Got into an accident, and my car needed about $6k of work. Overall, I found that this is a good, honest shop that does quality work. The people here are great to deal with, very straightforward, and they work with the major insurers. Even with a pretty close look, you would not know that body work was done.

Terry and Dan are great to work with.I have been a customer of theirs for well over 10 years and I will never go anywhere else.I have found them to be honest and actively communicate with me with the status and any changes on the work/repair on my vehicles.My recent visit to Virgo was to have the side of my vehicle that was hit by another car made to look like new.When I picked it up I was amazed how beautiful it looked!They notified me of a few other repairs I needed and they took care of them.I have found their rates to be great.I know when any of my vehicles are their that they have MY best interests at the top of the list.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I added a before and after. I originally was going to go with another auto shop but then I found Virgo. I met Terry on Monday and he was amazing. He took a look at my vehicle right away and gave me a very reasonable quote. He said he thought he could even save my mirror which would save me a good amount. The part came in Wednesday and I brought my car Thursday morning, 7:30 am. He said it would be done by noon and it was finished even sooner around 10 am. He was even able to save my mirror. The piece looked just like new and he saved me a lot of money. I know if I need to get anything repaired, I will definitely be back. If you are thinking of getting a quote to fix your car from other auto shops, definitely contact Virgo. You won t regret it and I can t say that enough. Thanks Terry!

Is the best auto body shop in the Cherry Hill area. Terry was a great and honest person, the work that they did on my vehicle was top notch. Very friendly staff including Lindsay, Terry, and Jason. I would highly recommend this shop when looking for auto body work. When I picked up my car I was totally amazed on the Impeccable work that they did, they take a lot of pride of what they do! An excellent service with a high quality of work done by honest people at a great price. I lived in four different states, have had multiple cars, but Virgo by far is the best in any respect; no matter if the repair is big or small. It is with pleasure that I write this review for Virgo Auto Shop (Beau and everyone that works there). I am extremely pleased with the repairs. Went for an estimate, response was within 24 hrs. Scheduled repairs and done in 2 days. Virgo gave a fair estimate, they were professional and efficient and my car looks beautiful.They even fixed 2 scratches that were not included in the estimate. We couldn't be more pleased with the friendly, efficient and professional service at Virgo. They were very busy, but managed to complete extensive repairs in a very timely fashion. I got the recommendation from our car expert in the office and they did an amazing job at repairing the scratch on the front bumper. The job was done in the timeline provided and more than happy with the final result. They pay attention to the detail, which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!

Let me start off by saying I never write reviews because I don't usually take the time to look up the company to write a review. However, this time, I had to say something. The staff at Virgo Auto Body and their work is amazing. The staff (especially Terry) are caring, kind, helpful and make the process run very smoothly and in a timely manner.I highly recommend this auto body shop. I have been to 3 different auto body shops for repairs over several years and by far Virgo Auto Body was the best experience. Virgo Auto Body is simply the best and only decision you need to make when it comes to "where do I take my car after its been involved in a car accident?" Virgo and their experienced staff fixed my 2023 Kia Sportage SX Prestige after a collision and they did an outstanding job. Virgo has been around for at least 40 years and they have some of the best, most experienced auto body, painters and staff in the business. After the accident, my insurance company mentioned a few other auto body shops, but I knew that Virgo was where I wanted my car to be fixed. So very happy with my decision. They kept me well-informed about the process and made my brand new car brand new again. They simply are the best in the South Jersey area in what they do!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my car in for an estimate, thinking someone had keyed my car. As it turned out it was some tar or grease that Bo very kindly removed for me. I will definitely use Virgo in the future for any needs they provide. Bo gave excellent customer service today! Something which is hard to come by these days!!!!

Dan took great care of me this time. Terry has taken great care of me in the past. My insurance company tries to send me somewhere else but I always ask for Virgo and they always cover it. I have had cash pay services and they always give expert service and a great price. No reason to go anywhere else!

We just had another great experience with Virgo Auto Body and I logged on to leave a review as soon as I came home. I was rear ended while at a stop light and he hit me hard! We went to Virgo although the insurance tried to persuade us to use another company they have a relationship with. Virgo gave us an appointment for 2 weeks out allowing them time to get the parts and time to do the repair. When we/they opened the back of my car a lot of additional damage was found. According to the insurance it was expected to take 3-4 weeks to get my car back. And today,midway through the 2nd week,it was finished and it looks brand new! They re such a pleasure to deal with and I m thrilled to have my car back. They really are the best!

Extremely impressed with the quality of work performed at Virgo on my Honda Accord. The vehicle looks better than when I bought it pre-owned. The body work and service was completed in a timely fashion and communication was great. Virgo's staff handled all aspects of the insurance claim. The car was detailed before being returned. My husband was an Auto Body tech for over 35 years, we both are extremely happy with the repairs. My paint is pearl white and it was blended properly. They even straightened my license plate that was damaged in the accident! Highly recommend Virgo Auto Body. They dealt with both my insurance company and the rental car company. I hope to never need them again but I know if we do that the job will be completed properly and quickly. Thank you Kathy and the rest of the team!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I didn't end up getting my body work done by Virgo due to various circumstances but I can say that they were amazing from start to finish in keeping me updated with what what going on with my car. I know that if I would have gotten my car done here the work would have been A1. At the end of it all they didn't charge me any fees even though my car was at their shop for over a week again due to my situation. If you are looking for quality work this is definitely a place to consider. Thanks again to the people at Virgo!

My Camaro was recently side swiped which sadly left damage on the rear quarter panel and bumper. I wanted to make sure I went to a shop that would take good care of my car and luckily I was referred to Virgo Auto Body by my Chevy dealership. Everything was smooth from start to finish, Kathie was my point of contact and she made everything so pleasant. She was very attentive, worked with my Inurance right away and understood how important my car is to me. Not only did they leave my car in pristine condition, but you can tell how cautious and diligent they were while working on it. Since they were going to work on my car for a bit, I asked them for a quote to fix previous door dents as well and they were very kind enough to perform the added repair while it was in the shop. My car looks good as new and I would highly recommend them!!

I had Virgo Auto Body serviced my 2008 Honda Pilot after an accident and I was very satisfied with the work they did on my car. It was restored to the condition before the accident. There were minor issues initially but they were very prompt in resolving the issues. The incident happened around April and I write the review now because I wanted to make sure that the car won't show up any mechanical problems and so far it is running great. Job well done !

This place is AMAZING!! Please note - I do not typically write reviews. You have to wow me, or ask me. A few people recommended Virgo after I was a rear-ended so like most people, I checked their reviews and I was pleasantly surprised to see such a high rating, which I find is unheard for most shops. I worked with Kathie from day 1, who guided me through all the steps I needed to take before I got the car over to them. She kept me in the loop about updates while the car was in the shop. I was exceedingly impressed with the work they did and how they saved me money! Plus, the dent in my door from an older accident (16 y.o. backed into my parked car which I could not unfortunately pursue due to being in grad school) was gone! If you want auto body work done right, with professionalism and care, VIRGO is your shop!! Thank you so very much, again!

We just picked up our GMC Acadia and, like others have said, the car came back looking better than before the accident. They really did a great job and really are the nicest people. They email status alerts to keep you up to date and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. I want to thank Virgo Auto Body for the excellent work on my car. I hit a deer and the passenger side of my car was a wreck. They were wonderful to communicate with and Kathy was able to update us everytime we called. Everytime we called, she gave us updates and the car fixed on the day they said it would be. I got my car back cleaner than I brought it. It is clear that everyone who works at Virgo Auto Body cares about their customers.

These guys are great. They were patient and helpful with me on the phone in explaining how to go about my insurance claim. They got me into the shop timely, despite the busy holiday season. They helped me out with getting a rental car when I had trouble setting one up myself. And they did a fantastic job on my car, which was immaculate when I got it back.

Stopped by to get an estimate for some long scratchs/scuff marks on the rear fender of my 2014 vette. Dan cam out to take a look and said that he thought it could be fixed with some solvent and compound. He went ans got some and in a few minutes it was fixed! No charge. Great guy! If I ever need real body work for my baby this will be the place I go!!!Update: Some kid sideswiped my Vette so I took it to Virgo and they did a fantastic job! Dan and Terry were great to work with and delivered earlier than promised and looking as clean and shiny as it did the day it rolled off the line at Bowling Green. I brought my 2016 Sonata here because a tractor trailer backed up into me causing a fair amount of damage to the hood and bumper of my car. The entire process of dealing with Virgo was absolutely pain free. They had my vehicle finished and looking brand new in less time than I had originally expected. The vehicle was spotless inside and out. I could not be more pleased with the work they did. I would absolutely recommend Virgo Auto Body!

I was hit from behind and Dan at Virgo was recommended to me. I couldn't be happier. My Ford Edge looks amazing. They are so polite at Virgo and kept me in the loop. Dan gave me wonderful advice on dealing with the other driver's insurance company. I cannot find the words to express how thankful I am!!!
