me go to ETD in Clifton" in the past they've helped me out and they're close by. I enjoyed the experience so why not go back? I dropped off a single tire that same Thursday to be patched or inform me I need a new tire. When I dropped it off I was told it was busy, so it might take a bit for them to get to it. Makes sense, rest of Thursday and Friday go by and no call back. I called them Saturday morning asking for an update and they haven't even looked at it. I was informed they'll call me in an hour and let me know. 2 hours go by and I call back. Finally they're looking at it as I called them. At this point I was done with them. When I get the result half an hour later, they said it needs to be replaced. I tell them that I will pick it up and take it to another tire shop. When I go to pick it up, I was informed that the tire was never properly entered into the system and that's why it wasn't being helped.I took my tire to 21st Ave Tire Repair after getting the tire back and was able to buy a new tire and have it installed. What ETD couldn't do in 3 days 21st Ave Tire Repair got done in 15 minutes.

I went to ETD to get two front tires and a front wheel alignment. They put on the tires and then checked the alignment and determined that it was good. No charge. Wow! Talk about honesty.

Had a nail in rear passenger tire. Tesla 75D. Guys did a great job and was quickly repaired. Austin at the front desk kept everything moving right along eventhough it was a busy monday morning. Thanks again

I had 2 flats today, gave them a call and they were open arms with all the help I could ask for. Billy who I worked with mainly was a tremendous help with answering all my questions and explaining the reasons for the issues aside from the flats I had. Dropped off the car at 10 they were pretty busy too and I still got my car back at the end of the day. They re very quick, very friendly (the entire staff) and offered tea and coffee complimentary. Will be back there again when the time comes. Highly recommend.

Hello my name is Connie and I had such an amazing experience with ETD Tires- I went in because I needed tires and was on a budget the Sales Manager Raid Younes offered me a great price on 4 new tires..While I sat watched some TV had some great coffee in a nice and cleaned location within an hour the quick and very reliable mechanics were all done- I am now driving safe for the miles ahead of me...Thank you ETD for an amazing experience with you.

They were willing to do an alignment on an almost 30 year old modified jeep. They were honest and straightforward with how pricing would be. I knew going into this that most likely would be on the more expensive side but I was proved wrong. They were able to to get my alignment as close to spec while pricing on the low end which has me highly impressed. Will be returning for my automotive needs

Scheduled an appointment at 10:00 for Saturday and was told that it would take a couple of hours.Brought the car at 10:00 and left since I did not want to wait the 2 hours.They told me that it might have taken a bit more but would have called me.They didn't call me since the car was not ready and I went around 2:30, they had not even start working on car.after waiting 45 minutes I had to complain about the long wait and the scheduling problem.They apologized profoundly and did not charge me for the work with consisted an alignment, tire balance and rotation and they also found a nail in one of the tires and fixed it.Although the wait was not pleasant the commitment to customers satisfaction was really impressive and they took full responsibility for the long wait.A big thank you to the store manager Bill Dileo.

Took my Tesla to them for tire rotation and balancing. Billy and his Technician Daniel were great and very friendly. I will definitely revisit them for future needs. Billy is A+ on customer service.

I have been going here for tires for years. I recently had a great experience dealing with Raid. I wanted to be sure a particular tire was in stock since I was traveling from Toms River to Clifton in order to get them. There was a small mix-up at first, but Raid assured me he would look into it and called me back the same day to let me know the tires would be there and I could keep my appointment. Once I arrived the job was done on time and quickly. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and service. Would definitely recommend ETD of Clifton.

Lacking attention to detail. I've brought over numerous wheels and tires to be mounted and balanced. The service used to be great until the face of one of my wheels was "cracked" during the tire mounting process.After jumping through hoops to settle this incident with the shop, I've brought three more sets back to them. Each of these sets needed to be brought back because the wheel weights fell off of the inside of the wheels!One shop manager confirmed that they've been having issues with this, while another employee contradicted the statement saying "we've never had problems before".I used to swear by this location but I can't keep wasting time on repeat trips for the same issues. Time to move on.

Horrible experiences. Purchased the tires thru 3 party (Good Year)they work with. When I arrived for my appointment on Saturday I was told that I need different tires for my car that cost $100 more the price that I already paid. So I waited until Monday for them to receive new tires and came on Tuesday for installation. When I was about to leave after I dropped off the car the guy told me that I need to cancel my order with the third party and pay the whole amount to them( why I couldn t just pay the difference) . Well why he didn t say anything on Saturday and told me that only on Tuesday. So not everybody can bring another $400 out of the pocket like that and refunds take time. Need better communication skill guys.

I love this place!! Had a blowout on the Parkway and found ETD thru maps....Billy was beyond AWESOME!! He helped me out of a bad situation and got me on my way in less than 2 hours. Billy, I owe you big time!! You are a tremendous asset to the company!! Bravo, and I'll now do all my repairs here. Again, thank you so much for helping me.
