These guys are the BEST. The only shop I trust to touch my Truck. Very conscientious and take pride and care in their work. Honest in all aspects. Would recomend highly to anyone. I drive about 40 minutes out of my way to go to them. Absolutly worth the time. Have been using them for our vehicles for the last 3 or 4 years, sorry I did not know about them sooner.

Would give 0 but there is no such an option. Let s me explain why. During this year I Had flat tire on May and in summer second one, both times went to this place. They seems doing good job but that s only superficial though because today changed an oil and my my mechanic told me I need a tires rotation with balance which I agreed to do. However he showed me wheel lock which was ruined and all secret nuts were crewed up (destroyed a gripe). Probably they over twisted or whatever. I came by to them because that s the only tire shop I been visiting in last year. However the guy in front was screaming that I m accusing them.. and can t help me. Any tire shop at least know how to fix that issue but this one only knows how to ruin wheels and silently pretending never happened. I wouldn t notice that until went to another shop. Thus please be aware and think twice before visit this place. Despite this guys don t know what they doing and destroying wheels, showing an attitude with nasty faces. This place really stinks

Thank you! Great service, fast, affordable, going extra mile with all details! Bob is great, makes you feel welcome, everyone at the shop knows what they are doing, rare quality in most mechanics shops, also polite and explain everything, all options, but they don t push any unnecessary services and parts on you. Thank you so much! I found my shop!

is there an option below zero last month went to get oil change. guess what they didn't add oil.i was driving for a month thinking I received. my car was moving sluggish and burning smell. My gut told you go get oil change. he said you have no oil you lucky you came now. and they OVERCHARGED me don't go especially as a single woman

Honest, efficient , and on time. They can get any tire you need quickly and provide you service with that old fashion smile of appreciation and competitive pricing. I support local establishments and this has been the go-to place for over 50 years. Kudos to the team. Watch your favorite ball game while your service is done.

We've been going to Robbins & Franke for over 15 years. Joe, Bob, Mike, and John are always straight forward and very professional. Service and prices are excellent. We consider ourselves fortunate to call them friends. Always great work in a timely fashion. They have helped us many times.

I almost went back to this place but I remembered my last two experiences. Nice guys, but not mechanics, they seem like they're cozy, spoiled, warm & fuzzy. It's like they're there because it's something to do. That's good for them, but not for you.

My first time having my car serviced here was a great experience. I had my car brought in for tire installation and an oil change and they took care of it the same day. It was a smooth transaction without any issues. The staff are also very friendly. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend this shop! Best alignment shop/tire shop in the area without a doubt. Bobby is easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable and professional. My family has been going there for years. Robbins and Franke takes care of us. Thanks guys!

They have great reviews. It's stressful to get the car looked at because the fear how much is this going to cost me? I had two nails in my front tires. They where very welcoming professional and address my concerns. Didn't have me waiting long or try to sell me 100 things wrong with my vehicle just to make the $$. I will be recommending and also returning thank you.

Thought long and hard before writing this but take it for what is it. I ve been a customer for nearly 30 years. Oil changes, tires, brakes until .brought my one year old car to have my oil changed. They drained the oil and did not replace the oil. That s right my engine had no oil when I picked the car up and paid for service. Start my car, start to drive out of the parking lot, low pressure light comes on and turn around. Owner of shop checks my oil. It s empty.I m sorry, I like the owners but I will never be back. I hope my car s engine is not damaged.

I trust this garage and the mechanics to do exceptional work while being fair.We are repeat customers because they are honest and do quality work. This is shop is very honest and efficient. I had a nail in my tire and was told it was in the side wall and that I needed a new tire by another company. I came to Robbins and Franke with the intention of purchasing a new tire and they assured me that the nail was in a patchable area. They fixed it quickly and efficiently at a very good price. I feel confident driving myself and my children. I greatly appreciate their honesty and service.

If I can give 10 stars, I would. Bob not only has installed and mounted my wheels for me but he provided a wonderful experience as well as advice. I strongly recommend everyone to check Robbins & Franke, you will love it there

Great place to get quick repairs and tires done. I m usually in and out the door with minimal wait. Their service is really good and most importantly my car was treated very well. From my experience, most bigger shops like Firestone and pep boys usually leave behind sloppy work. You won t have to worry about that here.

Robbins & Franke is a 5 star business. Service has always been remarkable! Bob, at the front desk has always been very helpful. I have no complaints about their services. However, I went there this week and no one in the office or the service areas wore a mask! This needs to change. This is the only reason I gave a 3 star rating.
