Always have great deals. Used and brand new items. Parts accessories whatever you need. Indoor and outdoor tracks. Always decent service. Highly recommended.

This establishment lacks the welcoming presence and general manners you would expect from any establishment. My wife and I visited and felt almost invisible. Upon entry, we were not greeted and had to ask if the 4 people talking to one another were employees, which they were and got the feeling that we interrupted a heavy conversation and seemed very annoyed. They also had multiple large dogs and when we asked the question, are your dogs friendly? , it felt like we were bothering them. We then decided to head to the second floor to see the drift track. Loved the layout. However, we received the same, lack of acknowledgment and cold shoulder feeling. As an avid lover of the radio controlled hobby, it s sad to see this type of mannerism and customer service as the hobby is already dying. This really took the wind out of me. I won t ever visit this place again just on their lack of engagement, bad mannerism and absolutely no welcoming customer service. To top things off upstairs smelled of Marajuana.

I am convinced that the 5 star reviews are being prompted by someone at the business. My husband and I received poor customer service which is sad because the selection here is seemingly vast. As an RC lover please look elsewhere.

10/10 would recommend RC Car World! We searched all over online to find what my son wanted and they had one left in stock which they got shipped to us so quickly! And the employee I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful!

They have without a doubt the best selection of RTR cars/trucks, boats, parts, bodies and accessories in the area!!! Plus they have friendly & knowledgeable people that work there who will take time to help you with whatever you need!! Plus they have a drift track and an outside dirt track! It s a great place for RC!!!

Mike always has every part you will ever need for a wide variety of vechiles. He also always carries the latest and greatest in terms of vechiles. His shop is the only shop within at least a three hour radius that is always fully stocked. So many of these hobby shops are never stocked with even the most basic parts which basically makes them irrelevant when a shop such as Mike's exists. I get annoyed when I hear, "I'll have to order it." I could do that in my own. I am here because I need something now, not 3 weeks from now. With Mike's shop, you get the part or new vechile you need or want right then and there plus some of his charm!

Ordered the DSA2 Double Pipe Dual Exhaust Tip, set off the RC really nicely.Hats off to the folks over at RC Car for their very fast communication and expedited shipping.Came here a lot earlier than expected, thank you guys!

Pretty cool not so little drift track on the second floor of the hobby shop that has an abundance of products/parts. I'm sure you won't have a problem finding the parts you need at this place. Dudes at the track were pretty chill and friendly/easily engage in conversation with. Can't wait to go back and drift!

Awesome place as for the costumer service I m not sure what some of these people in the comment section are talking about. The customer service was awesome. I was in there for an extra 45 minutes chitchatting they got me exactly what I asked for and the service was awesome. I actually plan on bringing two cars in tomorrow for major maintenance. And I was blown away by the amount of inventory, they actually have on hand you name it they have it I was like a kid in a candy store

Awesome store lots of products , be warned if you need service like repairs need to leave your vehicle there since they are busy and have lots of repairs at all times, also customer service could use some help , other than that great place if you are a serious rc enthusiast.

THANK GOD THEY MOVED. They have a stand alone store now. They still have so much inventory the new place is already packed. However new tracks coming. They have absolutely everything you need legit in stock. At online prices. Owner is helpful and knows where everything is so just ask. Huge Traxxas, TE, and Armma selection. Tons of bodies and wheels for everything. Paint, tools, escs, batteries, servo, engines, nitro fuel, hop up parts you name it. Repair services and new models. Absolutely the best place in South Jersey if not the entire Philly area. Worth a trip.

Hater for a reason! Customer service is terrible. Don't give your money to these people. Responding to every negative review with an immature comment is not the business practice of someone who deserves any customers.Took 5 minutes for someone to realize I was in the store (owner is probably going to deny this like he does with other reviews, but there's no way this many people are lying about not being addressed).Part selection is great, lots of stuff. Two dollar parts behind locked glass.Maybe if they took the monthly payment of their Tesla with the ugly wrap and invested in some customer service training they'd have a better business In regards to stealing reply: Someone could easily pick up a body kit or complete rc setup that you have laying out not locked up, and walk out the front door which is next to a nasty smoking area. If you had someone in the store like you were supposed to when a customer walks in you wouldn't have to lock up your parts.In response to Gia:Hi Gia! I'm sure you're just fine, it's whoever I had to wonder through your store to get and help me purchase a part that I'm really complaining about. I don't care about tanking a business if they treat their customers like the experience I had. Again I think it's best your husband or whoever is responding initially to these reviews understands his childish behavior and how it hurts your business. Track day, or busy day or whatever, I felt like I walked into an abandoned store, found the part I needed in 10 seconds and waited 5 more minutes for someone to show up.

This is a very well stocked store with a lot of options. But you have to watch the pricing of the parts. Background on me with this store I have purchased thousands of dollars in merchandise not including parts over the last few years. Today I purchased a spur gear for a Arrma car that was labeled $22.99 and that is what it goes for. But I was charged $26.00 and they told me that it was a old part and the price should have changed. That is 10.5 percent over Arrma s current retail price. First off there is no such thing as a old Arrma spur. They are easily interchangeable between many Arrma cars up to date and is currently selling for $22.99. I was ignored and blown off when I pointed it out on there own computer ( Arrma site ). I wouldn t be posting this review if it was the first or second time trying to stay in good standing with a store that is so convenient to me. Now if the store isn t so busy and you can talk they will accommodate you because thing do get priced wrong at times. But if they are a bit busy it is what it is and patience is thin. I ve walked out many times with less than I intended on purchasing not because of the price but because of how hard it was to get what I able to get. It was the same today. I should have walked out with two sets of tires about $80 each but it was too much going on plus the pricing of the spur gear I was charged $3.00 more than the price they put on the item.

I ordered a car, a couple of batteries and a charger. Ups sucks but rc car world customer service was great. They Answered all my questions when trying to decide which car was right for me. Special shout out to Gia. I will definitely be ordering from rc car world again!

The inventory here, while not super organized yet, is impressive. Great car selection as well as parts. I went in with the intentions of spending a lot more money than the $100 or so I did spend. I had a couple of questions regarding a specific motor and ESC combo that I was willing to buy to upgrade but instead I was treated like I knew nothing and directed to a motor that was allegedly a drop in fit but it was not and now I am stuck with a motor paper weight. I should have been more pushy and just bought the combo I was questioning but I did not feel welcomed here. The owner was very rude to his wife and seemed like he did not want much to do with anyone in the shop. There were a few people in the store at the time I was there so it wasn't super busy. Customer service is not in his wheel house but his wife was helpful and very nice.Looking at the other reviews that are similar to mine I am sure I will get a response back from the owner in the same tone I was met with in the store. Denying any wrong doing. Improve your face to face customer service, swallow your pride, and be willing to help and this would be a 5 start shop all day long. I drove over an hour because I love going to new RC shops and buying from local businesses. I'd love to go back but I don't think so.Edit: I was in your shop. The counter, behind the counter and that general area is quite unorganized. You sold me an Axial motor saying it s a castle and will fit the same as a castle in a 2200kv application. So before you call me out saying I m fake you should take a look at yourself. Your response to my review proves that what I had stated is true. Your customer service is poor. I m sorry for you. Your store is awesome but you are not.Edit 2: I m not upset, I was writing a review based on what I experienced and I m not making things up. I love this hobby and as I had mentioned your store and inventory is awesome but the way you treated your wife was incredibly rude and you were hostile towards the customers as if we were a burden on you. That is why you get a 1 star review from me. For me, Your prices could be higher than everyone else (they aren t) and if your customer service is on point I would pay that price to do business with you. A human. Not online shopping from my phone or a computer. Let go of your ego and be nicer to people is what I m asking. I ll happily buy cars and parts from you.

Do not purchase anything from this company, I spent $450+ on a rc drift car and had my order number but they would not email back, except one time. Called them and they said they had no order under that number or my name, but had no problem taking the money from account. It s been over a month. This place has horrible ethics. I have proof they took my money and now it may cost me more money just to get my 450 dollars back. Worst rc company I have ever dealt with, stick with Horizon Hobby or Hobby Town USA. Of course I had to give them one star just to post this. This is unacceptable.

I merely stumbled across this store in my efforts of looking for hobby trains. However I used to be an avid RC hobbyist, although I'm not in the hobby anymore, I was delighted to see the wide variety of products and services that they provide and the bonus was that upstairs they had an indoor track which I enjoyed going up and seeing for a while. I recommend this store for anyone interested in the hobby.
