Take a picture of your car before they start to work on it. 2 rims heavily scratched up by a rookie tech and they denied their mistake right away. I had last appointment of the day and had to deal with rude attitude of the other technicians. Filed an insurance claim through them but no response since November 22.

Not happy with service at all. In fact I'm not suicidal and I love to do things right but is it just coincidence I got there three times to repair three flat tires over a two years period and every time I was told "tire is not repairable". They offered me new tire for additional payments.This tire I got flat doesn't even have 6k miles on it.I did visit that tire center three times and three times same story "tire not repairable"About a year ago when they refused to fix that flat I took it to different repair shop and tire was fixed for $20 in 10 minutes! It is still on my car and I have no issues with it.In addition they do not have too many tires on stuck. My Subaru is nothing special they want me to ride on spare donut wheel for several days. Riding on spare wheel is not a hazard? If they do not have it at the moment shouldn't be overnight it since is under warranty?And that last flat I got on their parking lot, I was going to get a gas and suddenly I hear whistling noise as I slowly go forward to the pump. A fellow saw me as I was looking where is the hole and he said go quick to tire center so they will put a plug. So I did and I got ...."it is not repairable"Hmm lets see what different tire center says.

The worst service ever experienced with tire rotation. I went even before the center opened i was 5th on the line.I was checked in at 9:30 amWaited there for 3 and half hours.Costco can do better than that.Highly NOT recomend this place.

I had so bad experience at Costco tire center. We ordered new tires from Costco.com, I came for installation in November 5 at 5pm, the process took more than 2 hours, after I payed and signed all paperwork, they pulled out of tire shop my car, I walked around and saw two damaged rims. I was waiting for 15 min to speak to the manager. When manager came she gave me claim form to describe damages, also she took pictures of damages on her phone. In a few days my husband received phone call from Costco claim department and lady said the situation will be investigated. It was first and last call from Costco. After one month my husband called Costco claim department and thay said that thay have invoice where recorded that rims were damages before installation new tires, but we didn't see this document and we didn't sign it!!! It's not true, it was damaged during installation! It's terrible experience, I have spent 3,5 hours my time, my nervous and we are disappointed with Costco service!!!!

The lady running the front desk is extremely nice and helpful. However they seem to be short staff at times so you'll need to book an appointment, which might not have availability for a week or more. Keep this in mind when getting your tires shipped here for installation. Great service here regardless. Thanks so much!

Very long wait time even with appointment; never received a phone call when the tire service is done, had to wait on another 30 minutes line just to pick up the keys; they parked the car in the furthest spot in the parking lot but gave me the opposite direction to find the car, so I had to walk the whole parking lot in the rain to find my car; worst of all was their dismissive attitude, never ever coming back for me

Just installed Michelin Crossclimate2, the service provided my Costco is unmatched. They took good care of everything from installation, to torque verification after 25 miles and there are a few free services after 7500 miles.Special shout out to Shanavya Y, sales person at Clifton. She's so sweet and patient with everyone. And thanks to Jack and rest all mechanics working there and taking good care of customers.Best wishes.

The worst place to go for tire repair. The lady at front is so disrespectful and rude. I went there three times as they told me come early for walk in but they keep refusing to take and keep saying we booked for the day.

I do not recommend, they do not help in a difficult situation, when I went shopping at Costco, I punctured the tire on the way, I hoped that I would repair the tire and go shopping at Costco, unfortunately they said that I have to wait 2 hours, I replaced the spare tire in front of their door because no I wanted to destroy the tires going on, I repaired the tire elsewhere after doing the shopping

great pricing, great service, awesome warrenty and free air fills and road hazard, had to get 2 tires replaced ovver the years, no cost.The one review here the guy shows picture of curb rash and tries to blame on costco?? ahahaha, that is jerk who cannot park.2nd review if you are Not member and using mommies card, she was right to walk away, not wasting time on non-member when there is real members to serve. Stop being a Karen and thinking your cheap azz is entitled, get a membership or go away. not argue your mommy is, not serving if not member!

I previously gave the service 2-stars, however after today's experience I updated. Just received one of the worst customer service I have encountered. I went to the Costco in Clifton to get tire information. I had done my tires there 5 years ago and I have to replace them. Here is the thing, I don't have a membership. My mom does, and I know she has to be present so I can purchase the tires, however I had a picture of the card and showed to the lady. The lady who helped me ask me why don't I have a membership and I explained my reasons. She started arguing with me telling me I was wrong. First, you're entitled to your opinion but as a customer rep you can't force your opinion to a customer. She went on to say my mom had to be present and I didn't argue that. I continued to tell her I understood and as I was still talking to her she walked away and started to speak to someone else. Then, she left while I was still on the counter without even asking if I needed additional help. Funny thing is that in the past she's helped me without my mom being present, but I didn't bring that up. I was in no mood to argue or proof a point. She could have handled the situation better. UPDATE 9.16.22: My mom and I went back today to purchased the tires, the same lady was there and the moment we walked in her demeaner changed. I guess everything was going fine until we asked how much would it be and she lost it. She said that I had the paper and should know, and my response was that all she had to do was give me the total and there was no need for her attitude. She continue to argue while I continued to repeat myself telling her that I had no issues and was not there to complaint. She stormed to the bank continuing to scream and yell and you could here everything she was saying and talking about my mother and I. There were other members waiting wondering when she was going to stop and if she was coming back. We waited about 5 minutes for someone else to come back and finished the transaction. Oh, the name of the employee was Shanavya Yamasaky. I told the person who finally came back to help, that she needed to relax and take sometime off.

I ve been using Costco tire services for few years. They are the best!!!People working there are truly amazing , kind and extremely hard workers. This location is so busy but they make it work. Kudos to Jeff and all the females working there. Thank you!

Always always a long wait. An hour for drop off and an hour at pickup so be prepared to stand by ! The lady managing the tire center is extremely smart but the center needs 2 more employees like her. definitely don t want to come back here or take a day off to get my tires changed !

Ordered my tires online at a great price. Made an appointment online. When I arrived I received prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Four new tires and alignment in an hour.My only complaint is that they didn't tell me my tires were delivered. So definitely need to use that tracking number. Otherwise, I plan on using Costco tires from now on.

I am writing a review on the customer service I received today, just inquiring about how to get my tire patched. I can't speak to their actual service but I was met with a very rude car service worker who yelled that they had no appointments for today. Which was fine with me, since I'm a new member I went on to ask where/how make an appointment. She yelled again that I had to go to the front and to the right where the tire center is. Again, I'm a new member so I wasn't sure where that was. She yelled the same instructions again, and then ordered me to move my double parked car that I pulled off to the side so as to try not to block traffic. I'm not taking a chance with my car if this was how I was treated just inquiring about how to book an appointment.

My husband bought 4 tires to be installed on Clifton Warehouse NJ , and they shipped to Sacramento Warehouse. After 4 weeks they dont when arrive to the correct place. The name is irresponsabity.

Definitely should stay away from this tire center. They damage my wheel alignment! After they installed the tires, my steering wheel is around 15 degree off. I went to my mechanics and he showed me there were several big fresh scratches under my car on the beam and wheel alignment parts. It must be them. I filled the investigation from and several weeks later I was told there was no fault at all from their workers. I tried to argue with their manager, but they just refused any responsibility and won't show me their surveillant video about what really happened to my car.

Walked in asking for tire rotation and balance on my tires that I purchased from Costco and had installed at same location half year ago. I was 2k miles early from suggested rotation and balancing that they set for me but had a long road trip planned and wanted the tires prepped ready for my trip prior. They brought my car in and I walked around for about an hour and half and got a call to come back. They simply refilled air on the tires (which I can do myself) and told me that won't look at it because i'm too early from the miles they set forth.. Wasted my time. If I had known or was told beforehand that they will only work on your tires if it's past the miles set by them, this would be a different story and review. The lack of communication and non-customer service orientation is despicable. They told me, you can go to other Costco's to get your tires worked on if you're not around here. DAMN RIGHT I WILL because I'm not coming back to this location again.

They hit my car while parking it after finishing service. Then, they refused to send the surveillance video to their insurance company. I have a video from my dash cam, but the insurance company only accepts video from the store. If you care about your car, pay a little bit more, and go to a decent place. They over inflated my tires to 43 PSI. This place is a joke.

After they charged my card, I was told the waiting time was between 2hours to 2 and a half hours so I went for shopping. I was called one hour later and I got there 10 minutes after they called me . Mechanic supervisor told me my spot was taken because I was late and I had to do the paperwork all over again and wait another couple of hours . They were early almost one hour and I was late only 10 minutes ! They could at least offer me the next available spot . Not going there again for sure !

The only reason this is not a 1 is because I had a semi-decent experience 3 years ago. However, i called to purchase tires (just to confirm they had them in stock) and was told they just received a shipment. I arrive 2 days later to find out they received a shipment of a different style tire (same manufacturer). I was told I can order them or go to a different location (15 mins) away.Once I ordered I was told they will be in on Monday and I will receive a call when they come in to have them installed. I took a day off Monday to have them installed. They arrived on said monday and i was never contacted. I called Tuesday morning to find out they arrived Monday (as promised) and u was on a call list. I said can I bring my vehicle in today (Tuesday) and was told by 6:30pm, yes. I arrive to be told they are not taking anymore vehicles because they were busy.I was told I should have scheduled an appointment. I attempted to schedule appointments TWO times prior to all this and was told they do not do appointments, it's first come first serve (call NOW and verify that). It's now Wednesday and I receive a call that my tired were in (Oh, I know!) So I go to have them installed on my break and was told I need to wait for them to make sure the tires are there.I get charged and extra $12.87 for a service I already paid for (you must pay upfront if tired are being order for you). All in all this was my second experience with this tire center and my last. The benefit of a free flat fix is not worth all of the head ache!

Arrived 5 min after they opened. 5 people on front of me in the line. 1 person working, answering phones, checking tires....Waited 40 min just to tell me they won't install tires not purchased from costco and my friend had his installed also not from Costco a week ago. Shame for the corporation...Am I am going back here : NOWould I reccomend: NO

Wait time is 2-3 hours whenever I've gone, but the service is very good and they have stayed late to finish my tires. I trust these guys with my car and have been using them for about 5 years.

I came two and half hours before closing. Jeff M. sale person who was taking care of me served me right away in and out and told me what time he would be finished. Whole crew did a good job and the place is clean!

I m giving 1 star only for that that Costco used to change tires which were brought by a client, not bought at Costco, and now tires can be changed only if they were bought at Costco.Looks like Costco doesn t want to have an income from only changing tires

Don t let these ppl work on your car. Especially if the car is really nice. Are prices cheap? Sure, but you get what you pay for at the end of the day... I d rather pay for a dirty, independent mechanic that knows how to turn a wrench. TYVM!!!

Only one person ahead of me and it takes 20mins to get my issue talked about and another 2hr to repair a simple flat. Disgrace never again.
