Top tier service. The inside was very nice! So pretty and spacious. Our driver was so nice, we were late for our pickup time and he patiently waited for us, definitely appreciated. Very professional, on time, and got us to our locations fast and safe.He let us be wild and no judging lol.Definitely Will be recommending this service to friends and family.Thank you for a great unforgettable experience .

We had an enjoyable night!Our driver arrived early and was so pleasant. He took pictures for us and the drive was a great experience. Our driver had water bottles all chilled for us and the seating was very comfortable!Would recommend this company to all my friends!Wonderful time!

I am so happy I found Fleetlife Transport for my family s NYC pizza tour. The booking process was so easy, with a quick response time thanks to Darwin, even with only a few days notice. Our driver Anthony, was also the best! He was so friendly and accommodating and got us to each destination quickly without any trouble at all. We felt like we gained another family member by the end of our trip. Not to mention the sprinter van was super clean and comfortable. I can t wait to book our next event and couldn t recommend them enough!Services: City tours, Private tours

If I could give them 10 stars I would. The best service. Rented a sprinter for my birthday to take my friends and I to dinner and a night in NYC. Our driver was friendly, very professional, and arrived on time for pick up. The best part - the sprinter was immaculate. We had a great time and it was definitely the highlight of my birthday with my friends! Thank you!!!!

My friend rented the sprinter for her bday celebration and we had an amazing time. The van was super clean and very comfortable. The driver made us feel very welcome and was very nice and polite addressing our questions/concerns. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of booking and will definitely be booking again.

First, the communication with this company is awesome. They are transparent and ensure the best deal for your type of ride. By far the BEST deal. Awesome service!! Jeff our driver was awesome, he arrived earlier than expected and patiently waited for us to get ready to leave. The Sprinter limo was awesome, the girls loved it and my daughter and her friends had a blast on the ride down to Six Flags blasting their Spotify playlists and singing along all the way down there and back.Service: Private tours

I rented out a sprinter for my birthday with my girls and it turned out amazing. My drivers name was Anthony and he was such a sweetheart. Came right on time and made sure we got to our destinations safely. I will definitely book with you guys again.

Fleetlife was incredible!! Of all the places I called for quotes, Darwin was the most helpful, responsive, nicest and best cost! He checked in with me, gave updates on timing and was a great driver. If I could give this service ZERO stars I would. We booked this company to drive us (8 women) to and from a concert. When the concert was over, we were met by the driver who said the van had broken down about 20 minutes after the concert started and the owner was on his way with a new one and it would be about 20 minutes. We understood things happen so we waited in a freezing cold pitch black van in the dead of winter. We were then confused why this wasn t taken care of during the three hours we were inside the venue. After waiting for about an hour we started to get a little antsy and asked the driver if we could call the owner, Darwin. He was SO RUDE and said it would be another 45 min or so and acted like we were an inconvenience. When we tried questioning him, he hung up on us. The days and weeks after the incident we tried calling and leaving voicemails and he ignored every single one of them. He offered us NO apology, he gave us no discount for the inconvenience and the danger he put us in and had the nerve to be rude to paying customers. This business is a scam and if you want to get to and from a place safely, this IS NOT THE COMPANY TO USE. Shame on Darwin

Rented a Sprinter for my daughter's 18th birthday 3/15. The service was very top notch, I was extremely impressed. The driver arrived about 10 mins before our departure very impeccable dressed, I believe his name was Jhon. Helped us with our bags and entering and existing the sprinter and was so professional and polite. My daughter and her friends felt like celebrities! Darwin who booked our reservation was very great to work with and extremely responsive and gracious. I would definitely recommend and would be using them again!

We had a fantastic day with our driver Anthony in a Sprinter van. He took our group (two kids, grandma, and my wife and I) from midtown to Brooklyn to do a tour of the best pizza in NY and a walk across the Brooklyn bridge (dropping us off at the bk side and picking is back up by city hall). At every step, Anthony was friendly and totally down for our weird itinerary and unphased by tons of NYC holiday traffic. Four hours later, he left our happy kids stuffed full of pizza back at our hotel. If you rent a van or limo from Fleetlife, be sure to ask for Anthony. He s the best!

My daughter s prom, first time renting a party Sprinter van, we had a great experience w/Fleetlife! My daughter and (9) of her friends had an amazing time to and from prom venue, comfortable seating, great sound system & lighting! Van was a new upgraded model just like advertised, freshly cleaned & washed! John was a great host/driver, very polite, patient & professional! My limo driver Luis A. was so awesome! He provided us with an amazing smooth ride to the Wells fargo center. He was beyond kind and generous! He accommodated for all our needs! He parked really close to the location so we didn t need to walk far. He also gave us some very useful tips to stay safe while inside. When we were done we called him and found him easily. Wonderful experience with him!

My husband & I saw this bus while in the city one weekend. I got the drivers number and reached out months later!We rented the bus for my best friend s bachelorette party. Driver Darius arrived on time and was very polite. He explained the blue tooth system & the TVs. The bus was super clean and comfy !!! 10/10 !!! Will deff use again :)

Booked my first ride with them last night and could not say anything bad. Our driver Anthony arrived on time, showed us around the vehicle and how to use everything, and then we were off on our trip. Very professional, all around. Will request Anthony as a driver everytime.

Reserved fleet life for my daughters sweet 16 and she loved it. They picked up the kids on time, took them to each location, & brought them back home like 20 mins before my reservation was over. Hate that I can t remember the drivers name, but service was exceptional. From Darwin who communicated in a timely manner, to the driver who played a huge role. I would highly recommend & will use this service if I ever need another party bus.

Anthony was our driver for my sister s 22nd birthday, he took 12 girls (including myself) to Taj Lounge for brunch in NY and he was very attentive, made sure we got there on time and arrived early for pick up at our house and at the lounge. Darwin was amazing and answered every question I had! Will definitely be using Fleet again in the future and requesting Anthony! Thanks again!

Amazing experience from start to finish. I am a person who is really nervous about booking online things. There are a lot of scams and you just never know. The booking process was painless i asked a million questions and reached out constantly leading up to my reservation and i was reassured and all my questions answered. Jeff my driver was THE BEST he was so people friendly patient and helpful which changes the entire experience. He interacted with my family and it was like he was apart of the family. I will be using Fleetlife forever and Jeff will need to always be my driver. This company is amazing with the best customer service I ve ever experienced.

Communication is key for me and they were fast to answer all questions and make sure I had to schedule for my wedding day. The day of the wedding I had to make some adjustments due to weather conditions, but driver was on time and service is great. The limousine is fun and spacious. Gamanoel picked us up from LGA in a mercedes sprinter van, drove us around for 6 hours and then dropped us off at our hotel. He was so friendly, so accommodating, and he took us to some great tourist spots. Very trustworthy as we left all of our luggage inside the van all day.This car service is the best way to experience New York. This ended up being one of the highlights of our trip and we highly recommend them for all of your NYC travel needs especially Gamanoel!*Editing to add* that we decided to come back to NYC this week and we used Fleetlife again. This time Will was our driver. And AGAIN .exceptional service! He was fabulous. Car was super clean and everything was perfect! This service is everything.

We used Fleetlife for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier that we did. Booking was incredibly easy, and everyone was extremely professional. The shuttles were amazing and the drivers went above and beyond. They even held my wife's dress when we got back to the hotel so it wouldn't get wet! We both would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Working with Fleetlife was fantastic! The booking process was simple and straightforward. Darwin followed up by text,walked me through every step, and answered ally my questions promptly. We booked a 14 person party bus and it was exactly as described- very clean, updated, and lots of fun! Our driver, Darius, was wonderful! The final cost was exactly as quoted- no gotchas as there are with so many services. We will definitely be using FleetLife again!
