I don t know if workers don t get paid enough or what ? , but every-time I come here , they take care customers , with at nasty attitude, bad for business, that s why I prefer to go some somewhere else , you Guys always scare customers away , with Those nasty faces ,

Customer service always great. It s never busy like other auto parts. I ve never had to issues with the parts I order from here. I will continue purchasing from carquest

I make order two weeks ago. Nobody sends me any information about my order. After two weeks I called to customer service to find out what the issue. A representative insured me that my order ready to pickup. But?????????After couple hours I ve got email that my order canceled. I don t want to make any purchase at this store. One star for them too much.

Nasty manager. Speaks to the clients like they are dirt. Doesn t look at them while speaking just blurts out unprofessional comments about you while your standing right there. Would never return there again
