Took off today for my scheduled appointment to have my tires replaced, but 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, I got a text saying that my appointment was canceled because the tires weren't delivered yet. Not ideal, but fine not their fault, but 5 minutes after the scheduled start of the appointment I got a text message saying the tires were delivered. I then tried rescheduling online but it wouldn't let me, so for the next several hours I tried calling the store directly, tried online assistance, spoke with the online rep, nothing. I was told by the online rep that I needed to go to the store, but I was driving on a donut and didn't want to drive there if I couldn't get the tires put on. I went anyway to ensure I could schedule this weekend or be accommodated as a walk up. When I got there, walk up wait time was about 5 hours, and while there I also found out that their phones don't work. Don't bother calling, if you have a problem that cannot be solved online or in app, you will have to go there. Disappointing service. What a waste of time.

Ordered some tires off Walmart for install at the center! Appointment was made, when i came they were ready for me. Ordered EV Tires for my 23 bolt - they don t service teslas. Ensure the tire specs match what is printed on the drivers side door!W+ includes road hazard protection, so install was only $72 for the set! Includes lifetime balance and rotation!Had to bring car back a week later as the balancing needed to be redone (car was shaking at above 70 mph) they took me in as a walk-in, the issue was resolved!Over Walmart Auto Center 10/10!!

Made an appointment, showed up. They took two hours after which they told me I have to wait a few more hours. It is a mess. I then asked to retune the tires I bought. They said their system has an issue then they refused to give me my own tires. It is now 3 hrs I am waiting and still nothing I am now calling Walmart on the phone. They keep telling me the return is initiated but not actually returned. My god this place is such a mess. Do yourself a favor and dont go there.

Nice guys, great service! I got a major gash flat on 95 and limped to Walmart on my spare. It was late on Easter Sunday and they didn't have time for any more walk-ins before closing. Tony (the manager) made an exception for me since I was over 100 miles from home on a spare. Tony and his team were very nice and stayed late to replace the tire, thank you very much!

Wasted 2�30 mn driving there from Philadelphia to buy tires that show available at this location on their website. Tried to call for 2 days to make sure they have it but no one answered the phone. Guess what, tires not available .At least answer a phone you losers

I choose to go here because I find their service valuable. However, the auto center always seems to be very, very busy.Know what to expect and plan ahead is your best bet.1. Don't expect to reach the auto service desk by phone. But when I've shown up onsite, I've never waited more than a few minutes to get initial service.2. Don't expect anything to be done fast. You might get lucky if you come on an off peak day and early, but even for a basic service, you probably won't be first in line.3. Don't think you're going to walk in on a weekend, get a oil change or tire service while you shop and be on your way an hour later. Plan to drop off your car and come back (several hours) later.4. Schedule ahead online, so you're in their system and they know you're coming.I've never had a bad experience with the staff, and they've always done acceptable work for me. It's not always the most convenient, but the services are not overpriced.

Just avoid using their services. The manager and the lead mechanic were polite, but I had a 5 pm appointment to change my tires. In the morning, they called to say they didn't have enough employees to complete the job within my schedule. I explained that I couldn't come another day; that's why I made a reservation. I offered to come earlier if that worked for them, and they agreed. I arrived on time, but they made me wait for almost an hour before starting the service. Then, they told me they couldn't change the tires because my lug nuts were stripped. I said I could get new ones, but they started making excuses, suggesting they might have damaged my car and needed to tow it. I could sense they wanted to leave early, but they shouldn't have made me go through all this and then resort to lies to make me refuse the service. They initially gave me the option to cancel, so I did. I ended up taking my car to another place, where they removed the lug nuts without any issue. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with good prices but bad service and a negative atmosphere.

This any worst for me had me waiting 4 hours to get my tires on , I got tired and left the Auto care department. The suck balls also. But to Puerto Rico came in 40 minutes after me and got done . I guess I wasn't the right race .

traveled from va to nj over the holiday weekend & took my car here last sunday (before i drove home) to change a tire after i had one go flat. they changed my tire but my brand new jumper cables are missing. we ve looked everywhere in the car & in the house in case we took them in while unpacking but we don t have them anymore. i hate to assume they took them deliberately, but even if they moved them out of the trunk while they changed the tire, they didn t put them back. been trying to call to talk to someone there about it and find out if they know what happened and no one answers the phone all day. also a clip on my side skirt is broken after taking it here & now it rattles. mostly upset about the jumper cables because i literally bought them in august.

Manager is nice but it's hard to reach anyone. Also I asked them to check out my other tire and see if there was a leak in my previously installed tire when I came to get it replaced and all they did was fill it with air and not check it out. Causing me to drive here again only to wait an additional two hours with no service after i didscovered i did in fact have a slow leak. Theres no real phone number. No one answers the phone and you cant schedule a tire check online. I gave up. I paid for extra warranty on my tires. Won't be back.

Prices are cheap, service is slow as mud. Waited 2 hrs for oil change I was told would take 15-20 minutes. Maybe they are just understaffed. If you are bored, and don't work, or have nothing better to do with your day, this may be your place.

Getting in touch with anyone on the phone is next to impossible. But go early and you'll be seen quick. Review documents for accuracy. Don't expect super expert service. Get the road hazard warranty if getting new tires, it's worth it.

They will never ever ever pick up the phone , you have to attempt to call the main store and pray someone picks up , even to get a simple question answer or confirmed

The front desk lady is always really nice. However do expect a long wait when you come regardless of you having an appointment or not.

As a military veteran service is important. I have been calling this walmart auto for about 40-50 minutes now and nobody answered. I had to contact Walmart human resources to inquire if anybody was working in auto today 9/02/2023. We didn't even have service yet and it's off to a bad start. When someone finally answered I'm greeted with attitude and immediately put on hold. One of my family members works for Walmart Auto at a different location I'm going to file a complaint because this is ridiculous.

The Service Center is the best they provided me with great customer service. And they kept me updated on the status of my vehicle.. I highly recommend getting all your car care needs done here. And the Service Center Manager was very Polite and Friendly. He provided great customer service they all deserve more then 5 's

This was one of the worst experiences I ve had getting new tires. I was a walk-in at 10am and the rep did explain that there were a few cars ahead of me which I was understanding about. My car was brought in for service at 1pm just for them to take another hour and 30 mins . I witnessed the workers trying to get the tire onto my rims for about an hour before just trying a new tire. I did not exit until damn near 3pm. I was extremely unhappy with my service in which I expressed numerous times yet paid $205+ for that terrible service and the tires.

Hands down the worst customer service you ll receive anywhere in the world is inside this Walmart and in particular the car center. They ll lie about appointments, waste your time, and then not process a refund. An absolute joke and useless employees.

i bought my tire here and made an appointment at 11 am the next day to have it put on. i got there early and the front desk told me that there was 3 cars getting all 4 tires ahead of me and i said i had an appointment at 11. she said it would take atleast 3 hours before they could even get started. she said everyone called out or didn t know up. I understand that things happen but they could ve absolutely called me that morning and made me aware that they were running behind. I got my tire and took it somewhere else.

I would like to make formal complaints regarding my experience in Walmart. The first one was an oil change a few months ago. I paid for synthetic oil, but on the sticker it was written that a new oil change is necessary after 3000 miles. Based on the service specifics, I believe Walmart filled in regular oil instead of synthetic. On my second visit, I ordered and paid for the installation of four new tires. In the last e-mail, evening prior to the appointment, I saw increase in the price of the payment, which was already troublesome, but the worst part was when I came to the appoitment, after an hour of search, tires were not found. The result is indifferent "SORRY". I have the impression that this is not Walmart experience that I ve come to expect. I observed several other customers expressing their outrage during that hour. It is not clear who is engaged in car maintenance, and who works with customers. 5 or 6 different employees during this hour kept asking me the same thing again. Then it appears they just forgot about me. It is not clear whether someone is even managing these workers or , whether they have to be responsible for their quality of work. At the end, I left extremely disappointed In Walmart experience. And by the way, the money has not been returned to me yet. I feel it would be fair to receive compensation given these circumstances.

The Cherry Hill Auto care center was simply the worst service I ve ever received. I had a 7am appointment and the department doesn t open til 8am. The techs didn t arrive till 8:15am. They were not apologetic, they simply expected me to be ok with their tardiness.

Entering at this establishment, there were a lot of people smoking. I wouldn t recommend people with lung disease or any asthma disease to come into this establishment or it will be bad for your health I asked one of the staff for help to see if there was a way to move the people a little more along the lines of a smoking area, but they did nothing and they said that they were OK smoking by the door even though the smoke was getting inside the establishment and the manager never came to help or anything even though we asked for management The law requires smoke-free environments in virtually all indoor workplaces and places open to the public, including places of business and service-related activities, except for a few specifically named exceptions.

Called 3 days running off and on. No one answered the phone.either the main store number or the auto service numberWanted to make an appointment for New battery and installation. Went elsewhere. No such thing as customer service here. New 4/23/23 wanted to purchase 4 Continental True Contac Tour tires 6calls over 3 hours on hold total of 27 mins Never got Tony or a mgr. Did business here many , many years. No more!

I will give them a 5plus cause the guy that took my order messed up and gave me different tires but I couldn't help myself they worked so hard in the bay and not to be funny they have a female working on the xars in the bay yeeeesssss a whole female, she was great and she knew more than us men . BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE FEMALES DOING MEN JOBS . thanks to cherry Hill new jersey Walmart. Great job

Took forever to put tires on, like 5 hours. Had one installed backwards, then turned the wrong one around, so now two were backwards. Had to make another appointment to turn them around again that took several hours. Scratched a lot of paint off all my rims with their tools, and didn't seem to concerned about it.

Writing this review for the experience my Wife had at the Cherry Hill Walmart Tire location. She went in to purchase 4 new tires and make an appointment to have them installed. From the beginning she said the manager and his employee were WAY to comfortable with her. Started making inappropriate jokes to her. My wife was in a rush and all she wanted to do was pay for the tires. The female employee told her "They're just messing with you because they want to keep you here longer." They also made these following comments, "Are you sure you can pay for these tires? She's probably paying with a credit card. Her husband is probably paying for this. Make sure you check with your husband before you buy this, so that way he doesn't BEAT you when you get home. Uh oh your card is going to decline."As a manager for a retail location myself, find the whole interaction very inappropriate and insulting. My wife called me practically in tears about the way she was treated. She said they made her feel stupid and as if she was broke. One thing I've learned is you never sell out of your own pocket and assume a customer doesn't have money.She paid for the tires. ($560) I picked them up and had them installed elsewhere. I saved myself an extra $100+ and recieved proper service at another location. Walmart has already been contacted and a formal complaint will be filed.
