Came in looking to buy my dream car. Was there about an hour before they closed (their hours are very limited here). Looked at a floor model but wanted some different things in it so asked if I could order one. The salesman told me no, it was not possible to order a custom one. Weird, because another Porsche dealer told me I could. Asked to take a quick test drive. Salesman told me it was too late, that they close in 45 minutes. Guess I didn t seem like their typical clientele because if I were a salesman, I d definitely try to get a $100k sale.Anyway, went the next to say to Newtons Square in PA. Had a wonderful salesman who, yes, helped me ORDER my custom car after taking me on a test drive. Very helpful. I d recommended them to anyone. I hope my salesman enjoys his commission. He certainly deserved it. Sorry Cherry Hill, you lost a customer.

Car dealers are predators (most of them), they ll try to sell you a dream and flip it to a nightmare once the deal is guaranteed to close. I ve been buying exotic cars for years and years, I ve dealt with over 30 dealers across the nation. This is one dealer that Porsche should be proud of. They truly cannot represent the Porsche brand better. Megan was attentive, professional, patient, she went out of her way to make sure I m happy and I cannot wait to buy another car from these guys. Peter on the finance side made the process painless and it couldn t be smoother. These guys need to be protected and this dealership is a true gem! Nobody asked me to write this review and I am not only writing it but also sending a long email to both Porsche North America and Porsche Germany about my experience! There was another lady that was there to greet me (unfortunately I forgot her name), she was awesome and so was the gentleman who helped set up the car. Thanks guys!

I ve owned 24 Porsche 911 s since 1973. Trust me when I attest to this. CHP is without question 1 of the 3 best in the USA. 1? 2? 3? I m truly not sure of 1 or 3 BUT I do know this. I have never been so impressed with a dealership like I was here with Porsche Cherryhill . Starting with my salesman George which was awesome ! He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all ! Eddie ( the finance dept ) explained everything fully and was very helpful . Finally Mark who helped my set up CarPlay and explained every detail of the cars functions . Extremely expressed and will definitely refer these three individuals to my friends who are looking to buy . Thank you for the wonderful service and so happy with my new Macan !

I recently purchased a used Cayenne Turbo S with the help of Tom and George. The experience was amazing. Communication was thorough and they made the buying process simple. I was out of town so everything was handled over text, phone, and email. They were attentive to my needs, worked out a great deal, and kept me up to date daily. There was a minor issues found when the car was delivered and they more than made it right. I couldn t be more impressed with how they handled the buying process. 5 stars!

I was very happy with my continued experience with Porsche cherry hill over the past two years. They are filled with a very welcoming team and make you feel like family from the moment your step foot into their dealership.I recently purchased a 992 GT3 from here and the experience is one i would like to share and shed light on. George and Tom were my primary contacts from getting on the list (2 years ago) to build to delivery however everyone else on the team had a hand in the process. Whether it was consoling me on the wait or advising me regarding various options available within the vehicle or speaking to frank regarding parts and accessories, it was always a pleasure. As a collaborative effort we were able to produce one of the most spec d GT3 in the country (photos attached).I highly recommend working this Porsche cherry hill and i look forward to working with them on curating many future vehicles.

I took my Porsche Macan to get checked out at Porsche Cherry Hill. Before telling the service advisor Scott that my insurance will be paying for my car, he quoted me $2,890.00. Once he realized my insurance company would be paying for my repairs, He told them I needed a whole new transmission for $32k and made me return my loaner ASAP. He threatened to charge me if I didn t return the loaner immediately. He was very rude after I told him my insurance would be paying because he knew he never would have quoted me only $2,890. If your looking for an honest opinion about your Porsche repairs, try Flemington Porsche or Princeton Porsche or Ray Catena Porsche.

Last week I gave my Porsche Cayenne Diesel for service.The issue is Addblue falt car doesn t start after 40 miles.After one week I got my car fixed and paid $ 3064.99.Then I start my car the same sign Addblue falt car doesn t start after 50 miles on. So I asked the service manager about what service you provide to me. He told they changed sensors pumps and all.That all are good.So they don t diagnosis the real problem and did whatever they wanted. End of the story they don t know how to fix the problem. I Just spend thousands of dollars for nothing.so I am going to complain the issue with Porsche and further to consumer court.So I strongly recommend the Porsche owners stay away from this Dealership. Go to Edison or some other good dealers.Don t waste your money and time

I ve bought many cars in my life and have never had problems as my expectations are never very high. Honestly, I ve always had nice experiences. This place misled me twice.I got a 2020 Macan (demo) last august. Due to the pandemic, there were virtually no cars to be bought anywhere. We were moving and I needed a car and this checked the boxes. The paperwork I was sent had 1,200 miles. I signed it. Done deal. The day before we moved, i got the odometer reading and it was 4,550 miles. This dealership views anything with less than 5,000 as new. And they apparently didn t care that this car was sold. My sales rep said he couldn't do anything. I spoke to the sales manager. He was rude and saw nothing wrong.I looked up who owned the dealership and finally spoke to her. After speaking to the owner, there weren t any other cars or choices for me given the lack of inventory. I was in a bind. She asked what i wanted. I told her I had to proceed with this car and would accept whatever she thought was fair. She offered to pay for my second service, 20,000 mile servicing, as the 10,000 mile first service was included. Though I think I would have done more for someone, the fact that she heard me (especially with the lack of that from anyone else) I accepted it.A few months ago, I received a reminder from the dealership, telling me that your first scheduled maintenance at 10,000 miles or 1 year is included with your purchase and that it may be due for service, so I should schedule my service appt. I called the dealership nearest to where I moved and they said the second service was in the system, but not the first. They said something seemed wrong and that I should call Cherry Hill. I spoke to my sales rep in CH and he told me I already received my first service when I got the car. This is not what he told me when he sold me the car. He told me the first service at one year or 10,000 miles was included. I told him that when i picked the car up, I expected it to have been serviced, cleaned, etc. He said as i was getting a 2020 car (in 2021) that was that. He also said that the reminder I was sent was just marketing and that service and sales don t talk. And they don t have to honor that. It was a ridiculous conversation.So, I tried to contact the owner again. This time, however, she s ignoring me.I simply wanted what I thought i was getting. A close to new car with 1,200 miles on it with my first service at 10,000 miles included.I ve never written a review before, but I ve also never felt misled. Twice.And, if you re not going to honor (1) what you said (2) what s in the system my second schedule maintenance is in there why would she do that if my 10,000 mile maintenance wasn t covered she would have simply given me that then how do you not honor the document you sent me saying that it s included.There was no zero star option so i had to give them one.As expected, a week after I posted this, the owner posted a canned response saying she has escalated the matter to the general manager. Prior to my posting this, I had reached out to her (the owner) twice giving her my email and cell phone. Escalated , if genuine, is her addressing the matter. Posting that that she escalated the matter to someone who works for her is disingenuous and a way to make people reading the reviews to think she is responsive and addressing issues.

The service was performed while I waited efficiently and carefully. Throughout the process my Service Advisor, Scott Haines, kept me informed about progress. Also, there were no additional costs.

Love my car but the sales dept. is truly lacking. You have to do all the leg work.The license plate was sent to them, took over 2 months until they finally realized they had them. The woman who sold the vehicle (J ) has such a lackadaisical attitude with customers, as if she were doing you a favor by showing up. This isn t my first Porsche, however this will be the last Porsche I purchase from Cherry Hill. Save yourself the headache, there are so many online options with delivery and better customer service, don t waste your time here.

The sales people here were very helpful and not super pushy and in your face. They make the process of buying a car easier. They did have the colors I wanted available now, but I would have gone with them they did. Highly recommend this dealership

I rarely write reviews. In this case, I think it is important to do so. I recently purchased my dream car from Porsche of Cherry Hill. The staff including the GM Thomas Couch were simply fantastic. The finance manager Brian Renneisen was also great and was super helpful in navigating all the available plans for the car. I m a car nut and I ve bought a lot of cars in my time, but this recent experience was just so terrific I had to leave a review. I was originally going to do European delivery, which is not easy to arrange. Thomas was great and had it set up but unfortunately due to Covid, all European deliveries were cancelled. So bummed. I ve done Mercedes and BMW but never Porsche. Anyway, Thomas felt so bad he got the car promptly delivered and he couldn t have been more helpful. One other point is worth mentioning. Not to knock the two dealers near me in the Philly suburbs, but I ve always felt both dealerships act like they are doing you a favor when you re in there. Not so in Cherry Hill. I would also add that there was no mark up, which is pretty nice in today s market. Sooooo ..go get your next Porsche in Cherry Hill. BTW, the car (Panamera 4s e-hybrid) is spectacular!

Had a much better experience purchasing a new Macan S at Princeton Porsche than dealing with sales force here. Came in to do a test drive and did not appreciate the lack of professionalism at this location.

I have bought two cars from these guys. I bought a used Turbo S in 2017 from Tim G., with the General Manager Brian D's help. They were very reasonable and it was a great (and fair) experience. I traded it in just the other day for a 2019 Targa. Tim and Brian gave me a VERY fair price for my trade, and a nice price on the new car. Negotiations were handled by text messages, and once we agreed on terms, the paperwork was waiting when I came in to pick up the car. I thought the experience was very good. If I buy another Porsche, I'm sure I will use them, even if I move out of state. Brian and Tim are class acts.

Best sales experience I have ever had. I have purchased 37+ cars so far and still counting. Negotiations were very smooth with no pressure from my salesmen, Tim Gross, and the manager, Brian Dashner. They gave me more than I could ever expect. Also informally met with service scheduler. Very friendly . 5+ stars

Excellent dealership great inventory but most of all amazing staff especially our representative George who helped us find the right car the way we wanted it exactly and and gave us an amazing deal. Closing was smooth and very professional, no awkward sales tactics. Just an overall wonderful experience that you would expect from a brand like Porsche. If you're in the market for a Porsche, I highly recommend this dealership and ask for George.

I want to say I am very great full to Tom Couch, Sales manager Porsche of Cherry Hill. Mr. Couch took time out of his day including his day off to listen to me, a customer, and resolve issues that he had nothing to do with. I can see him getting promoted soon or leaving the dealership for better opportunities. Thank you again Tom for being respectful and putting the customer first. I will be back if Porsche models their customer service the way Mr. Couch delivers.The LoDicos

Jose over at Cherry Hill Porsche did an INCREDIBLE job on my car. I will be going back for all of my car maintenance and purchases. Thank you Jose! I dropped my car off on Friday, was able to get it back on Tuesday all the while driving a courtesy vehicle during those days. My car came back immaculate and it absolutely feel like a brand new car.Had my annual check, 4 new tires and a brand new transfer case. Everything went smoothly and my car feels an absolute joy to drive. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE and I am VERY happy.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership and absolutely would not recommend them. I got a flat tire last Monday evening when parking at the Lincoln Financial Field for a concert. I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan at the Mainline dealership but roadside assistance towed it to the Cherry Hill dealership that evening since it was the closest dealership to where the car was located. Since I had no prior experience with them, I figured it would be fine. After calling the dealership twice on Tuesday, a service manager finally called me back only to tell me that they would have no time to look at it that day and would look at it the next day and that they had no loaner vehicles available. I was frustrated since it was only one flat tire, but understood that I didn t have an appointment. On Wednesday they told me that I would need a new tire and they didn t have my tire in stock (it was not a specialty tire) and had to be ordered and would be delivered from Connecticut and so my car wouldn t be ready until Thursday. I asked them if they could fill the tire and patch it. They said that it s the policy to not fix tires at the dealership; they were required to order new ones. So . If that was the case, why were they too busy to look at it at on Tuesday since they already knew they would have to order a new one! And it was a brand-new car so it would only need one new tire! It shouldn t have taken them long to look at it the day after it towed instead of waiting until two days later. I told them how I was a single mother and had no access to another car and that my toddler s car seat was in my car and I needed to get him back and forth to daycare. They didn t really seem to car and only stated that they still had no loaners available. Meanwhile, I had to walk my toddler back and forth to daycare every day, rent a car on Thursday to commute to work and received a call from them on Thursday evening that the tire that was supposed to have arrived from Connecticut never arrived and they have no idea what happened to it but believe it s possible it was delivered to another dealership, so they would have to order another tire and my car wouldn t be ready until Monday (and they still didn t have a loaner available!). The next day, Friday, I called them and told them that I wanted my car back and they needed to tow it to my house. Going one week for one flat tire that was a regular tire, not special order, was not acceptable. I then called the Mainline dealership, which I should have done previously. They told me that they had 3 in stock and called Chery Hill Dealership to tell them to pick it up. In sum, terrible service, non-communicative and unacceptable delays. It was incredibly stressful and needlessly expensive having to rent a car, pay for ubers with a car seat, etc. Next time I will insist it be brought to the mainline dealership. I ve always received top-notch service there and highly recommend them.

Make sure you don't get ripped off. Was suppose to buy a used vehicle agreed on the price then when its time to finalize the transaction the price is $1500 more on the paperwork. The sales manager Brian Dashner is so unprofessional not sure why they would employ him. Stay away and do business with a more reputable dealership that is honest.

Great service experience. Flexible with scheduling, told me up front the anticipated cost of the service and stuck with that number throughout (with no up-sell), and easy drop-off/pick-up process. Patrick was great, real asset to the service experience. Highly recommend.
