Alpha Towing is one of a kind. Sam was responsive, professional, honest, straight forward, punctual, genuinely friendly, etc. If you have ever dealt with other tow companies, then you know that this is generally not the norm. In all seriousness, he helped turned what was quickly becoming a very stressful situation into a certified walk in the park. And to top it all off, the pricing was unbelievably fair, especially when considering how fast he had everything squared away.
