I would give zero stars if I could. I just went to this car wash and paid for the Whole Nine Yards. I expected my car to be clean. My 9yr old could have done a better job. This is far from clean. I paid $38 for my car to still be filthy. I didn t expect it to be immaculate like it would be if it was detailed, but I did expect it to be vacuumed properly and wiped out. Now I have to go home and clean the interior myself. Also, they squirted down my rubber mats and just threw them back in the car, sopping wet.Horrible!!!!

My previous experience in Jan 2023 was 5 star but this time was subpar.Paid 90$ for the shampoo detail + the interior super express detail. (45 each)The shampoo floor and mats was great.However for the interior detail, I assume it would be a full wipe down of the interior, glass and pressurized air for vents, etc.There was still dust behind the driver and passenger visors and the glass was still dirty.Perhaps my experience was not representative of the typical service.But I feel like I paid a decent amount (~100 bucks)for somewhat subpar interior service.For around 100 usually you can get some sort of full interior detail.

Visited this place as they have quick full service.Opted for 9 yards service which included all External wash coats and interior vacuuming and wiping doors & dashboard.There was a que as it was weekend and when its my turn, car was taken over and immediately couple of guys started removing mats and vacuuming interiors very fast.Also wash was quick but the car wasn t completely drenched with water after the final coat. It came out with soap in most of the places but the guys outside started wiping as it is with towels and within 2 minutes handed over my car.Over exterior wash was not great, but I chose this only for the sake of interior quick cleaning and it was done. But not 100% satisfactory with the over all service. Next time if I have time, will try $50 interior detail and see if it s worth. But for $25 it s not a great wash in this area.

I have been to a lot of auto detailing places in my life. But never have I been to a place that does magic on my vehicle just Wow. Outstanding is not enough. My neighbors thought I got new car . The owner Rich is very professional and nice to .I will be back with my other vehicles. So happy I found this place.Update. I just had another vehicle done . Amazing job once again.

First time using this car wash. I got the "whole nine yards" package which was priced fairly. For the most part it was good, but they missed a lot of crumbs and dirt on my center console. I would go back tho everything else was A1 rated.

Do not waste your time and moneyI use to use this place pretty frequently for myself and my wife s be vehicles wich are always pretty clean and maintained every time i have been i have been unsatisfied with the end product car not whipped properly loads of tire shine so heavy it flys off the wheels as soon as you leave the lot leaving the vehicle worse then when i brought it interior work is a joke they just spray armoral or whatever product they use and don t even wipe it out my cup holders and center console were soaked with this liquid with the dirt and dust having not even been removed before applying all weather mats soaking wet when being thrown back in the car how ever they land i get that this is not a high end detail service but i always pay for the premium service on both our vehicles so would it asking to much for you guys to care or show a little extra I ve called complained multiple times and even stopped using them today i only small window to get my truck cleaned so instead of driving the extra twenty minutes past this place that actually does a good just for less money i decided to give them a shot onlyTo be reminded why i stopped giving them my business

Rude and does terrible work. I paid $30 for my car to be cleaned and I found several dirty areas in the car. I brought it to the manager's attention and he responded by getting argumentive. I suggest going somewhere else where you can get quality work and an overall positive experience.

Do not use them, They are Very Rude and the cars wash .SUCKS Worse than then vacuuming your car. This place is the worst. STAY AWAY.

EDIT: 9/7/23 - based on RT 41 response That is not the truth. There are not 15 lines of scratches. The scratches I showed you happened at YOUR carwash! It looked like a piece of sand got caught in a rag and scratched the tint. When you denied it, I pointed out how terrible a job your carwash did on my car overall. I get in my car almost every day, so I know the state of things. If this was something I did, I wouldn't bother bringing it to your attention. Instead of listening to the customer and trying to resolve the issue, you escalated it. I couldn't believe how you acted. Shaking your head side to side like a five year old, saying no no when I tried to explain. You have a horrible attitude and lack basic management skills. From what I see in the reviews below, other patrons seem to corroborate this.Original: 7/26/23 - I have been coming to this car wash for many years and today will be the last. They scratched my car tint and wouldn't take responsibility for it. Said there was no way this could have happened. I look out this window every day and there's a new scratch that wasn't there before I got my car washed. Rich is a horrible manager. I was very calm when I approached him. He was dismissive and disrespectful. The quality of service at this place has gone down considerably over the years.

Left three stars because I didn t get to see their work. First time I went in, their hours were wrong on apple maps (won t fault them). Second time I went in during clear business hours and they were closed. Quite frustrating.

I got my car express interior detailed for $52. They took 45 minutes and did an excellent job. My car looked new! Everyone working there is super hard working and very nice. Highly recommend it!

Went on women's day and got no discount. Also my back windshield and side view mirrors were full of streaks, actually harder to see out of than when I first got there

wow i cannot believe this. i brought my ford f150 here 12/29 and i asked for the full interior service. of course they said no not today. i settle for the full 9. i was rushing to get back to work so i didnt notice until i drove off that a piece of my passenger mirror is hanging off. at this point im at the light trying to put it back on but it wont stay. dont go here, theyre horrible. they need to hire people that are going to do a good job not a quick job. now after work ill be going to walmart to purchase gorilla tape bc i dont even want to go back there. ill do it myself smh

Update: stopped in on my birthday for an express interior detail - quick service and comes with a full wash!Great place for a Sunday wash! My car was so dirty after a cross-state drive and having not washed it the whole Summer. They were able to get off most of the insects on my front bumper! Highly recommended!

Do not use this Car Wash, the service is poor and their customer service is even worse. The last few times I used them I noticed parts of the car not vacuumed or wiped down after I had already left. I always made them aware the next time I went back for another car wash in hopes it was just a freak occurrence and maybe they were having a bad day. The last time I was there I paid for a full inside and outside clean. This time I checked the car when they said it was done . I noticed the backseat needed to be wiped down and was completely missed. I asked the gentleman if he could wipe down my seat, and he told me no and that I d have to pay extra. Then he instructed me to go inside and pay. I went to the lady at the register and informed her what was going on, and she said she was going to get the manager. The manager then came out, and started defending his workers and then begun to tell me as to why I was wrong and I needed to pay more money to have my seat wiped down. Just to be clear I wasn t asking for an inside detail, I was just asking them to wipe down a seat that still had dirt on it when I already paid for the interior of my vehicle to be cleaned. The manager was very confrontational, combative, and unprofessional. He kept telling me to listen , and he was being very aggressive. I then informed him I was a regular customer, and that I would never use his services again. He then waved bye to my like a child, and told me he didn t need my business. Just another piece of info, I did not wait in line for my service and the entire time I was there only 1 other car had come through. I guess I m not the only one experiencing bad service at this location. Do not use this business, there are so many other good car washes in the area.Service: Auto detailing

On 7/6/22, I bought my car in shortly after opening for a wash. My car had no issues and was riding great. After waiting for at least 10-12 minutes for car to go through the car wash because something inside had to be fixed, my car had a flat tire warning. My driver side rear tire was low. I bought it to the attention of management. His response was pretty much I don't care, why are you telling me this. He also said maybe you have a warranty on your tires. We wasn t helpful, remorseful, respectful, nor kind. Also, the 40% off on certain days doesn't include all car washes. I will never give this car was my hard earned money...AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! I took my car to the shop to have the tire looked at and a brand new two month old tire had to be replaced due to the puncture and slash. The owner has not taking any responsibility nor offered to be of any help.

Route 41 Car Wash is the best car wash in the area, and I have been to them all. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday they have 40% special discounts on different wash levels that can't be beat. I get the works, or the whole nine yards, all for $14-17. And Route 41 does a very nice job on my SUV and my wife's SUV. They look great when they are done. And everybody is very nice. Always good attitudes. From the workers who clean, to the cashiers who are always there. Even if there is a line of cars, they get you done pretty quickly. Good Job Rt.41. **** WORST Service *****Never - Ever try for the sake of Men. Women 40% offer.I tried the "Whole 9 Yards" service which is not even worth for the regular road side 5$ machine wash. Really don't know what they did in the name of service.It took hardly 10 mins for the entire worst service.Services: Tires, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

The staff was incredibly rude and kept repeating my name as soon as I dropped off my car. I m assuming they read my work ID, but there was no reason for them to keep repeatedly use my name while speaking in Spanish to each other. I would not recommend this place and I definitely won t be back.Follow up: The owner then took it upon himself to explicitly lie and said that his staff didn t take it upon themselves to look at my work ID that I left in my car. I wish I would have recorded it, but because I was so disturbed I didn t think to. It s unfortunate that the individual staff are not willing to own up to what they did, which was essentially harassment. I would have no reason to make this up, I paid for my service in full and left. I wasn t trying to get anything for free or make a scene. I just want other customers to be aware of the experience that I had for the first time at this establishment.Service: Auto detailing

Great car wash. They do a great job. I've been bringing my car(s) here for 2 years now and I've had the basic washes, the deluxe and even brought one in for a carpet cleaning and they did top notch work. They will get you in and out quickly and easily. Especially great in the winter when I have to wash all the snow and grime off my car and I don't want to wait around long to have my car washed and detailed.

If you need a quick service this is the place to go. Man crush Monday, Tuesday is a senior citizen day, Women crush Wednesday 40% off any car wash service and oil change. Check their advertising for correct pricing.I would not take my car here to get the seats shampooed ever again the car was still wet after several ,5 hours! There was puddles of solution inside the car. The seats were wet it was just horrible and for the price I paid! Nope, I wouldn t do that again!However, for a quick wash a quick detail on those three days definitely! You do have to stay on top of the workers like wiping tires completely down or just a little minor things but for the most part you get 40% off a quick detail can t beat it.

I bring my car here 3-4 times a month and they always do a great job for me! Today u brought in my parents' car which probably hadn't been washed it vacuumed in 3 years. I got the express interior detail, and when I got the car back, I couldn't even recognize It! Great service, friendly employees, and really good sales make this my goto car wash. 10/10 would recommend.
