Bought the car for service there and they know what ever request you got they can do it Dave at the desk is very helpful and Antony goes out of his way to make sure the the customer is satisfied before they leave with the car good little shop good mechanics they know how to keep the car running good

Been using Mongo's for years. They give you options and go out of their way to use the connections they have for best results possible. And if the answer is not the one you want, they take the time to explain why it needs to be that way. I'm not mechanically inclined, so for them to break it down into simple layman's terms is VERY HELPFUL.

Great place for oil changes, but that's about it. The window regulator on my Honda Civic is out. Charged me $70 to just open the panel of the car door, then quoted me $500+ to actually replace the part. I've called numerous places & it is significantly cheaper at other establishments. I'm talking up to $200-250 less. Not bad service, just outrageously priced. I've received numerous "WTFs" by other mechanics when I tell them how much we were charged for merely opening the door panel.

Good people here, but just a little to expensive for me! You can definitely get car maintenance done cheaper elsewhere!! Sorry guys and girls!!

The people working at Mongo s are the best! They will treat you like family. They do high quality work, their prices are very reasonable, and they have always explained to me what they are doing without ever making me feel like they are talking down to me. I ve also witnessed how they treat young employees learning the business, and it is excellent. It doesn t get any better than Mongo s for the best service, quality, and people. They are a family and they have always treated me and my family like family. I have gone to Mongo s for years, and I won t go anywhere else.

I came to them after needing new tires and brakes. Not knowing any honest mechanics to go to, my father told me about this place. I was in and out fairly quick. Later that day my check engine light came on and my truck started chugging along, left it alone for the night. Next day 1 of the 4 tires I got was flat, I took it in and found out it was valve stem issue and was fixed immediately and had my car diagnosed free of charge and found out I had a miss firing cylinder. Jim was very nice to explain to me in detail even for someone who may not understand the mechanics of a vehicle. He gave me his honest opinions about my truck because its not in the best of conditions. They very nice from the moment I walked in the door. I can say that I will be going there from now on. The good: they fixed a faulty coolant hose quickly.The bad: they seemed very indifferent towards me and over charged me. They were quick to rush me in/out. They seemed ticked off honestly, and I was being very pleasant. My mother tried to lighten the mood to no avail. I don't understand how you can be frustrated with me for bringing my car for a repair. I didn't fight the price even though it seemed high, about $800 for a hose replacement. Plus they called and told me it would be $400 then called again to say $600 and then when I showed up it was $800.I ended up going to another mechanic around the corner and he was much more honest and told me that the hose they replaced was actually under warranty. He said they should've checked to see if it was covered and sent me to a dealership versus taking the work on themselves. I wish I went to the other shop to begin with!!Overall I appreciate how fast the work was but did not like the experience at all. The only reason I did 2 stars instead of 1 is that I like to believe that people can have a bad day but overall not be bitter people. I'm going to chalk it up to a bad day since I only worked with them once. Unfortunately I will not be going back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I stopped by without an appt and they resolved my issue within 30 minutes. Fair pricing, good explanation of the problem and how they repaired it. Came in for an oil change for my wife s car and realized as we were leaving my car had a flat. Anthony was so helpful and got both of our cars done quickly and even pointed out I needed new tires and brakes which I didn t realize. Very professional service and fair prices. Highly recommend!

I brought my 2000 ford ranger in for service and they were very professional, to the point, and I wasn't pressured into fixing every little problem. They understood I was on a tight budget and they informed me of what had to be fixed immediately and what could wait.I've also had a great experience with scheduling my appointments, the environment in the office is a very warm welcome!

Mongo's service was great. Tires so far are good.The problem i have are customer service they just seem miserable at the front desk. But would definitely go back.

I took my car on Friday bc I had a trip to NY on Saturday and my car had been trouble starting , so a couple times it was enough just to move the cables on the battery and the car would start , we told the mechanics that it maybe the starter or the alternator bc the battery was purchased about 4 months ago. Since I knew I was making a trip I took it to the mechanic to avoid any problem on my trip. So I took it there they said everything looks fine, that it just need a new negative cable on the battery, they charged me $140. They repeatedly said you can bring it in tomorrow if there s any problems knowing I won t be here . I believe they did the bare minimum just to overcharge because it was late Friday. So of course my car dies in NY and I was stuck at 6 pm, no mechanics open at that time and a lot won t work on Sunday s ,so no place to tow my car . I got lucky with the gathering I was at one of the ladies husband was a mechanic , she called him and he came check the car and replaced my starter which was the actual problem. All of this happening between 6 Pm and 1 am.The staff was very nice but feel as if they just wanted to charge me a lot and not address the actual problem.

I've been a customer of Mongo's for 25 years. They maintain ALL of my vehicles new and old. I'm one of those guys who drives and maintains their cars forever, and Mongo's keeps them going for me. They have honest staff, skilled workers, and fair pricing. Truly, masters of their business. I brought my vehicle in for a weird noise that I couldn't identify and they easily spent a half hour driving my car, lifting it, and inspecting it until they found the cause....just a loose bolt. Still can't believe they actually found it. Mongos has the expertise to do it all...from transmission work to loose bolts....they certainly take the time to do things right. NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE! Very friend staff. They made me feel like they really cared about my safety while driving my car. They helped me on the price and tried to get me the best deal they could. While waiting, a tech came out and explained step by step what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. I LOVE THIS PLACE! If you need good honest work done on your car this is the place to go!BONUS: You can play with the cutest dog while you wait!!!!

I used their services 2x. The first time I dealt with one of the mechanics there, everything was good. But when I went back for a 2nd time the lady (who I assume runs the place) was very indifferent to any questions that I asked and said, basically, she wasn't interested in my business. She actually accused me of being someone else and said that she had a problem with them! We both confirmed that I wasn't that person, however, it seems that the damage was already done...? And other employees stood around while this confusion was happening and no one intervened. I will not be using their services again. Further, I have spoken to a couple other friends who have had similar experiences with the same employee there. We all agreed not to use their services again because of their indifference to our interest in their business. And the only reason that I'm even leaving this comment is because I received a coupon from them in the mail.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Just took our 10 year old Jeep Patriot to Mongo s for some service. It s racking up the miles and needed a lot of work. Anthony called first thing in the morning after a road test and evaluation with a quote. He kept me updated throughout the day up until it was ready. It runs great now and Anthony took the time to show me concerns that might come up in the future. Great family run business that s been around for a long time. Highly recommend!

They are always so friendly and helpful every time I come here to get my car fixed or checked. I am a loyal customer to Mongo's because of their honesty, trustworthiness, reliability, and friendliness. I know that when I go to Mongo's I won't be taken advantage of and that they will fix my car. Before becoming a loyal customer, I had issues with my car and took it to several auto shops, including the dealership and no one could figure out what was wrong with my car. I then took my car to Mongo's, on recommendation from a friend, and they were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it when no one else could.

Not the cheapest place but very honest and quality work. They will go over every inch of your car and tell you exactly what it needs to be like new and what it needs to keep you on the road and safe. They don't hard sell you on anything. They just give it to you straight and let you decide what you want them to do. But I don't think this is the kind of shop that you go to for a temporary fix or one that will just "wire that together for now". I think this is a place that when they do work they only will do it the proper way.

Came in for an oil change- great price, very happy with my service. Fast and kind. He let me know i need pads and offered a price at a deal. Great guys 10/10 reccomend!

They are fantastic. I told them my issue, they called back within an hour of dropping it off with a time and price estimate, and both were exactly what they stated. I want to thank mongo' for an awesome job they did on my car as a single mother and new to the area I'm skeptic when I have to get my car fixed, however when I brought my car in there because my tire ligt kept staying on even after I got a new tire they were able to figure out that my rim was the problem they fixed it with little cost and had it figured out in 20 minutes I was on my way. The staff was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Thank you very much for a job well done I will be bringing my car there from now on.

Did a pre-purchase inspection here for a car that was being sold down the road. The owner here was incredibly helpful. I do not know much about cars, but he made me feel like I really knew everything about the car I wanted to buy. He showed me what has to be fixed, things that I might want fixed, how much those would cost, and how to negotiate back with the dealer. Ultimately, I bought the car much lower than the dealers asking price. Definitely get a pre-purchase inspection and if it's nearby, do it here!

As a young woman that knows absolutely nothing about cars, I really felt as though the employees and owner treated me like their own daughter! They gave me fair prices, took the time to explain why they recommended I get certain things done on my car, and didn't try to get me to get unnecessary work done.

Myself, my wife & my son have been going to Mongo's for years now, just got my radiator & valve cover gasket replaced. As always they were professional and my car was taken good care of. These people are the car Dr's and most importantly great people to do business with.

Called to find out prices, was told they don t want to work with people who nickel and dime. Be careful, they will absolutely destroy on parts but do have fair labor rate. I did not bring my business there

Its a family business and I have a family so i get it. But they are not honest cause they overcharge for simple things especially if you are a woman. Their mechanic is inept as well. I was stuck and pulled in cause one spark plug was not working and they wanted $600 to change the plugs . If you are honest and don't take advantage of people who you "think" don't know better then you will get customers by word of mouth. However trying to take advantage of people will cause the business to die.

I had my wifes car there for service today. Nice clean waiting room with helpful service. The tech went over everything and made me feel secure that my wife will be safe on her upcoming trip. Price was reasonable. I will return.
